Hadith 28
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " يَمِينُ اللَّهِ مَلأَى لا يَغِيضُهَا نَفَقَةٌ سَحَّاءُ اللَّيْلِ وَالنَّهَارِ، أَرَأَيْتُمْ مَا أَنْفَقَ مُنْذُ خَلَقَ السَّمَاءَ وَالأَرْضَ ؟ فَإِنَّهُ لَمْ يُنْقِصْ مِمَّا فِي يَمِينِهِ، قَالَ : وَعَرْشُهُ عَلَى الْمَاءِ وَبِيَدِهِ الأُخْرَى الْقَبْضُ يَرْفَعُ وَيَخْفِضُ "
And the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Allah’s right hand is full, and continuous spending day and night does not diminish it. Just look! Since He created the heavens and the earth, how much has He spent? Yet what is in His right hand has not decreased at all." He, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Allah’s Throne is upon the water, and in His other hand is the power to decrease and increase (things). He alone raises and lowers (things’ value)."
