845/1105 (صحيح) عن أنس قال: مر يهودي على النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم فقال: السام عليكم، فرد أصحابه السلام! فقال: "قال: السام عليكم"، فأخذ اليهودي فاعترف، قال: "ردّوا عليه ما قال".
845/1105 (Sahih) From Anas who said: A Jew passed by the Prophet, peace be upon him, and said: "As-sam 'alaykum" (death be upon you), and his companions returned the greeting! He said: "He said: 'As-sam 'alaykum,'" so the Jew was taken and he admitted it. He said: "Return to him what he said."
