Sahih Adab al-Mufrad

Umm Sa'id bint Murrah Fihri narrates from her father, and he from his father, that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "I and the one who takes care of an orphan will be in Paradise like this, or like this." Sufyan was unsure whether he said «كهكَهَاتَيْنِ» or «كَهَذِهِ مِنْ هَذِهِ‏ .», and after that, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) joined his middle finger and index finger (to indicate this).
