5/5 (صحيح) عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ: قِيلَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ! مَنْ أَبَرُّ؟ قَالَ: "أُمَّكَ". قَالَ: ثُمَّ مَنْ؟ قَالَ: "أُمَّكَ". قَالَ: ثُمَّ مَنْ؟ قَالَ: "أمك". قال: ثم من؟ (ثم عاد الرابعةَ فـ) قال: "أباك".
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that he said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was asked: "With whom should I behave kindly?" He replied: "With your mother." He was asked: "Then with whom?" He replied: "With your mother." He was asked: "Then with whom?" He replied: "With your mother." He was asked: "Then with whom?" (Then, on the fourth time, he turned and) replied: "With your father."
