Love of a Non-Companion for the Prophet (peace be upon him)
Hadith 29
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " وَالَّذِي نَفْسِي بِيَدِهِ، لَيَأْتِيَنَّ عَلَى أَحَدِكُمْ يَوْمٌ لا يَرَانِي، ثُمَّ لأَنْ يَرَانِي أَحَبُّ إِلَيْهِ مِنْ مِثْلِ أَهْلِهِ وَمَالِهِ مَعَهُمْ "
And the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "By Him in Whose hand is my soul! Surely a day will come upon one of you in which he will not see me, then a time will come when seeing me will be more beloved to him than seeing his family and wealth."
