Hadith 2329
أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، قَالَ : أَنْبَأَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا طَلْحَةُ بْنُ يَحْيَى ، عَنْ عَمَّتِهِ عَائِشَةَ بِنْتِ طَلْحَةَ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ أُمِّ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ، قَالَتْ : دَخَلَ عَلَيَّ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ذَاتَ يَوْمٍ ، فَقَالَ : " هَلْ عِنْدَكُمْ شَيْءٌ ؟ " ، قُلْنَا : " لَا ، قَالَ : " فَإِنِّي صَائِمٌ " .
´It was narrated that 'Aishah, the mother of the Believers, said:` "The Messenger of Allah came to me one day and said: 'Do you have anything (to eat) we said: 'No.' he said: 'Then I am fasting."
Hadith 2458
أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْمُبَارَكِ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ ، عَنِ الْمَعْرُورِ بْنِ سُوَيْدٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي ذَرٍّ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " مَا مِنْ صَاحِبِ إِبِلٍ وَلَا بَقَرٍ وَلَا غَنَمٍ لَا يُؤَدِّي زَكَاتَهَا ، إِلَّا جَاءَتْ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ أَعْظَمَ مَا كَانَتْ ، وَأَسْمَنَهُ تَنْطَحُهُ بِقُرُونِهَا ، وَتَطَؤُهُ بِأَخْفَافِهَا كُلَّمَا نَفِدَتْ أُخْرَاهَا أَعَادَتْ عَلَيْهِ أُولَاهَا ، حَتَّى يُقْضَى بَيْنَ النَّاسِ " .
´It was narrated that Abu Dharr said:` "The Messenger of Allah said: There is no owner of camels, cattle or sheep who does not give Zakah on them, but they will come on the Day of Resurrection as big and fast as they ever were, and will gore him with their horns and trample him with their hooves. Every time the last of them has run over him the first of them will come back to him, until judgment is passed among the people."
Hadith 2464
أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْمُبَارَكِ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ أَبِي سُفْيَانَ ، عَنْ مُسْلِمِ بْنِ ثَفِنَةَ ، قَالَ : اسْتَعْمَلَ ابْنُ عَلْقَمَةَ أَبِي عَلَى عِرَافَةِ قَوْمِهِ وَأَمَرَهُ أَنْ يُصَدِّقَهُمْ ، فَبَعَثَنِي أَبِي إِلَى طَائِفَةٍ مِنْهُمْ لِآتِيَهُ بِصَدَقَتِهِمْ ، فَخَرَجْتُ حَتَّى أَتَيْتُ عَلَى شَيْخٍ كَبِيرٍ يُقَالُ لَهُ : سَعْرٌ , فَقُلْتُ : إِنَّ أَبِي بَعَثَنِي إِلَيْكَ لِتُؤَدِّيَ صَدَقَةَ غَنَمِكَ ، قَالَ ابْنَ أَخِي : وَأَيُّ نَحْوٍ تَأْخُذُونَ ؟ قُلْتُ : نَخْتَارُ حَتَّى إِنَّا لَنَشْبُرُ ضُرُوعَ الْغَنَمِ ، قَالَ ابْنَ أَخِي : فَإِنِّي أُحَدِّثُكَ أَنِّي كُنْتُ فِي شِعْبٍ مِنْ هَذِهِ الشِّعَابِ عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي غَنَمٍ لِي ، فَجَاءَنِي رَجُلَانِ عَلَى بَعِيرٍ , فَقَالَا : إِنَّا رَسُولَا رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِلَيْكَ ، لِتُؤَدِّيَ صَدَقَةَ غَنَمِكَ , قَالَ : قُلْتُ : وَمَا عَلَيَّ فِيهَا ؟ قَالَا : شَاةٌ ، فَأَعْمِدُ إِلَى شَاةٍ قَدْ عَرَفْتُ مَكَانَهَا مُمْتَلِئَةٍ مَحْضًا وَشَحْمًا فَأَخْرَجْتُهَا إِلَيْهِمَا ، فَقَالَ : هَذِهِ الشَّافِعُ وَالشَّافِعُ الْحَائِلُ ، وَقَدْ " نَهَانَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ نَأْخُذَ شَافِعًا ، قَالَ : فَأَعْمِدُ إِلَى عَنَاقٍ مُعْتَاطٍ ، وَالْمُعْتَاطُ الَّتِي لَمْ تَلِدْ وَلَدًا وَقَدْ حَانَ وِلَادُهَا ، فَأَخْرَجْتُهَا إِلَيْهِمَا فَقَالَا : نَاوِلْنَاهَا فَرَفَعْتُهَا إِلَيْهِمَا فَجَعَلَاهَا مَعَهُمَا عَلَى بَعِيرِهِمَا ثُمَّ انْطَلَقَا " .
´It was narrated that Muslim bin Thafihan said:` "Ibn 'Alqamah appointed my father to be in charge of his people, and he commanded him to collect their Sadaqah. My father sent me to a group of them to bring their Sadaqah to him. I set out and came to an old man who was called Sa'r. I said: My father has sent me to collect the Sadaqah of your sheep. 'He said: O son of my brother, how will you decode what you want to take?' I said" 'We choose, and we even measure the sheep's udders.' He said: O son of my brother, I tell you that I was in one of these mountain passes at the time of the Messenger of Allah with some sheep of mine. Two men came on a camel and said: We are the messengers of the Messengers of Allah, we come to take the Sadaqah of your sheep. I said: What do I have to give? They said: A sheep. So I went to a sheep that I knew was filled with milk and was fat, and brought it out to them. He said: This is a Shafi - a sheep that has a child or is pregnant - and the Messenger of Allah forbade us to take a Shafi'. So I went to a Mu'tat she-goat - a Mutat is one that has not given birth before, but has reached the age where it could produce young- and brought it out to them. They said: We will take it. So I lifted it up to them, and they took it with them on their camel and left."' (Daif)
Hadith 2469
أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْمُبَارَكِ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ , وَسُفْيَانُ , عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ ، عَنْ عِرَاكِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " لَيْسَ عَلَى الْمُسْلِمِ فِي عَبْدِهِ وَلَا فَرَسِهِ صَدَقَةٌ " .
´It was narrated that Abu Hurariah said:` "The Messenger of Allah said: 'The Muslim does not have to pay Sadaqah on his slave or his horse."'
Hadith 2485
أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْمُبَارَكِ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ ، عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ أُمَيَّةَ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى بْنِ حَبَّانَ ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ عُمَارَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " لَيْسَ فِيمَا دُونَ خَمْسَةِ أَوْسَاقٍ مِنْ حَبٍّ أَوْ تَمْرٍ صَدَقَةٌ " .
´It was narrated the Abu Sa'eed Al-Khudri said:` "The Messenger of Allah said: There is no Sadaqah on less than five Awsaq of grains or dates."'
Hadith 2488
أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْمُبَارَكِ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا إِدْرِيسُ الْأَوْدِيُّ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ مُرَّةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي الْبَخْتَرِيِّ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " لَيْسَ فِيمَا دُونَ خَمْسِ أَوَاقٍ صَدَقَةٌ " .
´It was narrated that Abu Sa'eed said:` The Messenger of Allah said: "No Sadaqah is due on less than five Awaq."
Hadith 2509
أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْمُبَارَكِ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ ، عَنْ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ كُهَيْلٍ ، عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ مُخَيْمِرَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي عَمَّارٍ الْهَمْدَانِيِّ ، عَنْ قَيْسِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ ، قَالَ : " أَمَرَنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِصَدَقَةِ الْفِطْرِ قَبْلَ أَنْ تَنْزِلَ الزَّكَاةُ ، فَلَمَّا نَزَلَتِ الزَّكَاةُ لَمْ يَأْمُرْنَا ، وَلَمْ يَنْهَنَا وَنَحْنُ نَفْعَلُهُ " , قَالَ أَبُو عَبْد الرَّحْمَنِ : أَبُو عَمَّارٍ اسْمُهُ عَرِيبُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ ، وَعَمْرُو بْنُ شُرَحْبِيلَ يُكْنَى أَبَا مَيْسَرَةَ ، وَسَلَمَةُ بْنُ كُهَيْلٍ خَالَفَ الْحَكَمَ فِي إِسْنَادِهِ وَالْحَكَمُ أَثْبَتُ مِنْ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ كُهَيْلٍ .
´It was narrated that Qais bin Sa'd said:` "The Messenger of Allah commanded us to give Sadaqatul Fitr before the command to give Zakah was revealed. When the command to give Zakah was revealed, he neither told us to do it, not told us not to do it, and we used to do it." (Sahih) Abu 'Abdur-Rahman (An-Nasai) said: Abu 'Ammar's name is 'Arib bin Humaid, and 'Amr bin Shurabbil's Kunyah is Abu Maisarah, and Salamah bin Kuhail contradicted Al-Hakam in his chain, and Al-Hakam is more reliable than Salamah bin Kuhail.
Hadith 2514
أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْمُبَارَكِ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ ، عَنْ عِيَاضِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي سَرْحٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ ، قَالَ : " كُنَّا نُخْرِجُ زَكَاةَ الْفِطْرِ إِذْ كَانَ فِينَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، صَاعًا مِنْ طَعَامٍ ، أَوْ صَاعًا مِنْ شَعِيرٍ ، أَوْ صَاعًا مِنْ تَمْرٍ ، أَوْ صَاعًا مِنْ زَبِيبٍ ، أَوْ صَاعًا مِنْ أَقِطٍ " .
´It was narrated that Ibn 'Abbas said:` "We used to pay Zakaul Fitr when the Messenger of Allah was among us; a Sa' of food, or a Sa' of barley, or a Sa' of dates, or a Sa' of raisins, or a Sa of cottage cheese."
Hadith 2515
أَخْبَرَنَا هَنَّادُ بْنُ السَّرِيِّ ، عَنْ وَكِيعٍ ، عَنْ دَاوُدَ بْنِ قَيْسٍ ، عَنْ عِيَاضِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ ، قَالَ : " كُنَّا نُخْرِجُ صَدَقَةَ الْفِطْرِ إِذْ كَانَ فِينَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ صَاعًا مِنْ طَعَامٍ ، أَوْ صَاعًا مِنْ تَمْرٍ ، أَوْ صَاعًا مِنْ شَعِيرٍ ، أَوْ صَاعًا مِنْ أَقِطٍ ، فَلَمْ نَزَلْ كَذَلِكَ ، حَتَّى قَدِمَ مُعَاوِيَةُ مِنَ الشَّامِ وَكَانَ فِيمَا عَلَّمَ النَّاسَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ : مَا أَرَى مُدَّيْنِ مِنْ سَمْرَاءِ الشَّامِ إِلَّا تَعْدِلُ صَاعًا مِنْ هَذَا , قَالَ : فَأَخَذَ النَّاسُ بِذَلِكَ " .
´It was narrated that Abu Sa'eed said:` "We used to pay Salaqatul Fitr when the Messenger of Allah was among us; a Sa' of food, or a Sa' of dates, or a Sa' of barley, or a Sa' of cottage cheese. We continued to do so until Mu'awiyah came from Ash-Sham and one of the things that he taught the people was when he said: I think that two Mudds of wheat from Ash-Sham are equivalent to a Sa' of this, So the people took to that."
Hadith 2523
أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْمُبَارَكِ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ وَكَانَ ثِقَةً ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ صَيْفِيٍّ ، عَنْ أَبِي مَعْبَدٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بَعَثَ مُعَاذَ بْنَ جَبَلٍ إِلَى الْيَمَنِ ، فَقَالَ : " إِنَّكَ تَأْتِي قَوْمَا أَهْلَ كِتَابٍ فَادْعُهُمْ إِلَى شَهَادَةِ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَأَنِّي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ، فَإِنْ هُمْ أَطَاعُوكَ فَأَعْلِمْهُمْ أَنَّ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ افْتَرَضَ عَلَيْهِمْ خَمْسَ صَلَوَاتٍ فِي كُلِّ يَوْمٍ وَلَيْلَةٍ ، فَإِنْ هُمْ أَطَاعُوكَ ، فَأَعْلِمْهُمْ أَنَّ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ قَدِ افْتَرَضَ عَلَيْهِمْ صَدَقَةً فِي أَمْوَالِهِمْ تُؤْخَذُ مِنْ أَغْنِيَائِهِمْ ، فَتُوضَعُ فِي فُقَرَائِهِمْ ، فَإِنْ هُمْ أَطَاعُوكَ لِذَلِكَ ، فَإِيَّاكَ وَكَرَائِمَ أَمْوَالِهِمْ ، وَاتَّقِ دَعْوَةَ الْمَظْلُومِ فَإِنَّهَا لَيْسَ بَيْنَهَا وَبَيْنَ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ حِجَابٌ " .
´It was narrated from Ibn 'Abbas that the Prophet sent Mu'adh bin Jabal to Yemen and said:` "You are going to some people from among the people of the Book. Call them to bear witness that there is none worthy of worship except Allah and that I am the Messenger of Allah. If they obey you in that, then teach them that Allah has enjoined upon them five prayers every day and night. If they obey you in that, then teach them that Allah has enjoined upon them Sadaqah (Zakah) from their wealth, to be taken from their rich and given to their poor. If they obey you in that, then do not touch the most precious of their wealth, and fear the supplication of the one who has been wronged, for there is no barrier between it and Allah, the Mighty and Sublime."
Hadith 2543
أَخْبَرَنَا مَحْمُودُ بْنُ غَيْلَانَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ عُمَارَةَ بْنِ الْقَعْقَاعِ ، عَنْ أَبِي زُرْعَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَجُلٌ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ! أَيُّ الصَّدَقَةِ أَفْضَلُ ؟ قَالَ : " أَنْ تَصَدَّقَ وَأَنْتَ صَحِيحٌ شَحِيحٌ تَأْمُلُ الْعَيْشَ ، وَتَخْشَى الْفَقْرَ ".
´It was narrated that Abu Hurairah said:` "A man said: 'O Messenger of Allah, which kind of charity is best? He said: 'Giving charity when you are in good health, and feeling stingy, hoping for a long life and fearing poverty."'
Hadith 2601
أَخْبَرَنَا مَحْمُودُ بْنُ غَيْلَانَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ عُقْبَةَ ، عَنْ سَمُرَةَ بْنِ جُنْدُبٍ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " الْمَسْأَلَةُ كَدٌّ يَكُدُّ بِهَا الرَّجُلُ وَجْهَهُ ، إِلَّا أَنْ يَسْأَلَ الرَّجُلُ سُلْطَانًا ، أَوْ فِي أَمْرٍ لَا بُدَّ مِنْهُ " .
´It was narrated that Samurah bin Jundab said:` "The Messenger of Allah said: 'Begging will be but lacerations on a man's face (on the Day of Resurrection). Unless he asks a man in authority or when he has no alternative."'
Hadith 2611
أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، قَالَ : قُلْتُ لِأَبِي إِيَاسٍ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ قُرَّةَ ، أَسَمِعْتَ أَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ يَقُولُ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " ابْنُ أُخْتِ الْقَوْمِ مِنْ أَنْفُسِهِمْ " ؟ قَالَ : نَعَمْ .
´Shu'bah said:` "I said to Abu Iyas Mu'awiyah bin Qurrah: 'Did you hear Ans bin Malik say: The Messenger of Allah said: The son of the daughter of a people is one of them? He said: 'Yes."'
Hadith 2612
أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، قَالَ : أَنْبَأَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : " ابْنُ أُخْتِ الْقَوْمِ مِنْهُمْ " .
´It was narrated from Anas bin Malik that the Messenger of Allah said:` "The son of the daughter of a people is one of them."
Hadith 2638
أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاق بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، قَالَ : أَنْبَأَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ النُّعْمَانِ بْنِ سَالِمٍ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ أَوْسٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي رَزِينٍ الْعُقَيْلِيِّ ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّ أَبِي شَيْخٌ كَبِيرٌ لَا يَسْتَطِيعُ الْحَجَّ وَلَا الْعُمْرَةَ وَالظَّعْنَ ، قَالَ : " حُجَّ عَنْ أَبِيكَ وَاعْتَمِرْ " .
´It was nattated from Abu RAzin Al-'Uqayli that he said:` "O Messenger of Allah! My father is an old man who cannot perform Hajj or 'Umrah, nor can he travel." He said "Perform Hajj and 'Umrah on behalf of your father."
Hadith 2706
أَخْبَرَنَا هَنَّادُ بْنُ السَّرِيِّ ، عَنْ وَكِيعٍ ، عَنْ مِسْعَرٍ , وَسُفْيَانُ , عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْمُنْتَشِرِ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ عُمَرَ يَقُولُ : لَأَنْ أُصْبِحَ مُطَّلِيًا بِقَطِرَانٍ أَحَبُّ إِلَيَّ مِنْ أَنْ أُصْبِحَ مُحْرِمًا أَنْضَحُ طِيبًا فَدَخَلْتُ عَلَى عَائِشَةَ ، فَأَخْبَرْتُهَا بِقَوْلِهِ فَقَالَتْ :" طَيَّبْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَطَافَ فِي نِسَائِهِ ثُمَّ أَصْبَحَ مُحْرِمًا " .
´It was narrated from Muhammad bin Ibrahim bin Al-Muntashir that his father said:` "I heard Ibn 'Umar say: 'If I were to wake up daubed with tar, that would be dearer to me than waking up and entering Ihram smelling strongly of perfume.' I entered upon 'Aishah and told her what he had said. She said: 'I put perfume on the Messenger of Allah and he went around among his wives, then the next morning he entered Ihram.
Hadith 2774
أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ ، قَالَ : أَنْبَأَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنِي أَفْلَحُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ ، عَنْ الْقَاسِمِ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " أَشْعَرَ بُدْنَهُ " .
´It was narrated from Aishah:` That the Messenger of Allah marked his Budn
Hadith 2884
أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاق بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، قَالَ : أَنْبَأَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عُرْوَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " خَمْسُ فَوَاسِقَ يُقْتَلْنَ فِي الْحِلِّ وَالْحَرَمِ : الْغُرَابُ ، وَالْحِدَأَةُ ، وَالْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ ، وَالْعَقْرَبُ ، وَالْفَأْرَةُ " .
´It was narrated from Aishah that the Messenger of Allah said:` "There are five kinds of vermin which may be killed out and inside the Haram: Crows, kites, vicious dogs, scorpions and mice."
Hadith 2939
أَخْبَرَنَا مَحْمُودُ بْنُ غَيْلَانَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْأَعْلَى ، عَنْ سُوَيْدِ بْنِ غَفَلَةَ ، أَنَّ عُمَرَ قَبَّلَ الْحَجَرَ وَالْتَزَمَهُ ، وَقَالَ : " رَأَيْتُ أَبَا الْقَاسِمِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِكَ حَفِيًّا " .
´It was narrated from Suwaid bin Ghafalah that Umar kissed the Black Stone and touched it, and said:` "I saw Abdu Al-Qasim paying attention to you.
Hadith 3019
أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاق بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، قَالَ : أَنْبَأَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ بُكَيْرِ بْنِ عَطَاءٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ يَعْمَرَ ، قَالَ : شَهِدْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، فَأَتَاهُ نَاسٌ ، فَسَأَلُوهُ عَنِ الْحَجِّ ؟ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " الْحَجُّ عَرَفَةُ ، فَمَنْ أَدْرَكَ لَيْلَةَ عَرَفَةَ قَبْلَ طُلُوعِ الْفَجْرِ مِنْ لَيْلَةِ جَمْعٍ فَقَدْ تَمَّ حَجُّهُ " .
´It was narrated that Abdur-Rahman bin Yamur said:` "I saw the Messenger of Allah when people came to him and asked him about Hajj. The Messenger of Allah said: 'Hajj is Arafat. Whoever catches up with the night of Arafat before dawn comes on the night of Jam (Al-Muzdalifah), his Hajj is complete.'"
Hadith 3028
أَخْبَرَنَا مُحْمُودُ بْنُ غَيْلَانَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ عُقْبَةَ ، عَنْ كُرَيْبٍ ، عَنْ أُسَامَةَ بْنِ زَيْدٍ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَزَلَ الشِّعْبَ الَّذِي يَنْزِلُهُ الْأُمَرَاءُ ، فَبَالَ ، ثُمَّ تَوَضَّأَ وُضُوءًا خَفِيفًا ، فَقُلْتُ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الصَّلَاةَ ؟ قَالَ : " الصَّلَاةُ أَمَامَكَ " , فَلَمَّا أَتَيْنَا الْمُزْدَلِفَةَ ، لَمْ يَحُلَّ آخِرُ النَّاسِ حَتَّى صَلَّى .
´It was narrated that Usmah bin Zaid said:` "The Messenger of allah stopped in the mountain pass where the rulers stop now, and urinated, then he performed a light Wudu and I said: 'O Messenger of Allah (isit time for ) prayer?' He said: 'The prayer is still ahead of you.' When we came to Al-Muzdalifah the people did not unload their camles until he had prayed."
Hadith 3063
أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاق بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، قَالَ : أَنْبَأَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا أَيْمَنُ بْنُ نَابِلٍ ، عَنْ قُدَامَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، قَالَ : " رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَرْمِي جَمْرَةَ الْعَقَبَةِ يَوْمَ النَّحْرِ عَلَى نَاقَةٍ لَهُ صَهْبَاءَ ، لَا ضَرْبَ وَلَا طَرْدَ وَلَا إِلَيْكَ إِلَيْكَ " .
´It was narrated that Qudamah bin Abdullah said:` "I saw the Messenger of Allah stoning JamratualAqabah on the Day of Sacrifice on the reddish-brown camel of his, without beating anyone or driving them off."
Hadith 3191
أَخْبَرَنَا حُسَيْنُ بْنُ حُرَيْثٍ ، وَمَحْمُودُ بْنُ غَيْلَانَ وَاللَّفْظُ لِحُسَيْنٍ ، قَالَا : حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ ، عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ بْنِ مَرْثَدٍ ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ بُرَيْدَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " حُرْمَةُ نِسَاءِ الْمُجَاهِدِينَ عَلَى الْقَاعِدِينَ كَحُرْمَةِ أُمَّهَاتِهِمْ ، وَمَا مِنْ رَجُلٍ يَخْلُفُ فِي امْرَأَةِ رَجُلٍ مِنَ الْمُجَاهِدِينَ فَيَخُونُهُ فِيهَا ، إِلَّا وُقِفَ لَهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ ، فَأَخَذَ مِنْ عَمَلِهِ مَا شَاءَ فَمَا ظَنُّكُمْ " .
´It was narrated from Sulaiman bin Buraidah that his father said:` "The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: 'The sanctity of the wives of the Mujahidin to those who stay behind is like the sanctity of their mothers. There is no man who takes on the responsibility of looking after the wife of one of the Mujahidin and betrays him with her but he (the betrayer) will be made to stand before him on the Day of Resurrection and he will take whatever he wants of his (good) deeds. So what do you think?'"
Hadith 3379
أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاق بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، قَالَ : أَنْبَأَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيل بْنِ أُمَيَّةَ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ , قَالَتْ : " تَزَوَّجَنِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي شَوَّالٍ ، وَأُدْخِلْتُ عَلَيْهِ فِي شَوَّالٍ ، فَأَيُّ نِسَائِهِ كَانَ أَحْظَى عِنْدَهُ مِنِّي " .
´It was narrated that 'Aishah said:` "The Prophet married me in Shawwal, and he consummated the marriage with me in Shawwal, and which of his wives find more favor with him than me?"
Hadith 3426
أَخْبَرَنَا مَحْمُودُ بْنُ غَيْلَانَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ مَوْلَى طَلْحَةَ ، عَنْ سَالِمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّهُ طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ ، فَذَكَرَ ذَلِكَ لِلنَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ : " مُرْهُ فَلْيُرَاجِعْهَا ، ثُمَّ لِيُطَلِّقْهَا وَهِيَ طَاهِرٌ أَوْ حَامِلٌ " .
´It was narrated from Ibn 'Umar that he divorced his wife while she was menstruating. He mentioned that to the Prophet and he said:` "Tell him to take her back, then divorce her while she is pure (not menstruating) or pregnant."
Hadith 3444
أَخْبَرَنَا مَحْمُودُ بْنُ غَيْلَانَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ بْنِ مَرْثَدٍ ، عَنْ رَزِينِ بْنِ سُلَيْمَانَ الْأَحْمَرِيِّ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ : سُئِلَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنِ الرَّجُلِ يُطَلِّقُ امْرَأَتَهُ ثَلَاثًا ، فَيَتَزَوَّجُهَا الرَّجُلُ فَيُغْلِقُ الْبَاب : وَيُرْخِي السِّتْرَ ، ثُمَّ يُطَلِّقُهَا قَبْلَ أَنْ يَدْخُلَ بِهَا ؟ قَالَ : " لَا تَحِلُّ لِلْأَوَّلِ ، حَتَّى يُجَامِعَهَا الْآخَرُ " , قَالَ أَبُو عَبْد الرَّحْمَنِ : هَذَا أَوْلَى بِالصَّوَابِ .
´It was narrated that Ibn 'Umar said:` "The Prophet was asked about a man who divorced his wife three times, then another man married her and he closed the door and drew the curtain, then divorced her before consummating the marriage with her. He said: "She is not permissible for the first one (to remarry her) until the second one has had intercourse with her.""
Hadith 3530
أَخْبَرَنَا هَنَّادُ بْنُ السَّرِيِّ ، عَنْ وَكِيعٍ ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنِي حُمَيْدُ بْنُ نَافِعٍ ، عَنْ زَيْنَبَ بِنْتِ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ ، قَالَتْ أُمُّ حَبِيبَةَ : سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، يَقُولُ : " لَا يَحِلُّ لِامْرَأَةٍ تُؤْمِنُ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ تَحِدُّ عَلَى مَيِّتٍ فَوْقَ ثَلَاثَةِ أَيَّامٍ ، إِلَّا عَلَى زَوْجٍ أَرْبَعَةَ أَشْهُرٍ وَعَشْرًا " .
´It was narrated that Zainab bint Umm Salamah said:` "Umm Habibah said: 'I heard the Messenger of Allah say: It is not permissible for a woman who believes in Allah and the Last Day to mourn for anyone who dies for more than three days, except for a husband; (she mourns for him for) four months and ten (days)."
Hadith 3662
أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاق بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عُرْوَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ سَعْدٍ ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَادَهُ فِي مَرَضِهِ ، فَقَالَ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ، أُوصِي بِمَالِي كُلِّهِ ؟ قَالَ : " لَا " ، قَالَ : فَالشَّطْرَ ؟ قَالَ : " لَا " ، قَالَ : فَالثُّلُثَ ؟ قَالَ : " الثُّلُثَ ، وَالثُّلُثُ كَثِيرٌ أَوْ كَبِيرٌ " .
´It was narrated from Sa'd that the Prophet visited him when he was sick, and he said:` "O Messenger of Allah, shall I bequeath all of my wealth?" He said: "No." He said: "Half?" He said: "No." He said: "One-third?" He said: "One-third, and one-third is much or large."
Hadith 3694
أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْمُبَارَكِ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ ، عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ عُبَادَةَ ، قَالَ : قُلْتُ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّ أُمِّي مَاتَتْ أَفَأَتَصَدَّقُ عَنْهَا ، قَالَ : " نَعَمْ " ، قُلْتُ : فَأَيُّ الصَّدَقَةِ أَفْضَلُ ؟ ، قَالَ : " سَقْيُ الْمَاءِ " .
´It was narrated that Sa'd bin 'Ubadah said:` "I said: 'O Messenger of Allah, my mother has died; shall I give in charity on her behalf?' He said: 'Yes.' I said: 'What kind of charity is best?' He said: 'Providing drinking water.'"
Hadith 3695
أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَمَّارٍ الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ حُرَيْثٍ ، عَنْ وَكِيعٍ ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ ، عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ عُبَادَةَ ، قَالَ : قُلْتُ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ أَيُّ الصَّدَقَةِ أَفْضَلُ ؟ قَالَ : " سَقْيُ الْمَاءِ " .
´It was narrated that Sa'd bin 'Ubadah said:` "I said: 'O Messenger of Allah, what kind of charity is best?' He said: 'Providing drinking water.'"
Hadith 3745
أَخْبَرَنِي عَبْدَةُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحِيمِ ، عَنْ وَكِيعٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ ابْنِ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ ، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " الْعُمْرَى مِيرَاثٌ " .
´Sufyan narrated from Ibn Abi Najih, from Tawus, from Zaid bin Thabit, who said:` "The Messenger of Allah said: 'Umra (a gift given for life) is part of the estate.'"
Hadith 3765
أَخْبَرَنِي عَبْدَةُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحِيمِ ، قَالَ : أَنْبَأَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ زِيَادِ بْنِ أَبِي الْجَعْدِ ، عَنْ حَبِيبِ بْنِ أَبِي ثَابِتٍ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ عُمَرَ , يَقُولُ : نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنِ الرُّقْبَى ، وَقَالَ : " مَنْ أُرْقِبَ رُقْبَى فَهُوَ لَهُ " .
´Yazid bin Ziyad bin Abi Al-Ja'd narrated from Habib bin Abi Thabit, who said:` "I heard Ibn 'Umar say: 'The Messenger of Allah forbade Ruqba and said: "Whoever is given something on the basis of Ruqba, it belongs to him."'"
Hadith 3791
أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاق بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أُتِيَ بِلَحْمٍ فَقَالَ : مَا هَذَا ؟ فَقِيلَ : تُصُدِّقَ بِهِ عَلَى بَرِيرَةَ ، فَقَالَ : " هُوَ لَهَا صَدَقَةٌ وَلَنَا هَدِيَّةٌ " .
´It was narrated from Anas that some meat was brought to the Messenger of Allah and he said:` "What is this?" It was said: "It was given in charity to Barirah." He said: "It is charity for her and a gift for us."
Hadith 3871
أَخْبَرَنَا هَنَّادُ بْنُ السَّرِيِّ , عَنْ وَكِيعٍ , عَنِ ابْنِ الْمُبَارَكِ وَهُوَ عَلِيٌّ , عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ , عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ الْحَنْظَلِيِّ , عَنْ أَبِيهِ , عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ , قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " لَا نَذْرَ فِي مَعْصِيَةٍ , وَكَفَّارَتُهُ كَفَّارَةُ يَمِينٍ " .
´It was narrated that 'Imran bin Husain said:` "The Messenger of Allah said: 'There is no vow to commit an act of disobedience, and its expiation is the expiation for an oath.'"
Hadith 3932
أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْمُبَارَكِ ، عَنْ وَكِيعٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ رَبِيعَةَ بْنِ أَبِي عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ ، عَنْ حَنْظَلَةَ بْنِ قَيْسٍ ، قَالَ : سَأَلْتُ رَافِعَ بْنَ خَدِيجٍ عَنْ كِرَاءِ الْأَرْضِ الْبَيْضَاءِ بِالذَّهَبِ وَالْفِضَّةِ ، فَقَالَ : " حَلَالٌ لَا بَأْسَ بِهِ ذَلِكَ فَرْضُ الْأَرْضِ " . رَوَاهُ يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ ، عَنْ حَنْظَلَةَ بْنِ قَيْسٍ ، وَرَفَعَهُ . كَمَا رَوَاهُ مَالِكٌ ، عَنْ رَبِيعَةَ .
´It was narrated that Hanzalah bin Qais said:` "I asked Rafi' bin Khadij about leasing uncultivated land in return for gold and silver. He said: '(It is) permissible and there is nothing wrong with that. That is the due of the land.'"
Hadith 3948
أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْمُبَارَكِ ، قَالَ : أَنْبَأَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ عُمَرَ ، يَقُولُ : كُنَّا نُخَابِرُ وَلَا نَرَى بِذَلِكَ بَأْسًا ، حَتَّى زَعَمَ رَافِعُ بْنُ خَدِيجٍ ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " نَهَى عَنِ الْمُخَابَرَةِ " .
´It was narrated that 'Amr bin Dinar said:` "I heard Ibn 'Umar say: 'We used to sell grain before it was ripe and before it was evident that it was free of disease and blight (by means of Al-Mukhabarah). We did not see anything wrong with that, until Rafi' bin Khadij said that the Messenger of Allah had forbidden Al-Mukhabarah.'"
Hadith 4115
أَخْبَرَنَا مَحْمُودُ بْنُ غَيْلَانَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ زُبَيْدٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي وَائِلٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " سِبَابُ الْمُسْلِمِ فُسُوقٌ , وَقِتَالُهُ كُفْرٌ " . قُلْتُ لِأَبِي وَائِلٍ : سَمِعْتَهُ مِنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ؟ قَالَ : نَعَمْ .
´It was narrated from Sufyan bin Zubaid, from Abu Wa'il, from 'Abdullah:` "The Messenger of Allah [SAW] said: 'Defaming a Muslim is evildoing and fighting him is Kufr.'" I said to Abu Wa'il: "Did you hear it from 'Abdullah?" He said: "Yes."
Hadith 4495
أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاق بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ , قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا عِيسَى بْنُ يُونُسَ , وَوَكِيعٌ , قَالَا : حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ , عَنْ مَخْلَدِ بْنِ خُفَافٍ , عَنْ عُرْوَةَ , عَنْ عَائِشَةَ , قَالَتْ : قَضَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " أَنَّ الْخَرَاجَ بِالضَّمَانِ " .
´It was narrated that 'Aishsh said:` " The Messenger of Allah ruled that what a slave earns belongs to his guarantor."
Hadith 4588
أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ , قَالَ , حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ , قَالَ : أَنْبَأَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ نَافِعٍ , عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ : " أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَكْرَهُ أَنْ يَأْخُذَ الدَّنَانِيرَ مِنَ الدَّرَاهِمِ , وَالدَّرَاهِمَ مِنَ الدَّنَانِيرِ " .
´It was narrated from Saeed bin Jubair that:` he did not like to exchange Dinars for Dirhams or Dirhams for Dinars.
Hadith 4592
أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ , قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ , قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ نَافِعٍ , عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ بِمِثْلِهِ . قَالَ أَبُو عَبْد الرَّحْمَنِ : كَذَا وَجَدْتُهُ فِي هَذَا الْمَوْضِعِ .
´Something similar was narrated form Saeed bin Jubair. Abu 'Abdur-Rehman (An-Nasai) said:` This is what I have found on this topic.
