862/1125 (صحيح الإسناد) عن أنس بن سيرين قال: كتبت لابن عمر، فقال: اكتب ( بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم)، أما بعد : إلى فلان". وفي رواية عنه قال: "كتب رجل بين يدي ابن عمر ( بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم) لفلان، فنهاه ابن عمر، وقال: "قل: بسم الله، هو له"(1).
862/1125 (Authentic chain) From Anas ibn Sirin who said: I wrote to Ibn Umar, and he said: Write (In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful), as for what follows: to so-and-so." And in another narration from him he said: "A man wrote in the presence of Ibn Umar (In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful) to so-and-so, so Ibn Umar forbade him and said: 'Say: In the name of Allah, it is for him.'" (1).
