Ya’la bin Murrah narrates that we went out with the Prophet (ﷺ). We were invited to a meal, and on the way, Sayyiduna Husayn (may Allah be pleased with him) was playing. The Prophet (ﷺ) hurried forward and stretched out his hands. Sometimes he (ﷺ) would pass from this side and sometimes from that side, making him (Husayn) laugh, until he (ﷺ) caught him. He (ﷺ) placed one hand under his chin and the other on his head, embraced him, and kissed him. Then the Prophet (ﷺ) said: “Husayn is from me and I am from Husayn. May Allah love the one who loves Hasan and Husayn. They are two leaders among the leaders of the nations.”
