Hadith 3090
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ ، وَهِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ ، قَالَا : حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ ، ح وحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رُمْحٍ ، أَنْبَأَنَا اللَّيْثُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ ، جَمِيعًا عَنْ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، قَالَ : أَنْبَأَنَا صَعْبُ بْنُ جَثَّامَةَ ، قَالَ : مَرَّ بِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَأَنَا بِالْأَبْوَاءِ أَوْ بِوَدَّانَ ، فَأَهْدَيْتُ لَهُ حِمَارَ وَحْشٍ فَرَدَّهُ عَلَيَّ ، فَلَمَّا رَأَى فِي وَجْهِيَ الْكَرَاهِيَةَ ، قَالَ : " إِنَّهُ لَيْسَ بِنَا رَدٌّ عَلَيْكَ ، وَلَكِنَّا حُرُمٌ " .
´It was narrated that Ibn ‘Abbas said:` “Sa;b bin Jaththamah told us: ‘The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) passed by me when I was in Abwa’ or Waddan, and I gave him some meat of a wild donkey, but he gave it back to me, and when he saw from my face that I was upset, he said: ‘The only reason that we are giving it back is that we are in Ihram.’”
Hadith 3092
حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ التَّيْمِيِّ ، عَنْ عِيسَى بْنِ طَلْحَةَ ، عَنْ طَلْحَةَ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ " أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَعْطَاهُ حِمَارَ وَحْشٍ ، وَأَمَرَهُ أَنْ يُفَرِّقَهُ فِي الرِّفَاقِ ، وَهُمْ مُحْرِمُونَ " .
It was narrated from Talhah bin ‘Ubaidullah that the Prophet (ﷺ) gave him some wild donkey meat, and told him to distribute it among his Companions, who were in Ihram.
Hadith 3121
حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيل بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاق ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي حَبِيبٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي عَيَّاشٍ الزُّرَقِيِّ ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، قَالَ : ضَحَّى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَوْمَ عِيدٍ بِكَبْشَيْنِ ، فَقَالَ حِينَ وَجَّهَهُمَا : " إِنِّي وَجَّهْتُ وَجْهِيَ لِلَّذِي فَطَرَ السَّمَوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضَ حَنِيفًا وَمَا أَنَا مِنَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ ، إِنَّ صَلَاتِي وَنُسُكِي وَمَحْيَايَ وَمَمَاتِي لِلَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ ، وَبِذَلِكَ أُمِرْتُ وَأَنَا أَوَّلُ الْمُسْلِمِينَ اللَّهُمَّ مِنْكَ وَلَكَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدٍ وَأُمَّتِهِ " .
´It was narrated that Jabir bin ‘Abdullah said:` “The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) sacrificed two rams on the Day of ‘Eid. When he turned them to face towards the prayer direction he said: ‘Verily, I have turned my face towards Him Who has created the heavens and the earth, as a monotheist, and I am not of the polytheists. Verily, my prayer, my sacrifice, my living, and my dying are for Allah, the Lord of all that exists. He has no partner. And of this I have been commanded, and I am the first of the Muslims. [6:79,162-163] O Allah, from You to You, on behalf of Muhammad and his nation.’”
Hadith 3152
حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ ، عَنْ الْأَسْوَدِ ابْنِ قَيْسٍ ، عَنْ جُنْدُبٍ الْبَجَلِيِّ ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَهُ يَقُولُ : شَهِدْتُ الْأَضْحَى مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَذَبَحَ أُنَاسٌ قَبْلَ الصَّلَاةِ ، فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " مَنْ كَانَ ذَبَحَ مِنْكُمْ قَبْلَ الصَّلَاةِ ، فَلْيُعِدْ أُضْحِيَّتَهُ ، وَمَنْ لَا فَلْيَذْبَحْ عَلَى اسْمِ اللَّهِ " .
´It was narrated from Aswad bin Qais that he heard Jundub Al-Bajali say:` “I was present on Adha day with the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ), and some people slaughtered before the prayer. The Prophet (ﷺ) said: ‘Whoever among you has slaughtered before the prayer, let him repeat his sacrifice, and whoever has not, let him offer his sacrifice in the Name of Allah.’”
Hadith 3156
حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ سَعْدِ بْنِ عَمَّارِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ ، مُؤَذِّنِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ : " أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ذَبَحَ أُضْحِيَّتَهُ عِنْدَ طَرَفِ الزُّقَاقِ طَرِيقِ بَنِي زُرَيْقٍ بِيَدِهِ بِشَفْرَةٍ " .
´‘Abdur-Rahman bin Sa’d bin ‘Ammar bin Sa’d, the Mu’adhdhin of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ), told us:` “My father told me, from my grandfather, that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) slaughtered his sacrifice at the side of an alley, on the road of Banu Zuraiq, with his own hand, using a blade.”
Hadith 3158
حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ ، عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ " أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَمَرَ مِنْ كُلِّ جَزُورٍ بِبَضْعَةٍ ، فَجُعِلَتْ فِي قِدْرٍ ، فَأَكَلُوا مِنَ اللَّحْمِ وَحَسَوْا مِنَ الْمَرَقِ " .
It was narrated from Jabir bin ‘Abdullah that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) ordered that a piece from every camel that had been slaughtered be brought and placed in a pot, then they ate from its meat and drank some of the broth.
Hadith 3162
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ ، وَهِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ ، قَالَا : حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي يَزِيدَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ سِبَاعِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ ، عَنْ أُمِّ كُرْزٍ ، قَالَتْ : سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ : " عَنِ الْغُلَامِ شَاتَانِ مُتَكَافِئَتَانِ ، وَعَنِ الْجَارِيَةِ شَاةٌ " .
´It was narrated that Umm Kurz said:` “I heard the Prophet (ﷺ) say: ‘On behalf of a boy, two sheep of equal age and on behalf of a girl one sheep.’”
Hadith 3165
حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعَيْبُ بْنُ إِسْحَاق ، حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنْ الْحَسَنِ ، عَنْ سَمُرَةَ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : " كُلُّ غُلَامٍ مُرْتَهَنٌ بِعَقِيقَتِهِ ، تُذْبَحُ عَنْهُ يَوْمَ السَّابِعِ ، وَيُحْلَقُ رَأْسُهُ وَيُسَمَّى " .
´It was narrated from Samurah that the Prophet (ﷺ) said:` “Every boy is mortgaged by his ‘Aqiqah, so slaughter for him on the seventh day, and shave his head, and name him.”
Hadith 3168
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ ، وَهِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ ، قَالَا : حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ ، عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : " لَا فَرَعَةَ وَلَا عَتِيرَةَ " ، قَالَ هِشَامٌ فِي حَدِيثِهِ : وَالْفَرَعَةُ : أَوَّلُ النَّتَاجِ ، وَالْعَتِيرَةُ : الشَّاةُ يَذْبَحُهَا أَهْلُ الْبَيْتِ فِي رَجَبٍ .
´It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Prophet (ﷺ) said:` “There is no Far’ah and no ‘Atirah.”
Hadith 3188
حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ ، أَنْبَأَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، يَقُولُ : " نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، أَنْ يُقْتَلَ شَيْءٌ مِنَ الدَّوَابِّ صَبْرًا " .
´Jabir bin ‘Abdullah said:` “The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) forbade killing any animal when it is tied up (for use as a target).”
Hadith 3204
حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا الْأَوْزَاعِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنِي يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " مَنِ اقْتَنَى كَلْبًا فَإِنَّهُ يَنْقُصُ مِنْ عَمَلِهِ كُلَّ يَوْمٍ قِيرَاطٌ ، إِلَّا كَلْبَ حَرْثٍ أَوْ مَاشِيَةٍ " .
´It was narrated that Abu Hurairah said:` “The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: ‘Whoever keeps a dog, one Qirat will be deducted from him (good) deeds every day, except a dog for farming or herding livestock.”
Hadith 3217
حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيل بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ الْهُذَلِيُّ ، عَنْ شَهْرِ بْنِ حَوْشَبٍ ، عَنْ تَمِيمٍ الدَّارِيِّ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " يَكُونُ فِي آخِرِ الزَّمَانِ قَوْمٌ يَجُبُّونَ أَسْنِمَةَ الْإِبِلِ ، وَيَقْطَعُونَ أَذْنَابَ الْغَنَمِ ، أَلَا فَمَا قُطِعَ مِنْ حَيٍّ فَهُوَ مَيِّتٌ " .
´It was narrated that Tamim Dari said:` “The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: ‘At the end of time there will be people who will cut off camels’ humps and sheep’s tails. But what is cut from a living animal is dead.’”
Hadith 3236
حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ ، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الصَّبَّاحِ ، قَالَا : حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ رَجَاءٍ الْمَكِّيُّ ، عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيل بْنِ أُمَيَّةَ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ أَبِي عَمَّارٍ وَهُوَ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ ، قَالَ : " سَأَلْتُ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ : عَنِ الضَّبُعِ أَصَيْدٌ هُوَ ؟ ، قَالَ : نَعَمْ ، قُلْتُ : آكُلُهَا ؟ ، قَالَ : نَعَمْ ، قُلْتُ : أَشَيْءٌ سَمِعْتَ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ؟ ، قَالَ : نَعَمْ " .
´It was narrated that Ibn Abu ‘Ammar, who is ‘Abdur-Rahman, said:` “I asked Jabir bin ‘Abdullah about hyenas: ‘Are they game (that can be hunted)?’ He said: ‘Yes.’ I said: ‘Can I eat them?’ He said: ‘Yes.’ I said: ‘Is this something that you heard from the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ)?’ He said: ‘Yes.’”
Hadith 3246
حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكُ بْنُ أَنَسٍ ، حَدَّثَنِي صَفْوَانُ بْنُ سُلَيْمٍ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ مِنْ آلِ ابْنِ الْأَزْرَقِ ، أَنَّ الْمُغِيرَةَ بْنَ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ ، وَهُوَ مِنْ بَنِي عَبْدِ الدَّارِ حَدَّثَهُ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ ، يَقُولُ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " الْبَحْرُ الطَّهُورُ مَاؤُهُ الْحِلُّ مَيْتَتُهُ " ، قَالَ أَبُو عَبْد اللَّهِ : بَلَغَنِي عَنْ أَبِي عُبَيْدَةَ الْجَوَادِ ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ : هَذَا نِصْفُ الْعِلْمِ ، لِأَنَّ الدُّنْيَا بَرٌّ وَبَحْرٌ ، فَقَدْ أَفْتَاكَ فِي الْبَحْرِ ، وَبَقِيَ الْبَرُّ .
´Mughirah bin Abu Burdah, who was of the tribe of Banu ‘Abd-Dar, narrated that he heard Abu Hurairah say:` “The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: ‘The water of the sea is a means of purification and its dead meat is permissible.’”
Hadith 3266
حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا الْهِقْلُ بْنُ زِيَادٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ حَسَّانَ ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ , قَالَ : " لِيَأْكُلْ أَحَدُكُمْ بِيَمِينِهِ ، وَلْيَشْرَبْ بِيَمِينِهِ ، وَلْيَأْخُذْ بِيَمِينِهِ ، وَلْيُعْطِ بِيَمِينِهِ ، فَإِنَّ الشَّيْطَانَ يَأْكُلُ بِشِمَالِهِ ، وَيَشْرَبُ بِشِمَالِهِ ، وَيُعْطِي بِشِمَالِهِ ، وَيَأْخُذُ بِشِمَالِهِ " .
´It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Prophet (ﷺ) said:` “Let one of you eat with his right hand and drink with his right hand, and take with his right hand and give with his right hand, for Satan eats with his left hand, drinks with his left hand, gives with his left hand and takes with his left hand.”
Hadith 3276
حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو حَفْصٍ عُمَرُ بْنُ الدَّرَفْسِ ، حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ أَبِي قَسِيمَةَ ، عَنْ وَاثِلَةَ بْنِ الْأَسْقَعِ اللَّيْثِيِّ ، قَالَ : أَخَذَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِرَأْسِ الثَّرِيدِ , فَقَالَ : " كُلُوا بِسْمِ اللَّهِ مِنْ حَوَالَيْهَا ، وَاعْفُوا رَأْسَهَا فَإِنَّ الْبَرَكَةَ تَأْتِيهَا مِنْ فَوْقِهَا " .
´It was narrated that Wathilah bin Asqa’ Al-Laithi said:` “The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) took hold of the top of the Tharid and said: ‘Eat in the Name of Allah from its sides and leave the top, for the blessing comes from its top.’”
Hadith 3286
حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ ، وَدَاوُدُ بْنُ رُشَيْدٍ , وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الصَّبَّاحِ , قَالُوا : حَدَّثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا وَحْشِيُّ بْنُ حَرْبِ بْنِ وَحْشِيِّ بْنِ حَرْبٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ وَحْشِيٍّ ، أنهم قَالُوا : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ، إِنَّا نَأْكُلُ وَلَا نَشْبَعُ ، قَالَ : " فَلَعَلَّكُمْ تَأْكُلُونَ مُتَفَرِّقِينَ " ، قَالُوا : نَعَمْ ، قَالَ : " فَاجْتَمِعُوا عَلَى طَعَامِكُمْ ، وَاذْكُرُوا اسْمَ اللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ يُبَارَكْ لَكُمْ فِيهِ " .
´Wahshi bin Harb bin Wahshi bin Harb narrated from his father, from his grandfather, that they said:` “O Messenger of Allah, we eat and do not feel full.” He said: “Perhaps you eat separately?” They said: “Yes.” He said: “Gather to eat together, and mention the Name of Allah over it, then it will be blessed for you.”
Hadith 3315
حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ , حَدَّثَنَا مَرْوَانُ بْنُ مُعَاوِيَةَ , حَدَّثَنَا عِيسَى بْنُ أَبِي عِيسَى , عَنْ رَجُلٍ أُرَاهُ مُوسَى , عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ , قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " سَيِّدُ إِدَامِكُمُ الْمِلْحُ " .
´It was narrated from Anas bin Malik that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:` ‘The best of your seasonings is salt.”
Hadith 3322
حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ , حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيل بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ , حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ , عَنْ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ , عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُتْبَةَ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ , قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " مَنْ أَطْعَمَهُ اللَّهُ طَعَامًا فَلْيَقُلْ : اللَّهُمَّ بَارِكْ لَنَا فِيهِ , وَارْزُقْنَا خَيْرًا مِنْهُ , وَمَنْ سَقَاهُ اللَّهُ لَبَنًا , فَلْيَقُلْ : اللَّهُمَّ بَارِكْ لَنَا فِيهِ , وَزِدْنَا مِنْهُ , فَإِنِّي لَا أَعْلَمُ مَا يُجْزِئُ مِنَ الطَّعَامِ وَالشَّرَابِ إِلَّا اللَّبَنُ " .
´It was narrated from Ibn ‘Abbas that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:` “Whoever is given food by Allah, let him say: Allahumma barik lana fihi wa arzuqna khairan minhu (O Allah, bless it for us and provide us with something better than it). And whoever is given milk to drink by Allah, let him say: Allahumma barik lana fihi wa zidna minhu (O Allah, bless it for us and give us more of it). For I do not know of any food or drink that suffices, apart from milk.”
Hadith 3334
حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ , حَدَّثَنَا صَدَقَةُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ , حَدَّثَنِي ابْنُ جَابِرٍ , حَدَّثَنِي سُلَيْمُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ , عَنْ ابْنَيْ بُسْرٍ السُّلَمِيَّيْنِ , قَالَا : " دَخَلَ عَلَيْنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَوَضَعْنَا تَحْتَهُ قَطِيفَةً , لَنَا صَبَبْنَاهَا لَهُ صَبًّا , فَجَلَسَ عَلَيْهَا ، فَأَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ عَلَيْهِ الْوَحْيَ فِي بَيْتِنَا ، وَقَدَّمْنَا لَهُ زُبْدًا وَتَمْرًا , وَكَانَ يُحِبُّ الزُّبْدَ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " .
´It was narrated that the two sons of Busr, who were of the tribe of Sulaim, said:` “The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) entered upon us. We placed a velvet cloth of ours beneath him and sprinkled water on it.* He sat on it, and Allah sent down Revelation to him in our house. We offered him butter and dates, and he (ﷺ) liked butter.”
Hadith 3352
حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ , وَسُوَيْدُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ , وَيَحْيَى بْنُ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ سَعِيدِ بْنِ كَثِيرِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ الْحِمْصِيُّ , قَالُوا : حَدَّثَنَا بَقِيَّةُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ , حَدَّثَنَا يُوسُفُ بْنُ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ , عَنْ نُوحِ بْنِ ذَكْوَانَ , عَنْ الْحَسَنِ , عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ , قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " إِنَّ مِنَ السَّرَفِ , أَنْ تَأْكُلَ كُلَّ مَا اشْتَهَيْتَ " .
´It was narrated from Anas bin Malik that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:` “It is extravagance to eat everything you want.”
Hadith 3374
حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ , حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ حَمْزَةَ , قَالَ : حَدَّثَنِي زَيْدُ بْنُ وَاقِدٍ , أَنَّ خَالِدَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ حُسَيْنٍ حَدَّثَهُ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ , قَالَ : " مَنْ شَرِبَ الْخَمْرَ فِي الدُّنْيَا , لَمْ يَشْرَبْهَا فِي الْآخِرَةِ " .
´Abu Hurairah narrated that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:` “Whoever drinks wine in this world, he will not drink it in the Hereafter.”
Hadith 3376
حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ , حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ عُتْبَةَ , حَدَّثَنِي يُونُسُ بْنُ مَيْسَرَةَ بْنِ حَلْبَسٍ , عَنْ أَبِي إِدْرِيسَ , عَنْ أَبِي الدَّرْدَاءِ , عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ , قَالَ : " لَا يَدْخُلُ الْجَنَّةَ مُدْمِنُ خَمْرٍ " .
´It was narrated from Abu Darda’ that the Prophet (ﷺ) said:` “No one who is addicted to wine will enter Paradise.”
Hadith 3387
حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ , حَدَّثَنَا صَدَقَةُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ , حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ الْحَارِثِ الذِّمَارِيُّ , سَمِعْتُ سَالِمَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ يُحَدِّثُ , عَنْ أَبِيهِ , قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " كُلُّ مُسْكِرٍ حَرَامٌ " .
´Salim bin ‘Abdullah bin ‘Umar narrated that his father said:` “The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: ‘Every intoxicant is unlawful.’”
Hadith 3397
حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ , حَدَّثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ , حَدَّثَنَا الْأَوْزَاعِيُّ , عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ , عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي قَتَادَةَ , عَنْ أَبِيهِ , أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ , يَقُولُ : " لَا تَجْمَعُوا بَيْنَ الرُّطَبِ وَالزَّهْوِ , وَلَا بَيْنَ الزَّبِيبِ وَالتَّمْرِ , وَانْبِذُوا كُلَّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمَا عَلَى حِدَتِهِ " .
´It was narrated from ‘Abdullah bin Abu Qatadah, from his father, that he heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) say:` “Do not combine fresh dates and unripe dates, or raisins and dates; rather make Nabidh with each one of them on its own.”*
Hadith 3417
حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ , وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الصَّبَّاحِ , قَالَا : حَدَّثَنَا مَرْوَانُ بْنُ مُعَاوِيَةَ , حَدَّثَنَا رِشْدِينُ بْنُ كُرَيْبٍ , عَنْ أَبِيهِ , عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ , أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " شَرِبَ فَتَنَفَّسَ فِيهِ مَرَّتَيْنِ " .
It was narrated from Ibn ‘Abbas that the Prophet (ﷺ) drank, and took two breaths while doing so.
Hadith 3425
حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ , حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكُ بْنُ أَنَسٍ , عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ , عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ , أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أُتِيَ بِلَبَنٍ قَدْ شِيبَ بِمَاءٍ , وَعَنْ يَمِينِهِ أَعْرَابِيٌّ , وَعَنْ يَسَارِهِ أَبُو بَكْرٍ فَشَرِبَ , ثُمَّ أَعْطَى الْأَعْرَابِيَّ , وَقَالَ : " الْأَيْمَنُ فَالْأَيْمَنُ " .
´It was narrated from Anas bin Malik that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) was brought some milk mixed with water. On his right there was a Bedouin and on his left was Abu Bakr. He drank some, then he gave it to the Bedouin and said:` “Pass it around to the right.”
Hadith 3426
حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ , حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيل بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ , حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ , عَنْ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ , عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ , عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ , قَالَ : أُتِيَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِلَبَنٍ , وَعَنْ يَمِينِهِ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ , وَعَنْ يَسَارِهِ خَالِدُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ , فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لِابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ : " أَتَأْذَنُ لِي أَنْ أَسْقِيَ خَالِدًا ؟ " , قَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ : مَا أُحِبُّ أَنْ أُوثِرَ بِسُؤْرِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ , عَلَى نَفْسِي أَحَدًا , فَأَخَذَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ فَشَرِبَ , وَشَرِبَ خَالِدٌ .
´It was narrated that Ibn ‘Abbas said:` “The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) was brought some milk. On his right was Ibn ‘Abbas and on his left was Khalid bin Walid. The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said to Ibn ‘Abbas: ‘Will you permit me to give Khalid to drink?’ Ibn ‘Abbas said: ‘I would not like to give preference to anyone over myself when it comes to the leftover drink of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ). So Ibn ‘Abbas took it and drank some, then Khalid drank some.”
Hadith 3436
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ , وَهِشَامُ ابْنُ عَمَّارٍ , قَالَا ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ , عَنْ زِيَادِ بْنِ عِلَاقَةَ , عَنْ أُسَامَةَ بْنِ شَرِيكٍ , قَالَ : شَهِدْتُ الْأَعْرَابَ يَسْأَلُونَ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَعَلَيْنَا حَرَجٌ فِي كَذَا ؟ أَعَلَيْنَا حَرَجٌ فِي كَذَا ؟ فَقَالَ لَهُمْ : " عِبَادَ اللَّهِ ,وَضَعَ اللَّهُ الْحَرَجَ إِلَّا مَنِ اقْتَرَضَ مِنْ عِرْضِ أَخِيهِ شَيْئًا , فَذَاكَ الَّذِي حَرِجَ " , فَقَالُوا : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ , هَلْ عَلَيْنَا جُنَاحٌ أَنْ لَا نَتَدَاوَى ؟ قَالَ : " تَدَاوَوْا عِبَادَ اللَّهِ , فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ سُبْحَانَهُ لَمْ يَضَعْ دَاءً إِلَّا وَضَعَ مَعَهُ شِفَاءً , إِلَّا الْهَرَمَ " , قَالُوا : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ , مَا خَيْرُ مَا أُعْطِيَ الْعَبْدُ ؟ قَالَ : " خُلُقٌ حَسَنٌ " .
´It was narrated that Usamah bin Sharik said:` “I saw the Bedouins asking the Prophet (ﷺ): ‘Is there any harm in such and such, is there any harm in such and such?’ He said to them: ‘O slaves of Allah! Allah has only made harm in that which transgresses the honor of one’s brother. That is what is sinful.’ They said: ‘O Messenger of Allah! Is there any sin if we do not seek treatment?’ He said: ‘Seek treatment, O slaves of Allah! For Allah does not create any disease but He also creates with it the cure, except for old age.’ They said: ‘O Messenger of Allah, what is the best thing that a person may be given?’ He said: ‘Good manners.’”
Hadith 3463
حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ , وَرَاشِدُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الرَّمْلِيُّ , قَالَا : حَدَّثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ , حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ حَسَّانَ , حَدَّثَنَا أَنَسُ بْنُ سِيرِينَ , أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ , يَقُولُ : سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ , يَقُولُ : " شِفَاءُ عِرْقِ النَّسَا , أَلْيَةُ شَاةٍ أَعْرَابِيَّةٍ تُذَابُ , ثُمَّ تُجَزَّأُ ثَلَاثَةَ أَجْزَاءٍ , ثُمَّ يُشْرَبُ عَلَى الرِّيقِ فِي كُلِّ يَوْمٍ جُزْءٌ " .
´Anas bin Malik said:` “I heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) saying: ‘The cure for sciatica is the fat from the tail of a Bedouin sheep (or wild sheep), which should be melted and divided into three parts, one part to be taken each day on an empty stomach.’”
Hadith 3464
حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ , وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الصَّبَّاحِ , قَالَا : حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ أَبِي حَازِمٍ , عَنْ أَبِيهِ , عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ السَّاعِدِيِّ , قَالَ : " جُرِحَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَوْمَ أُحُدٍ , وَكُسِرَتْ رَبَاعِيَتُهُ , وَهُشِمَتِ الْبَيْضَةُ عَلَى رَأْسِهِ , فَكَانَتْ فَاطِمَةُ تَغْسِلُ الدَّمَ عَنْهُ , وَعَلِيٌّ يَسْكِبُ عَلَيْهِ الْمَاءَ بِالْمِجَنِّ , فَلَمَّا رَأَتْ فَاطِمَةُ أَنَّ الْمَاءَ لَا يَزِيدُ الدَّمَ إِلَّا كَثْرَةً , أَخَذَتْ قِطْعَةَ حَصِيرٍ فَأَحْرَقَتْهَا حَتَّى إِذَا صَارَ رَمَادًا أَلْزَمَتْهُ الْجُرْحَ , فَاسْتَمْسَكَ الدَّمُ " .
´It was narrated that Sahl bin Sa’d As-Sa’idi said:` “The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) was wounded on the Day of Uhud. His molar was broken and his helmet was crushed on his head. Fatimah was washing the blood from him and ‘Ali was pouring water on him from a shield. When Fatimah realized that the water was only making the bleeding worse, she took a piece of a mat and burnt it, and when it had turned to ashes, she applied it to the wound to stop the bleeding.
Hadith 3466
حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ , وَرَاشِدُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الرَّمْلِيُّ , قَالَا : حَدَّثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ , حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ , عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ , عَنْ أَبِيهِ , عَنْ جَدِّهِ , قَالَ : قَال رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " مَنْ تَطَبَّبَ , وَلَمْ يُعْلَمْ مِنْهُ طِبٌّ قَبْلَ ذَلِكَ , فَهُوَ ضَامِنٌ " .
´It was narrated from ‘Amr bin Shu’aib, from his father, that his grandfather said:` “The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: ‘Whoever gives medical treatment, with no prior knowledge of medicine, is responsible (for any harm done).’”
Hadith 3509
حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ , حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ , عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ , عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ بْنِ سَهْلِ بْنِ حُنَيْفٍ , قَالَ : مَرَّ عَامِرُ بْنُ رَبِيعَةَ , بِسَهْلِ بْنِ حُنَيْفٍ وَهُوَ يَغْتَسِلُ , فَقَالَ : لَمْ أَرَ كَالْيَوْمِ وَلَا جِلْدَ مُخَبَّأَةٍ , فَمَا لَبِثَ أَنْ لُبِطَ بِهِ , فَأُتِيَ بِهِ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، فَقِيلَ لَهُ : أَدْرِكْ سَهْلًا صَرِيعًا , قَالَ : " مَنْ تَتَّهِمُونَ بِهِ ؟ " , قَالُوا : عَامِرَ بْنَ رَبِيعَةَ , قَالَ : " عَلَامَ يَقْتُلُ أَحَدُكُمْ أَخَاهُ ، إِذَا رَأَى أَحَدُكُمْ مِنْ أَخِيهِ مَا يُعْجِبُهُ , فَلْيَدْعُ لَهُ بِالْبَرَكَةِ " , ثُمَّ دَعَا بِمَاءٍ , فَأَمَرَ عَامِرًا أَنْ يَتَوَضَّأَ , فَيَغْسِلْ وَجْهَهُ وَيَدَيْهِ إِلَى الْمِرْفَقَيْنِ , وَرُكْبَتَيْهِ وَدَاخِلَةَ إِزَارِهِ , وَأَمَرَهُ أَنْ يَصُبَّ عَلَيْهِ , قَالَ سُفْيَانُ : قَالَ مَعْمَرٌ : عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ : وَأَمَرَهُ أَنْ يَكْفَأَ الْإِنَاءَ مِنْ خَلْفِهِ .
´It was narrated that Abu Umamah bin Sahl bin Hunaif said:` “ ‘Amir bin Rabi’ah passed by Sahl bin Hunaif when he was having a bath, and said: ‘I have never seen such beautiful skin.’ Straightaway, he (Sahl) fell to the ground. He was brought to the Prophet (ﷺ) and it was said: ‘Sahl has had a fit.’ He said: ‘Whom do you accuse with regard to him?’ They said: “ ‘Amir bin Rabi’ah.’ They said: ‘Why would anyone of you kill his brother? If he sees something that he likes, then let him pray for blessing for him.’ Then he called for water, and he told ‘Amir to perform ablution, then he washed his face and his arms up to the elbows, his knees and inside his lower garment, then he told him to pour the water over him.”
Hadith 3555
حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ , حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ أَبِي حَازِمٍ , عَنْ أَبِيهِ , عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ السَّاعِدِيِّ , " أَنَّ امْرَأَةً جَاءَتْ إِلى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِبُرْدَةٍ , قَالَ : وَمَا الْبُرْدَةُ ؟ قَالَ : الشَّمْلَةُ , قَالَتْ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ , نَسَجْتُ هَذِهِ بِيَدِي لِأَكْسُوَكَهَا ، فَأَخَذَهَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مُحْتَاجًا إِلَيْهَا , فَخَرَجَ عَلَيْنَا فِيهَا , وَإِنَّهَا لَإِزَارُهُ فَجَاءَ فُلَانُ بْنُ فُلَانٍ رَجُلٌ سَمَّاهُ يَوْمَئِذٍ , فَقَالَ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ , مَا أَحْسَنَ هَذِهِ الْبُرْدَةَ اكْسُنِيهَا , قَالَ : " نَعَمْ " , فَلَمَّا دَخَلَ طَوَاهَا وَأَرْسَلَ بِهَا إِلَيْهِ , فَقَالَ لَهُ الْقَوْمُ : وَاللَّهِ مَا أَحْسَنْتَ كُسِيَهَا النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مُحْتَاجًا إِلَيْهَا , ثُمَّ سَأَلْتَهُ إِيَّاهَا وَقَدْ عَلِمْتَ أَنَّهُ لَا يَرُدُّ سَائِلًا , فَقَالَ : إِنِّي وَاللَّهِ مَا سَأَلْتُهُ إِيَّاهَا لِأَلْبَسَهَا , وَلَكِنْ سَأَلْتُهُ إِيَّاهَا لِتَكُونَ كَفَنِي , فَقَالَ سَهْلٌ : فَكَانَتْ كَفَنَهُ يَوْمَ مَاتَ .
´It was narrated from Sahl bin Sa’d Sa’idi that a woman came to the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) with a woven sheet – he said:` * “What type of woven sheet?” He said: “A Shamlah.” She said: “O Messenger of Allah, I have woven this with my own hands for you to wear.” The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) took it, since he needed it. He came out to us wearing it as a lower wrap. So-and-so the son of so-and-so.” – a man whose name he told that day – said: “O Messenger of Allah, how beautiful this sheet is! Let me wear it.” He said: “Yes.” When he went inside he folded it up and sent it to him. The people said to him: “By Allah, you have not done well. The Prophet (ﷺ) wore it because he needed it, then you asked for it, and you knew that he would not refuse anyone who asked him for something.” He said: “By Allah, I did not ask for it so that I could wear it, rather I asked for it so that it could be my shroud.” Sahl said: “And it became his shroud the day he died.”
Hadith 3584
حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ , حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ , عَنْ مُسَاوِرٍ الْوَرَّاقِ , عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ حُرَيْثٍ , عَنْ أَبِيهِ , قَالَ : رَأَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " يَخْطُبُ عَلَى الْمِنْبَرِ وَعَلَيْهِ عِمَامَةٌ سَوْدَاءُ " .
´It was narrated from Ja’far bin ‘Amr bin Huraith that his father said:` “I saw the Prophet (ﷺ) delivering a sermon on the pulpit, wearing a black turban.”
Hadith 3661
حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ , حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيل بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ , عَنْ بَحِيرِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ , عَنْ خَالِدِ بْنِ مَعْدَانَ , عَنْ الْمِقْدَامِ بْنِ مَعْدِ يكَرِبَ , أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ , قَالَ : " إِنَّ اللَّهَ يُوصِيكُمْ بِأُمَّهَاتِكُمْ ثَلَاثًا , إِنَّ اللَّهَ يُوصِيكُمْ بِآبَائِكُمْ , إِنَّ اللَّهَ يُوصِيكُمْ بِالْأَقْرَبِ فَالْأَقْرَبِ " .
´Miqdam bin Ma'dikarib, may Allah be pleased with them, narrated that:` Allah's Messenger said: "Allah enjoins you to treat your mother's kindly"-three times- "Allah enjoins you to treat your fathers kindly, Allah enjoins you to treat the closest and the next closest kindly."
Hadith 3662
حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ , حَدَّثَنَا صَدَقَةُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ , حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي الْعَاتِكَةِ , عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ يَزِيدَ , عَنْ الْقَاسِمِ , عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ , أَنَّ رَجُلًا , قَالَ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ , مَا حَقُّ الْوَالِدَيْنِ عَلَى وَلَدِهِمَا ؟ قَالَ : " هُمَا جَنَّتُكَ وَنَارُكَ " .
´Abu Umamah narrated that a man said that:` "O Allah's Messenger(ﷺ), what are the rights of parents over their child?" He said:"They are your Paradise and your Hell." (Daif)
Hadith 3680
حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ , حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْكَلْبِيُّ , حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيل بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْأَنْصَارِيُّ , عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ أَبِي رَبَاحٍ , عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبَّاسٍ , قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " مَنْ عَالَ ثَلَاثَةً مِنَ الْأَيْتَامِ , كَانَ كَمَنْ قَامَ لَيْلَهُ , وَصَامَ نَهَارَهُ , وَغَدَا وَرَاحَ شَاهِرًا سَيْفَهُ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ , وَكُنْتُ أَنَا وَهُوَ فِي الْجَنَّةِ أَخَوَيْنِ كَهَاتَيْنِ أُخْتَانِ " , وَأَلْصَقَ إِصْبَعَيْهِ السَّبَّابَةَ وَالْوُسْطَى .
´It was narrated from `Abdullah bin `Abbas that the Messenger of Allah(ﷺ) said:` "Whoever raises three orphans, is like the one who spends his nights in prayer and fasts during the day, and goes out morning and evening drawing his sword in the cause of Allah. In Paradise, he and I will be brothers like these two sisters,'and he held up his forefinger and middle finger together."
Hadith 3689
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ , حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُصْعَبٍ , عَنْ الْأَوْزَاعِيِّ . ح حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ , وَعَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ , قَالَا : حَدَّثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ , حَدَّثَنَا الْأَوْزَاعِيُّ , عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ , عَنْ عُرْوَةَ , عَنْ عَائِشَةَ , عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ , قَالَ : " إِنَّ اللَّهَ رَفِيقٌ يُحِبُّ الرِّفْقَ فِي الْأَمْرِ كُلِّهِ " .
´It was narrated from Aishah that the Prophet(ﷺ) said:` "Allah is Gentle and loves gentleness in all things."
Hadith 3753
حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ , حَدَّثَنَا الْهِقْلُ بْنُ زِيَادٍ , حَدَّثَنَا الْأَوْزَاعِيُّ , عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَامِرٍ الْأَسْلَمِيِّ , عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ , عَنْ أَبِيهِ , عَنْ جَدِّهِ , أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ , قَالَ : " لَا يَقُصُّ عَلَى النَّاسِ , إِلَّا أَمِيرٌ أَوْ مَأْمُورٌ أَوْ مُرَاءٍ " .
´It was narrated from Amr bin Shuaib, from his father, from his grandfather, that the Messenger of Allah(ﷺ) said:` "No one tells the stories to the people (for the purpose of exhortation) except a ruler, one appointed by a ruler, or a show-off."
