Hadith 842
حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاق بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ ، حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ يَحْيَى ، عَنْ يُونُسَ بْنِ مَيْسَرَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي إِدْرِيسَ الْخَوْلَانِيِّ ، عَنْ أَبِي الدَّرْدَاءِ ، قَالَ : سَأَلَهُ رَجُلٌ فَقَالَ : أَقْرَأُ وَالْإِمَامُ يَقْرَأُ ، فَقَالَ : " سَأَلَ رَجُلٌ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : أَفِي كُلِّ صَلَاةٍ قِرَاءَةٌ ؟ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : نَعَمْ ، فَقَالَ رَجُلٌ مِنَ الْقَوْمِ : وَجَبَ هَذَا " .
´Abu Idris Al-Khawlani narrated that a man asked Abu Darda’:` “Should I recite when the Imam is reciting?” He said: “A man asked the Prophet (ﷺ) whether there was recitation in every prayer. The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: ‘Yes.’ A man among the people said: ‘It has become obligatory.’”
Hadith 2247
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ بْنُ الضَّحَّاكِ ، حَدَّثَنَا بَقِيَّةُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ ، عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ يَحْيَى ، عَنْ مَكْحُولٍ ، وَسُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ مُوسَى ، عَنْ وَاثِلَةَ بْنِ الْأَسْقَعِ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ : " مَنْ بَاعَ عَيْبًا لَمْ يُبَيِّنْهُ لَمْ يَزَلْ فِي مَقْتِ مِنَ اللَّهِ ، وَلَمْ تَزَلِ الْمَلَائِكَةُ تَلْعَنُهُ " .
´It was narrated that Wathilah bin Asqa' said:` "I heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) say: 'Whoever sells defective goods without pointing it out, he will remain subject to the wrath of Allah, and the angels will continue to curse him.'"
Hadith 4181
حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيل بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الرَّقِّيُّ , حَدَّثَنَا عِيسَى بْنُ يُونُسَ , عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ يَحْيَى , عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ , عَنْ أَنَسٍ , قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " إِنَّ لِكُلِّ دِينٍ خُلُقًا , وَخُلُقُ الْإِسْلَامِ الْحَيَاءُ " .
´It was narrated from Anas that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:` “Every religion has its distinct characteristic, and the distinct characteristic of Islam is modesty.”
