Hadith 2721
أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاق بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، قَالَ : أَنْبَأَنَا مُصْعَبُ بْنُ الْمِقْدَامِ ، عَنْ زِائِدَةَ ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ ، عَنْ شَقِيقٍ ، قَالَ : " أَنْبَأَنَا الصُّبَيُّ ، فَذَكَرَ مِثْلَهُ , قَالَ : فَأَتَيْتُ عُمَرَ ، فَقَصَصْتُ عَلَيْهِ الْقِصَّةَ إِلَّا قَوْلَهُ يَا هَنَاهْ .
´(Another chain) that shaqiq said; a "As-Subai told us something similar, and he said:` 'I came to 'Umar and told him the story, apart from the words: 'Hey you!'''
Hadith 3030
أَخْبَرَنَا الْقَاسِمُ بْنُ زَكَرِيَّا ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا مُصْعَبُ بْنُ الْمِقْدَامِ ، عَنْ دَاوُدَ ، عَنْ الْأَعْمَشِ ، عَنْ عُمَارَةَ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ ، عَنْ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ , " أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ جَمَعَ بَيْنَ الْمَغْرِبِ وَالْعِشَاءِ بِجَمْعٍ " .
´It was narrated from Ibn Masud that:` the Prophet joined Maghrib and Isha in Jam (Al-Muzdalifah).
Hadith 3652
أَخْبَرَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَافِعٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا مُصْعَبٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا دَاوُدُ ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ ، عَنْ شَقِيقٍ ، عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، قَالَتْ : " مَا تَرَكَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ دِرْهَمًا ، وَلَا دِينَارًا ، وَلَا شَاةً ، وَلَا بَعِيرًا ، وَمَا أَوْصَى " .
´It was narrated that 'Aishah said:` "The Messenger of Allah did not leave behind a Dirham or a Dinar, or a sheep or a camel, and he did not leave any will."
Hadith 4422
أَخْبَرَنَا الْقَاسِمُ بْنُ زَكَرِيَّا بْنِ دِينَارٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا مُصْعَبُ بْنُ الْمِقْدَامِ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ يَعْنِي ابْنَ صَالِحٍ ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ ، قَالَ : لَقَدْ " رَأَيْتُهُ يَعْنِي النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَذْبَحُهُمَا بِيَدِهِ ، وَاضِعًا عَلَى صِفَاحِهِمَا قَدَمَهُ ، يُسَمِّي ، وَيُكَبِّرُ , كَبْشَيْنِ أَمْلَحَيْنِ أَقْرَنَيْنِ " .
´It was narrated that Anas said:` "I saw him: - meaning the Prophet - "slaughtering them with his own hand, and placing his foot on their sides, pronouncing the name of Allah and saying: 'Allah Akbar,' (sacrificing) two horned, Amlah rams." (Sahih )
Hadith 4831
أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَافِعٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا مُصْعَبٌ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا دَاوُدُ ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، قَالَ : ضَرَبَتِ امْرَأَةٌ ضَرَّتَهَا بِحَجَرٍ وَهِيَ حُبْلَى , فَقَتَلَتْهَا ، " فَجَعَلَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَا فِي بَطْنِهَا غُرَّةً ، وَجَعَلَ عَقْلَهَا عَلَى عَصَبَتِهَا " ، فَقَالُوا : نُغَرَّمُ مَنْ لَا شَرِبَ ، وَلَا أَكَلْ ، وَلَا اسْتَهَلَّ ، فَمِثْلُ ذَلِكَ يُطَلَّ ؟ فَقَالَ : " أَسَجْعٌ كَسَجْعِ الْأَعْرَابِ ؟ ، هُوَ مَا أَقُولُ لَكُمْ " .
´It was narrated from al-a'mash from Ibrahim who said:` "I woman struck her co-wife, who was pregnant, with a rock and killed her Messenger of Allah ruled that a slave should be given (as Diyah) for the child in her woman, and that her Diyah should be paid by her 'Asabah. They said:' should we be penalized for one who neither after nor drank, or shouted or cried (at the moment of birth)? Such a one should be overlooked.' He said: 'Rhyming vase like the vase of the Bedouisn? It is what I say to (sahih)
