Hadith 176
حَدَّثَنَا
مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُوسَى الْبَصْرِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا
جَعْفَرُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ الضُّبَعِيُّ، عَنْ
أَبِي عِمْرَانَ الْجَوْنِيِّ، عَنْ
عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الصَّامِتِ، عَنْ
أَبِي ذَرٍّ , قَالَ : قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " يَا أَبَا ذَرٍّ أُمَرَاءُ يَكُونُونَ بَعْدِي يُمِيتُونَ الصَّلَاةَ ، فَصَلِّ الصَّلَاةَ لِوَقْتِهَا ، فَإِنْ صُلِّيَتْ لِوَقْتِهَا كَانَتْ لَكَ نَافِلَةً وَإِلَّا كُنْتَ قَدْ أَحْرَزْتَ صَلَاتَكَ " . وَفِي الْبَاب عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ , وَعُبَادَةَ بْنِ الصَّامِتِ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى : حَدِيثُ أَبِي ذَرٍّ حَسَنٌ ، وَهُوَ قَوْلُ غَيْرِ وَاحِدٍ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ يَسْتَحِبُّونَ أَنْ يُصَلِّيَ الرَّجُلُ الصَّلَاةَ لِمِيقَاتِهَا إِذَا أَخَّرَهَا الْإِمَامُ ، ثُمَّ يُصَلِّي مَعَ الْإِمَامِ ، وَالصَّلَاةُ الْأُولَى هِيَ الْمَكْتُوبَةُ عِنْدَ أَكْثَرِ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ ، وَأَبُو عِمْرَانَ الْجَوْنِيُّ اسْمُهُ : عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ بْنُ حَبِيبٍ .
´Abu Dharr narrated that :` the Prophet said: "O Abu Dharr! There will be leaders after me who cause the Salat to die; so perform the Salat during its time. If you pray (with them) during its time, then that will be voluntary Salat for you, if not, then you will have attained your Salat."
Hadith 242
حَدَّثَنَا

جَعْفَرُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ الضُّبَعِيُّ، عَنْ
عَلِيِّ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ الرِّفَاعِيِّ، عَنْ
أَبِي الْمُتَوَكِّلِ، عَنْ
أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ، قَالَ : كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا قَامَ إِلَى الصَّلَاةِ بِاللَّيْلِ كَبَّرَ ، ثُمَّ يَقُولُ : " سُبْحَانَكَ اللَّهُمَّ وَبِحَمْدِكَ ، وَتَبَارَكَ اسْمُكَ ، وَتَعَالَى جَدُّكَ وَلَا إِلَهَ غَيْرُكَ " ثُمَّ يَقُولُ : " اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ كَبِيرًا " ثُمَّ يَقُولُ : " أَعُوذُ بِاللَّهِ السَّمِيعِ الْعَلِيمِ مِنَ الشَّيْطَانِ الرَّجِيمِ مِنْ هَمْزِهِ وَنَفْخِهِ وَنَفْثِهِ " . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى : وَفِي الْبَاب عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ، وَعَائِشَةَ ، وَعَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ ، وَجَابِرٍ ، وَجُبَيْرِ بْنِ مُطْعِمٍ وَابْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى : وَحَدِيثُ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ أَشْهَرُ حَدِيثٍ فِي هَذَا الْبَابِ ، وَقَدْ أَخَذَ قَوْمٌ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ بِهَذَا الْحَدِيثِ ، وَأَمَّا أَكْثَرُ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ ، فَقَالُوا : بِمَا رُوِيَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ : " سُبْحَانَكَ اللَّهُمَّ وَبِحَمْدِكَ وَتَبَارَكَ اسْمُكَ وَتَعَالَى جَدُّكَ وَلَا إِلَهَ غَيْرُكَ " وَهَكَذَا رُوِيَ عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ وَعَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ ، وَالْعَمَلُ عَلَى هَذَا عِنْدَ أَكْثَرِ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ مِنَ التَّابِعِينَ وَغَيْرِهِمْ ، وَقَدْ تُكُلِّمَ فِي إِسْنَادِ حَدِيثِ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ ، كَانَ يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ يَتَكَلَّمُ فِي عَلِيِّ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ الرِّفَاعِيِّ ، وقَالَ أَحْمَدُ : لَا يَصِحُّ هَذَا الْحَدِيثُ .
´Abu Sa'eeed Al Khudri narrated:` "When Allah;s Messenger stood for Salat during the night, he would say the Takbir (Allahu Akbar), then say: (Subhanaka Allahumma wa bihamdika wa Tabarakasmuka wa Ta'ala Jadduka wa la ilaha ghairuk.) 'Glorious You are O Allah, and with Your praise, and blesses is Your Name, and exalted is Your majesty, and none has the right to be worshipped but You' Then he would say: (A'udhu Bilahi As-Sami'il-Alimi min Ash-Shaitanir-Rajimi, min Hamzihi Wa Nafkhihi wa Nafthihi.)" 'Allah is undoubtedly the greatest.' (Allahu Akbaru Kabira). Then he would say: 'I seek refuge in Allah the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing, from the cursed Shaitan, from his madness, his arrogance, and his poetry.'
Hadith 914
´Ali narrated:` "The Messenger of Allah prohibited that a woman should shave her head."
Hadith 1097

مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُوسَى الْبَصْرِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا
زِيَادُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، حَدَّثَنَا
عَطَاءُ بْنُ السَّائِبِ، عَنْ
أَبِي عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ
ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " طَعَامُ أَوَّلِ يَوْمٍ حَقٌّ ، وَطَعَامُ يَوْمِ الثَّانِي سُنَّةٌ ، وَطَعَامُ يَوْمِ الثَّالِثِ سُمْعَةٌ ، وَمَنْ سَمَّعَ سَمَّعَ اللَّهُ بِهِ " . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى : حَدِيثُ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ لَا نَعْرِفُهُ مَرْفُوعًا ، إِلَّا مِنْ حَدِيثِ زِيَادِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، وَزِيَادُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ كَثِيرُ الْغَرَائِبِ وَالْمَنَاكِيرِ ، قَالَ : وسَمِعْت مُحَمَّدَ بْنَ إِسْمَاعِيل يَذْكُرُ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عُقْبَةَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ وَكِيعٌ : زِيَادُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ مَعَ شَرَفِهِ يَكْذِبُ فِي الْحَدِيثِ .
´Ibn Mas'ud narrated that :` The Messenger of Allah said: "Having food on the first day is was is obligatory, and having food on the second day is Sunnah, and having food on the third day is to be heard of, and whoever wants to be heard of, Allah will make him heard of."
Hadith 2407
´Abu Sa'eed Al-Khudri narrated (that the Prophet s.a.w) said:` "When the son of Adam wakes up in the morning, all of his body parts bow to the tongue and say: 'Fear Allah regarding us, we are only part of you. If you are straight we are straight and if you are crooked we are crooked."
Hadith 2893
´Narrated Anas bin Malik:` that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "Whoever recites Idha Zulzilat, it equals half of the Qur'an for him. Whoever recites: Qul Ya Ayyuhal-Kafirun it equals a fourth of the Qur'an for him. And whoever recites: Qul Huwa Allahu Ahad it equals a third of the Qur'an for him."
Hadith 3069
´Narrated 'Abdullah bin 'Abbas:` "Some people came to the Prophet (ﷺ) and they said: 'O Messenger of Allah! Why is it that we can eat what we kill but we can not eat what Allah has killed?' So Allah revealed: So eat of that on which Allah's Name has been mentioned if you are indeed believers in His Ayat..." up to His saying: ...And if you obey them, then you would indeed be idolaters (6:121)."
Hadith 3926
´Narrated Ibn 'Abbas:` that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said about Makkah: "How sweet of a land you are and how dear you are to me, and if it were not that my people expelled me from you, I would not have lived in other than you."
