Hadith 118
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : قَالَ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى : " لا يَقُلِ ابْنُ آدَمَ : يَا خَيْبَةَ الدَّهْرِ، فَإِنِّي أَنَا الدَّهْرُ، أُرْسِلُ اللَّيْلَ وَالنَّهَارَ، فَإِذَا شِئْتُ قَبَضْتُهُمَا "
And the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Allah Almighty has said that the son of Adam should not say: 'Woe to the times,' for I am the Time (the Creator), and I alone send forth the night and the day continuously, and when I will, I shall withhold them both."
