Hadith 21

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) that he said: The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Among the major sins is that a person abuses his parents." The Companions asked in astonishment: How can anyone abuse his parents? He replied: "He abuses another man, so that man (in response) abuses his father and his mother."
