Whoever Has No Guardian, I Am His Guardian
Hadith 122
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " أَنَا أَوْلَى النَّاسِ بِالْمُؤْمِنِينَ فِي كِتَابِ اللَّهِ، فَأَيُّكُمْ تَرَكَ دَيْنًا أَوْ ضَيْعَةً، فَادْعُونِي فَإِنِّي وَلِيُّهُ، وَأَيُّكُمْ مَا تَرَكَ مَالا، فَلْيُؤْثِرْ بِمَالِهِ عَصَبَتَهُ مَنْ كَانَ "
And the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "According to the Book of Allah, I am closer to the believers than other people. So, whoever among you dies leaving behind a debt or dependents, then call me and I will take care of them. And whoever dies leaving behind wealth, then his heirs will have priority over it, whoever they may be."
