Hadith 52
´It was narrated from 'Abdullah bin 'Amr bin 'As that:` the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: 'Allah will not take away knowledge by removing it from people (from their hearts). Rather He will take away knowledge by taking away the scholars, then when there are no scholars left, the people will take the ignorant as their leaders. They will be asked questions and they will issue verdicts without knowledge, thus they will go astray and lead others astray.'"
Hadith 105
´It was narrated that 'Aishah said:` "The Messenger of Allah said: 'O Allah! Strengthen Islam with 'Umar bin Khattab in particular.'"

´It was narrated that 'Aishah said:` "A baby boy was brought to the Prophet who then urinated on him. He sprinkled over it with water and did not wash it."

أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ
عَائِشَةَ ، أَنَّهَا اسْتَعَارَتْ مِنْ أَسْمَاءَ قِلَادَةً فَهَلَكَتْ ، " فَأَرْسَلَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أُنَاسًا فِي طَلَبِهَا ، فَأَدْرَكَتْهُمُ الصَّلَاةُ فَصَلَّوْا بِغَيْرِ وُضُوءٍ ، فَلَمَّا أَتَوْا النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ شَكَوْا ذَلِكَ إِلَيْهِ ، فَنَزَلَتْ آيَةُ التَّيَمُّمِ " ، فَقَالَ أُسَيْدُ بْنُ حُضَيْرٍ : جَزَاكِ اللَّهُ خَيْرًا ، فَوَاللَّهِ مَا نَزَلَ بِكِ أَمْرٌ قَطُّ إِلَّا جَعَلَ اللَّهُ لَكِ مِنْهُ مَخْرَجًا ، وَجَعَلَ لِلْمُسْلِمِينَ فِيهِ بَرَكَةً .
´It was narrated from 'Aishah that:` She borrowed a necklace from Asma', and she lost it. The Prophet sent some people to look for it, and the time for prayer came so they prayed without ablution. When they came to the Prophet they complained to him about that, then the Verse of dry ablution was revealed. Usaid bin Hudair said: "May Allah reward you with good, for by Allah, nothing ever happens to you but Allah grants you a way out and blesses the Muslims thereby."
Hadith 600
´It was narrated from Zainab, the daughter of Umm Salamah, that :` Her mother Umm Salamah said: "Umm Sulaim came to the Prophet and asked him about a woman who sees in her dream something like a man sees. He said: 'Yes, if she sees water (discharge), let her take a bath.' I said: 'You have embarrassed the women. Do women experience wet dreams?' The Prophet said: 'May your hands be rubbed with dust, how else does her child resemble her?'"
Hadith 616
´It was narrated that 'Abdullah bin Arqam said:` "The Messenger of Allah said: 'If anyone of you needs to defecate and the immediate call to prayer (Iqamah) is given, let him start with (relieving himself).'"
Hadith 621
´It was narrated that 'Aishah said:` "Fatimah bint Abi Hubaish came to the Messenger of Allah and said: 'O Messenger of Allah! I am a woman who bleeds continuously and never becomes pure, should I give up the prayer?' He said: 'No, rather that is a vein and it is not menstruation. When the time of your period comes, leave off the prayer, and when it is over, take a bath and wash the blood from yourself and perform the prayer." This is the Hadith of Waki'.
Hadith 629
´It was narrated that Asma' bint Abi Bakr said:` "The Messenger of Allah was asked about menstrual blood that gets on clothing. He said: 'Rub it off, wash it and perform prayer in (the garment).'"
Hadith 633
´It was narrated that 'Aishah said:` "The Prophet used to bring his head close to me when I was menstruaring and he was in I'tikaf (seclusion in a mosques for the purpose of worship), and I would wash it and comb his hair."
Hadith 641
´It was narrated from 'Aishah that:` The Prophet said to her, when she was menstruating: "Undo your braids and bathe." (Sahih)(A narrator) 'Ali said in his narration: "Undo your head."

´It was narrated from 'Aishah that:` The Messenger of Allah commanded that mosque to be built in (Ad-Dur) villages, and that they be purified and perfumed.

´It was narrated from ‘Aishah that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:` “If food is ready and the Iqamah is being given, then start with the food.”

´It was narrated that ‘Aishah said:` “The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: ‘Allah and His angels send blessings upon those who complete the rows, and whoever fills a gap, Allah will raise him one degree in status thereby.’”

´It was narrated that ‘Umar bin Abu Salamah said:` “I saw the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) performing prayer in a single garment, wrapping himself in it and throwing the ends over his shoulders.”
Hadith 1096
´It was narrated from ‘Aishah that the Prophet (ﷺ) delivered a sermon to the people one Friday, and he saw them wearing woollen clothes. The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:` “There is nothing wrong with any one of you, if he can afford it, buying two garments for Friday, other than his daily work clothes.”
Hadith 1222
´It was narrated from ‘Aishah that the Prophet (ﷺ) said:` “When anyone of you performs prayer and commits Hadath, (passing wind) let him take hold of his nose, then leave.” Another chain with similar wording.
Hadith 1227
´It was narrated that ‘Aishah said:` “I did not see the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) offer any of the night prayers in any way other than standing, until he became old. Then he started to pray sitting down until, when there were thirty or forty Verses left of his recitation, he would stand up and recite them, and prostrate.”

عَائِشَةَ ، قَالَتْ : " أَمَرَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَبَا بَكْرٍ ، أَنْ يُصَلِّيَ بِالنَّاسِ فِي مَرَضِهِ ، فَكَانَ يُصَلِّي بِهِمْ ، فَوَجَدَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ خِفَّةً ، فَخَرَجَ وَإِذَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ يَؤُمُّ النَّاسَ ، فَلَمَّا رَآهُ أَبُو بَكْرٍ اسْتَأْخَرَ ، فَأَشَارَ إِلَيْهِ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَيْ كَمَا أَنْتَ ، فَجَلَسَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ حِذَاءَ أَبِي بَكْرٍ إِلَى جَنْبِهِ ، فَكَانَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ يُصَلِّي بِصَلَاةِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، وَالنَّاسُ يُصَلُّونَ بِصَلَاةِ أَبِي بَكْرٍ " .
´It was narrated that ‘Aishah said:` “The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) told Abu Bakr to lead the people in prayer when he was sick, and Abu Bakr used to lead them in prayer. Then the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) began to feel a little better, so he came out, and saw Abu Bakr leading the people in prayer. When Abu Bakr saw him, he stepped back, but the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) gestured to him to stay where he was. Then the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) sat beside Abu Bakr. Abu Bakr was following the prayer of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ), and the people were following the prayer of Abu Bakr.”
Hadith 1237

هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ ، عَنْ
أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ
عَائِشَةَ ، قَالَتْ : اشْتَكَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، فَدَخَلَ عَلَيْهِ نَاسٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِهِ يَعُودُونَهُ ، فَصَلَّى النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ جَالِسًا ، فَصَلَّوْا بِصَلَاتِهِ قِيَامًا ، فَأَشَارَ إِلَيْهِمْ أَنِ اجْلِسُوا ، فَلَمَّا انْصَرَفَ ، قَالَ : " إِنَّمَا جُعِلَ الْإِمَامُ لِيُؤْتَمَّ بِهِ ، فَإِذَا رَكَعَ فَارْكَعُوا ، وَإِذَا رَفَعَ فَارْفَعُوا ، وَإِذَا صَلَّى جَالِسًا فَصَلُّوا جُلُوسًا " .
´It was narrated that ‘Aishah said:` “The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) fell ill and some of his Companions came to visit him. The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) performed prayer while sitting down, and they prayed behind him standing up. He gestured them to sit down, and when he finished he said: ‘The Imam is appointed to be followed. When he bows, then bow; when he stands up again, then stand up, and if he prays sitting down then pray sitting down.’”
Hadith 1359
´It was narrated that ‘Aishah said:` “The Prophet (ﷺ) used to pray thirteen Rak’ah at night.”
Hadith 1370
´It was narrated that ‘Aishah said:` “The Prophet (ﷺ) said: ‘If anyone of you becomes drowsy, let him sleep until he feels refreshed, for he does not know, if he prays when he feels drowsy, he may want to say words seeking forgiveness but (instead) he ends up cursing himself.’”
Hadith 1373
´It was narrated that ‘Aishah said:` “The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: ‘Whoever prays twenty Rak’ah between Maghrib and ‘Isha’, Allah will build for him a house in Paradise.’”
Hadith 1469

عَائِشَةَ ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " كُفِّنَ فِي ثَلَاثَةِ أَثْوَابٍ بِيضٍ يَمَانِيَةٍ ، لَيْسَ فِيهَا قَمِيصٌ ، وَلَا عِمَامَةٌ " ، فَقِيلَ لِعَائِشَةَ : إِنَّهُمْ كَانُوا يَزْعُمُونَ أَنَّهُ قَدْ كَانَ كُفِّنَ فِي حِبَرَةٍ ، فَقَالَتْ عَائِشَةُ : " قَدْ جَاءُوا بِبُرْدِ حِبَرَةٍ فَلَمْ يُكَفِّنُوهُ " .
´It was narrated from ‘Aishah that the Prophet (ﷺ) was shrouded in three white Yemeni cloths, among which there was no shirt and no turban. It was said to ‘Aishah:` “They used to claim that he was shrouded in Hibarah.” ‘Aishah said: “They brought a Hibarah Burd, but they did not shroud him in it.”
Hadith 1587
It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Prophet (ﷺ) was attending a funeral. ‘Umar saw a woman and shouted at her, but the Prophet (ﷺ) said, “Leave her alone, O ‘Umar, for the eye weeps and the heart is afflicted, and the bereavement is recent.”
Hadith 1662
´It was narrated that ‘Aishah said:` “Hamzah Al-Aslami asked the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ): ‘I am fasting, should I fast while traveling?’ The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: ‘If you wish, then fast, and if you wish, then break your fast.’”
Hadith 1674
´It was narrated that Asma’ bint Abu Bakr said:` “We broke our fast on a cloudy day at the time of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ), then the sun appeared.” I (one of the narrators) said to Hisham: "Were they commanded to make up for that day?" He said: "It had to be made up." (According to Hisham's opinion).
Hadith 1678
´It was narrated that ‘Aishah said:` “The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) applied kohl to his eyes while he was fasting.”
Hadith 1763
´It was narrated from ‘Aishah that the Prophet (ﷺ) said:` “If a man stays among a people, he should not fast without their permission.”
Hadith 1778
´It was narrated that ‘Aishah said:` “The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) used to bring his head towards me when he was next door (observing I’tikaf), and I would wash it and comb his hair, when I was in my apartment and I was menstruating, and he was in the mosque.”
Hadith 1835
´It was narrated that:` Umm Salamah said: “The Messenger of Allah enjoined charity upon us. Zainab, the wife of Abdullah said: 'Will it be accepted as charity on my part if I give charity to my husband who is poor, and to the children of a brother of mine who are orphans, spending such and such on them, and in all circumstances?' He said: 'Yes.'”
Hadith 1836
´It was narrated from Hisham bin Urwah, from his father, that:` his grandfather said: “The Messenger of Allah said: 'If one of you were to take his rope (or ropes) and go to the mountains, and bring a bundle of firewood on his back to sell, and thus become independent of means, that would be better for him than begging from people who may either give him something or not give him anything.'”

عَائِشَةَ ، قَالَتْ : " تَزَوَّجَنِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَأَنَا بِنْتُ سِتِّ سِنِينَ ، فَقَدِمْنَا الْمَدِينَةَ فَنَزَلْنَا فِي بَنِي الْحَارِثِ بْنِ الْخَزْرَجِ ، فَوُعِكْتُ فَتَمَرَّقَ شَعَرِي حَتَّى وَفَى لَهُ جُمَيْمَةٌ ، فَأَتَتْنِي أُمِّي أُمُّ رُومَانَ وَإِنِّي لَفِي أُرْجُوحَةٍ وَمَعِي صَوَاحِبَاتٌ لِي ، فَصَرَخَتْ بِي ، فَأَتَيْتُهَا وَمَا أَدْرِي مَا تُرِيدُ ، فَأَخَذَتْ بِيَدِي ، فَأَوْقَفَتْنِي عَلَى بَابِ الدَّارِ ، وَإِنِّي لَأَنْهَجُ حَتَّى سَكَنَ بَعْضُ نَفَسِي ، ثُمَّ أَخَذَتْ شَيْئًا مِنْ مَاءٍ فَمَسَحَتْ بِهِ عَلَى وَجْهِي وَرَأْسِي ، ثُمَّ أَدْخَلَتْنِي الدَّارَ ، فَإِذَا نِسْوَةٌ مِنَ الْأَنْصَارِ فِي بَيْتٍ ، فَقُلْنَ : عَلَى الْخَيْرِ ، وَالْبَرَكَةِ ، وَعَلَى خَيْرِ طَائِرٍ ، فَأَسْلَمَتْنِي إِلَيْهِنَّ فَأَصْلَحْنَ مِنْ شَأْنِي ، فَلَمْ يَرُعْنِي إِلَّا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، ضُحًى فَأَسْلَمَتْنِي إِلَيْهِ ، وَأَنَا يَوْمَئِذٍ بِنْتُ تِسْعِ سِنِينَ " .
´It was narrated that:` Aishah said: “The Messenger of Allah married me when I was six years old. Then we came to Al-Madinah and settled among Banu Harith bin Khazraj. I became ill and my hair fell out, then it grew back and became abundant. My mother Umm Ruman came to me while I was on an Urjuhah with some of my friends, and called for me. I went to her, and I did not know what she wanted. She took me by the hand and made me stand at the door of the house, and I was panting. When I got my breath back, she took some water and wiped my face and head, and led me into the house. There were some woman of the Ansar inside the house, and they said: 'With blessings and good fortune (from Allah).' (My mother) handed me over to them and they tidied me up. And suddenly I saw the Messenger of Allah in the morning. And she handed me over to him and I was at that time, nine years old.”
Hadith 1898

أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا

هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ ، عَنْ
أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ
عَائِشَةَ ، قَالَتْ : دَخَلَ عَلَيَّ أَبُو بَكْرٍ وَعِنْدِي جَارِيَتَانِ مِنْ جَوَارِي الْأَنْصَارِ تُغَنِّيَانِ بِمَا تَقَاوَلَتْ بِهِ الْأَنْصَارُ فِي يَوْمِ بُعَاثٍ ، قَالَتْ : وَلَيْسَتَا بِمُغَنِّيَتَيْنِ ، فَقَالَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ : أَبِمَزْمُورِ الشَّيْطَانِ فِي بَيْتِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، وَذَلِكَ فِي يَوْمِ عِيدِ الْفِطْرِ ، فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " يَا أَبَا بَكْرٍ إِنَّ لِكُلِّ قَوْمٍ عِيدًا ، وَهَذَا عِيدُنَا " .
´It was narrated that 'Aishah said:` “Abu Bakr entered upon me, and there were two girls from the Ansar with me, singing about the Day of Bu'ath.” She said: “And they were not really singers. Abu Bakr said: 'The wind instruments of Satan in the house of the Prophet ?' That was on the day of 'Eid(Al-Fitr). But the Prophet said: 'O Abu Bakr, every people has its festival and this is our festival.' ”
