885/1154 (صحيح الإسناد) عن أنس : "خدمت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يوماً، حتى إذا رأيت أني قد فرغت من خدمته، قلت: يقيل النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم. فخرجت(1) من عنده، فإذا غلمة يلعبون، فقمت أنظر إليهم؛ إلى لعبهم، فجاء النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم فانتهى إليهم، فسلم عليهم، ثم دعاني، فبعثني إلى حاجة، فكان في فيء(2) حتى أتيتهُ. وأبطأت على أمي(3) فقالت: ما حبسك؟ قلت: بعثني النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم إلى حاجة، قالت: ما هي؟ قلت: إنه سرّ للنبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، فقالت: احفظ على رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم سرّه، فما حدثت بتلك الحاجة أحداً من الخلق، فلو كنت محدثاً حدثتك بها"(4).
885/1154 (authentic chain) from Anas: "I served the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, one day, until when I saw that I had finished serving him, I said: The Prophet, peace be upon him, is taking a nap. So I left from him, and there were some boys playing, so I stood watching them and their play. The Prophet, peace be upon him, came and reached them, greeted them with salam, then called me and sent me on an errand. He stayed in the shade until I came to him. I was late returning to my mother, so she said: What kept you? I said: The Prophet, peace be upon him, sent me on an errand. She said: What is it? I said: It is a secret of the Prophet, peace be upon him. She said: Keep the secret of the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him. So I never told anyone about that errand, and if I were to tell anyone, I would have told you."
