Hadith 204
حَدَّثَنَا حَدَّثَنَا هَنَّادٌ، حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ الْمُهَاجِرِ، عَنْ أَبِي الشَّعْثَاءِ، قَالَ : خَرَجَ رَجُلٌ مِنَ الْمَسْجِدِ بَعْدَ مَا أُذِّنَ فِيهِ بِالْعَصْرِ ، فَقَالَ أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ : أَمَّا هَذَا فَقَدْ عَصَى أَبَا الْقَاسِمِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى : وَفِي الْبَاب عَنْ عُثْمَانَ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى : حَدِيثُ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ ، وَعَلَى هَذَا الْعَمَلُ عِنْدَ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، وَمَنْ بَعْدَهُمْ أَنْ لَا يَخْرُجَ أَحَدٌ مِنَ الْمَسْجِدِ بَعْدَ الْأَذَانِ إِلَّا مِنْ عُذْرٍ أَنْ يَكُونَ عَلَى غَيْرِ وُضُوءٍ أَوْ أَمْرٍ لَا بُدَّ مِنْهُ ، وَيُرْوَى عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ النَّخَعِيِّ ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ : يَخْرُجُ مَا لَمْ يَأْخُذْ الْمُؤَذِّنُ فِي الْإِقَامَةِ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى : وَهَذَا عِنْدَنَا لِمَنْ لَهُ عُذْرٌ فِي الْخُرُوجِ مِنْهُ ، وَأَبُو الشَّعْثَاءِ اسْمُهُ : سُلَيْمُ بْنُ أَسْوَدَ وَهُوَ وَالِدُ أَشْعَثَ بْنِ أَبِي الشَّعْثَاءِ ، وَقَدْ رَوَى أَشْعَثُ بْنُ أَبِي الشَّعْثَاءِ هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ .
´Abu Ash-Sha'tha said:` "A man exited the Masjid after the Adhan for Asr had been called. So Abu Hurairah said: 'As for this person, he has indeed disobeyed Abul Qasim."
Hadith 881
حَدَّثَنَا يُوسُفُ بْنُ عِيسَى، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبَانَ، قَالَا : حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ إِسْرَائِيلَ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ مُهَاجِرٍ، عَنْ يُوسُفَ بْنِ مَاهَكَ، عَنْ أُمِّهِ مُسَيْكَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ : قُلْنَا : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ أَلَا نَبْنِي لَكَ بَيْتًا يُظِلُّكَ بِمِنًى ، قَالَ : " لَا مِنًى مُنَاخُ مَنْ سَبَقَ " . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى : هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ .
´Aishah said:` "We said: 'O Messenger of Allah! Shall we build a structure to shade you at Mina? He said: 'No., Mina is a resting place for whoever arrives.'"
Hadith 1872
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْرَائِيلُ، حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مُهَاجِرٍ، عَنْ عَامِرٍ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنْ النُّعْمَانِ بْنِ بَشِيرٍ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " إِنَّ مِنَ الْحِنْطَةِ خَمْرًا وَمِنَ الشَّعِيرِ خَمْرًا وَمِنَ التَّمْرِ خَمْرًا وَمِنَ الزَّبِيبِ خَمْرًا وَمِنَ الْعَسَلِ خَمْرًا " ، قَالَ : وَفِي الْبَاب عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى : هَذَا حَدِيثٌ غَرِيبٌ ،
Nu'man bin Bashir (may Allah be pleased with both of them) says that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Wine is made from wheat, barley, dates, raisins, and honey." __QUR_N__ Imam Tirmidhi says:
1- This hadith is hasan ghareeb,

Hadith 2312
حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مَنِيعٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ الزُّبَيْرِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْرَائِيلُ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ الْمُهَاجِرِ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ، عَنْ مُوَرِّقٍ، عَنْ أَبِي ذَرٍّ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " إِنِّي أَرَى مَا لَا تَرَوْنَ ، وَأَسْمَعُ مَا لَا تَسْمَعُونَ ، أَطَتِ السَّمَاءُ وَحُقَّ لَهَا أَنْ تَئِطَّ مَا فِيهَا مَوْضِعُ أَرْبَعِ أَصَابِعَ إِلَّا وَمَلَكٌ وَاضِعٌ جَبْهَتَهُ سَاجِدًا لِلَّهِ ، وَاللَّهِ لَوْ تَعْلَمُونَ مَا أَعْلَمُ لَضَحِكْتُمْ قَلِيلًا ، وَلَبَكَيْتُمْ كَثِيرًا ، وَمَا تَلَذَّذْتُمْ بِالنِّسَاءِ عَلَى الْفُرُشِ ، وَلَخَرَجْتُمْ إِلَى الصُّعُدَاتِ تَجْأَرُونَ إِلَى اللَّهِ لَوَدِدْتُ أَنِّي كُنْتُ شَجَرَةً تُعْضَدُ " ، قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى : وَفِي الْبَابِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، وَعَائِشَةَ ، وَابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، وَأَنَسٍ ، قَالَ : هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ غَرِيبٌ ، وَيُرْوَى مِنْ غَيْرِ هَذَا الْوَجْهِ ، أَنَّ أَبَا ذَرٍّ ، قَالَ : لَوَدِدْتُ أَنِّي كُنْتُ شَجَرَةً تُعْضَدُ .
´Abu Dharr narrated that the Messenger of Allah (s.a.w) said:` "Indeed I see what you do not see, and I hear what you do not hear. The Heavens moan, and they have the right to moan. There is no spot, the size of four fingers in them, except that there is an angel placing his forehead in it, prostrating to Allah. By Allah! If you knew what I know, then you would laugh little and you would cry much. And you would not taste the pleasures of your women in the beds, and you would go out beseeching Allah. And I wish that I was but a felled tree." [Abu 'Eisa said:] There are narrations on this topic from 'Aishah, Abu Hurairah, Ibn 'Abbas, and Anas. [He said:] This Hadith is Hasan Gharib. It has been related through routes other than this, that Abu Dharr said: "I wish that I was a felled tree." And it has been related from Abu Dharr in Mawquf form.
