باب كيف نزلت آية الحجاب؟Chapter on How the Verse of Hijab Was Revealed

806/1051 (صحيح) عن أنس : "أنه كان ابن عشر سنين مقدم رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم المدينة، فكن أمهاتي(1) يوطوّنني على خدمته، فخدمته عشر سنين، وتوفي وأنا ابن عشرين، فكنت أعلم الناس بشأن الحجاب، فكان أول ما نزل ما ابتنى(2) رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم بزينب بنت جحش، أصبح بها عروساً، فدعى القوم فأصابوا من الطعام، ثم خرجوا، وبقي رهط عند النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم فأطالوا المكث، فقام فخرج وخرجت؛ لكي يخرجوا، فمشى فمشيت معه، حتى جاء عتبة حجرة عائشة، ثم ظن أنهم خرجوا فرجع ورجعت [معه] حتى دخل على زينب، فإذا هم جلوس، فرجع ورجعت حتى بلغ عتبة حجرة عائشة. وظن أنهم خرجوا، فرجع ورجعت معه، فإذا هم قد خرجوا، فضرب النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم بيني وبينه الستر، وأُنزل الحجاب"(3).
806/1051 (Sahih) from Anas: "I was ten years old when the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, arrived in Medina, so my mothers would prepare me for his service, and I served him for ten years, and he died when I was twenty. Thus, I was the most knowledgeable of people regarding the matter of the veil. The first thing that was revealed was when the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, consummated his marriage with Zaynab bint Jahsh; he spent the morning with her as a bride, then invited the people, and they ate from the food, then they left, but a group remained with the Prophet, peace be upon him, and prolonged their stay. So he stood up and went out, and I went out with him so that they would leave. He walked and I walked with him until he came to the threshold of Aisha's room, then he thought they had left, so he returned and I returned [معه] until he entered upon Zaynab, and they were still sitting. So he went back and I went back until he reached the threshold of Aisha's room. He thought they had left, so he returned and I returned with him, and they had indeed left. The Prophet, peace be upon him, then placed a curtain between me and him, and the veil was revealed."(3)
