Hadith 1794
حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " لَيْسَ فِيمَا دُونَ خَمْسِ ذَوْدٍ صَدَقَةٌ ، وَلَيْسَ فِيمَا دُونَ خَمْسِ أَوَاقٍ صَدَقَةٌ ، وَلَيْسَ فِيمَا دُونَ خَمْسَةِ أَوْسَاقٍ صَدَقَةٌ " .
´It was narrated from Jabir bin 'Abdullah that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:` "There is no Sadaqah on less than five camels; there is no Sadaqah on less than five Awaq; and there is no Sadaqah on less than five Awsaq."
Hadith 1847
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى ، حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مَيْسَرَةَ ، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " لَمْ نَرَ لِلْمُتَحَابَّيْنِ مِثْلَ النِّكَاحِ " .
´It was narrated from Ibn Abbas that:` the Messenger of Allah said: “There is nothing like marriage, for two who love one another.”
Hadith 2485
حَدَّثَنَا الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ دَاوُدَ ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ الطَّائِفِيُّ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي الشَّعْثَاءِ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " كُلُّ قَسْمٍ قُسِمَ فِي الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ فَهُوَ عَلَى مَا قُسِمَ ، وَكُلُّ قَسْمٍ أَدْرَكَهُ الْإِسْلَامُ فَهُوَ عَلَى قَسْمِ الْإِسْلَامِ " .
´It was narrated from Ibn `Abbas that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:` “Every division that was allocated according to (the rules of) the Ignorance days, stands as it is, and every division that was allocated according to (the rules of) Islam, stands according to the rules of Islam.”
Hadith 2629
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاذُ بْنُ هَانِئٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " أَنَّهُ جَعَلَ الدِّيَةَ اثْنَيْ عَشَرَ أَلْفًا " .
´It was narrated from Ibn 'Abbas that :` the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) set the blood money at twelve thousand (Dirham).
Hadith 2632
حَدَّثَنَا الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سِنَانٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " جَعَلَ الدِّيَةَ اثْنَيْ عَشَرَ أَلْفًا ، قَالَ : وَذَلِكَ قَوْلُهُ وَمَا نَقَمُوا إِلا أَنْ أَغْنَاهُمُ اللَّهُ وَرَسُولُهُ مِنْ فَضْلِهِ سورة التوبة آية 74 قَالَ : بِأَخْذِهِمُ الدِّيَةَ " .
´It was narrated from 'Ikrimah, from Ibn 'Abbas, that :` the Prophet (ﷺ) set the blood money at twelve thousand (Dirham). He said: “This is what Allah says: 'And they could not find any cause to do so except that Allah and his Messenger (ﷺ) had enriched them of His bounty.'” He said: “By their taking the blood money.”
