Hadith 84
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " إِذَا جَاءَكُمُ الصَّانِعُ بِطَعَامِكُمْ قَدْ أَغْنَى عَنْكُمْ حَرَّهُ وَدُخَانَهُ، فَادْعُوهُ فَلْيَأْكُلْ مَعَكُمْ، وَإِلا فَأَلْقِمُوهُ فِي يَدِهِ أَوْ لِيُنَاوِلْهُ فِي يَدِهِ "
The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "When the cook brings food to you, who has spared you from the heat and smoke of the food, then invite him to eat with you, otherwise place a few morsels in his hand."
