Hadith 1679
حَدَّثَنَا حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْوَلِيدِ الْكِنْدِيُّ الْكُوفِيُّ، وَأَبُو كُرَيْبٍ، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَافِعٍ، قَالُوا : حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ، عَنْ شَرِيكٍ، عَنْ عَمَّارٍ يَعْنِي : الدُّهْنِيَّ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " دَخَلَ مَكَّةَ وَلِوَاؤُهُ أَبْيَضُ " ، قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى : هَذَا حَدِيثٌ غَرِيبٌ ، لَا نَعْرِفُهُ إِلَّا مِنْ حَدِيثِ يَحْيَى بْنِ آدَمَ ، عَنْ شَرِيكٍ ، قَالَ : وَسَأَلْتُ مُحَمَّدًا عَنْ هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ فَلَمْ يَعْرِفْهُ ، إِلَّا مِنْ حَدِيثِ يَحْيَى بْنِ آدَمَ ، عَنْ شَرِيكٍ . وقَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا غَيْرُ وَاحِدٍ ، عَنْ شَرِيكٍ ، عَنْ عَمَّارٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " دَخَلَ مَكَّةَ وَعَلَيْهِ عِمَامَةٌ سَوْدَاءُ " ، قَالَ مُحَمَّدٌ : وَالْحَدِيثُ هُوَ هَذَا ، قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى : وَالدُّهْنُ بَطْنٌ مِنْ بَجِيلَةَ ، وَعَمَّارٌ الدُّهْنِيُّ هُوَ عَمَّارُ بْنُ مُعَاوِيَةَ الدُّهْنِيُّ وَيُكْنَى أَبَا مُعَاوِيَةَ وَهُوَ كُوفِيٌّ وَهُوَ ثِقَةٌ عِنْدَ أَهْلِ الْحَدِيثِ .
It is narrated from Jabir, may Allah be pleased with him, that when the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, entered Makkah, his banner was white. © Imam Tirmidhi says:
1- This hadith is gharib; we know it only from the narration of Yahya bin Adam, and Yahya narrates from Shareek,
2- I asked Muhammad bin Ismail Bukhari about this hadith: he said: Yahya bin Adam narrates from Shareek, and he said: Several people have narrated to us with the chain of «شريك عن عمار عن أبي الزبير عن جابر» that when the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, entered Makkah, he had a black turban on his head. Muhammad bin Ismail Bukhari says: And (the preserved) hadith is this,
3- «الدهن» is a branch of the Bajilah tribe. Ammar Dahni is the son of Muawiyah Dahni. His kunyah is Abu Muawiyah. He was a resident of Kufa and is considered trustworthy by the hadith scholars.

Hadith 2592
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْوَلِيدِ الْكِنْدِيُّ الْكُوفِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا الْمُفَضَّلُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " اشْتَكَتِ النَّارُ إِلَى رَبِّهَا , وَقَالَتْ : أَكَلَ بَعْضِي بَعْضًا ، فَجَعَلَ لَهَا نَفَسَيْنِ : نَفَسًا فِي الشِّتَاءِ ، وَنَفَسًا فِي الصَّيْفِ ، فَأَمَّا نَفَسُهَا فِي الشِّتَاءِ فَزَمْهَرِيرٌ ، وَأَمَّا نَفَسُهَا فِي الصَّيْفِ فَسَمُومٌ " , قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى : هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ ، قَدْ رُوِيَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِنْ غَيْرِ وَجْهٍ ، وَالْمُفَضَّلُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ لَيْسَ عِنْدَ أَهْلِ الْحَدِيثِ بِذَلِكَ الْحَافِظِ .
´Abu Hurairah narrated:` that the Messenger of Allah (s.a.w) said: "The Fire complained to its Lord. It said: 'Some parts of me consume other parts.' So He allowed it to take two breaths: one during the winter, and during the summer. As for the breath in the winter then it is Zamharir, and as for the breath in the summer then it is Samum. Other chains report similar narrations.
Hadith 2687
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْوَلِيدِ الْكِنْدِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ نُمَيْرٍ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ الْفَضْلِ، عَنْ سَعِيدٍ الْمَقْبُرِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " الْكَلِمَةُ الْحِكْمَةُ ضَالَّةُ الْمُؤْمِنِ فَحَيْثُ وَجَدَهَا فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهَا " , قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى : هَذَا حَدِيثٌ غَرِيبٌ ، لَا نَعْرِفُهُ إِلَّا مِنْ هَذَا الْوَجْهِ ، وَإِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ الْمَدَنِيُّ الْمَخْزُومِيُّ يُضَعَّفُ فِي الْحَدِيثِ مِنْ قِبَلِ حِفْظِهِ .
´Narrated Abu Hurairah:` that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "The wise statement is the lost property of the believer, so wherever he finds it, then he is more worthy of it."
Hadith 2760
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْوَلِيدِ الْكِنْدِيُّ الْكُوفِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ، عَنْ إِسْرَائِيلَ، عَنْ سِمَاكٍ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ : " كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُصُّ أَوْ يَأْخُذُ مِنْ شَارِبِهِ ، وَكَانَ إِبْرَاهِيمُ خَلِيلُ الرَّحْمَنِ يَفْعَلُهُ " ، قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى : هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ غَرِيبٌ .
´Narrated Ibn 'Abbas:` "The Prophet (ﷺ) would pare, or take from his mustache, and Ibrahim Khalilur-Rahman would do it (as well)."
