The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The recitation of the Psalms was made easy and light for David, peace be upon him. He would order the saddle to be fastened on his mount, and before the saddle was fastened, he would complete the recitation (of the Psalms). And he used to eat only from what he earned with his own hands."
