Hadith 3635
أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُصَفَّى بْنِ بَهْلُولٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا بَقِيَّةُ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ سَالِمٍ الْمَكِّيِّ ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، عَنْ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ : " سَأَلْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ أَرْضٍ لِي بِثَمْغٍ ، قَالَ : " احْبِسْ أَصْلَهَا ، وَسَبِّلْ ثَمَرَتَهَا " .
´It was narrated that 'Umar said:` "I asked the Messenger of Allah about some land of mine in Thamgh. He said: 'Freeze it and donate its fruits.'"
Hadith 4517
أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُصَفَّى بْنِ بَهْلُولٍ , عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ , عَنْ الزُّبَيْدِيِّ , عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ , قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ سَعِيدًا , يَقُولُ : سَمِعْتُ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ , يَقُولُ : " نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنِ الْمُلَامَسَةِ , وَالْمُنَابَذَةِ , وَالْمُلَامَسَةُ : أَنْ يَتَبَايَعَ الرَّجُلَانِ بِالثَّوْبَيْنِ تَحْتَ اللَّيْلِ يَلْمِسُ كُلُّ رَجُلٍ مِنْهُمَا ثَوْبَ صَاحِبِهِ بِيَدِهِ , وَالْمُنَابَذَةُ : أَنْ يَنْبِذَ الرَّجُلُ إِلَى الرَّجُلِ الثَّوْبَ وَيَنْبِذَ الْآخَرُ إِلَيْهِ الثَّوْبَ فَيَتَبَايَعَا عَلَى ذَلِكَ " .
´Abu Hurairah said:` "The Messenger of Allah forbade Munabadhah and Mulamash. Mulamasah is when two men trade garments with each other under cover of night, each man touching the garment of the other with his hand> and Munabadhah is when one man throws a garment to another and the other throws a garment to him, and they trade them with each other in that manner."
Hadith 4834
أَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ عُثْمَانَ , وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُصَفَّى , قَالَا : حَدَّثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ ، عَنْ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " مَنْ تَطَبَّبَ وَلَمْ يُعْلَمْ مِنْهُ طِبٌّ قَبْلَ ذَلِكَ فَهُوَ ضَامِنٌ " .
´It was narrated from'Amrbin shu'aib, from his father that his grandfather said:` "the Messenger of Allah said: 'Whoever practices medicine when he is not known for that, he is liable.(Daif)
