Sahih Adab al-Mufrad

Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them) narrates from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) that he said: "An evil example is not for us (it does not befit us); the one who gives something as a gift and then takes it back is like a dog that licks up its own vomit."
