Hadith 2241
أَخْبَرَنَا مَحْمُودُ بْنُ غَيْلَانَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ ، عَنْ عُمَارَةَ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، قَالَ : خَرَجْنَا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَنَحْنُ شَبَابٌ لَا نَقْدِرُ عَلَى شَيْءٍ ، قَالَ : " يَا مَعْشَرَ الشَّبَابِ ! عَلَيْكُمْ بِالْبَاءَةِ ، فَإِنَّهُ أَغَضُّ لِلْبَصَرِ ، وَأَحْصَنُ لِلْفَرْجِ ، وَمَنْ لَمْ يَسْتَطِعْ فَعَلَيْهِ بِالصَّوْمِ ، فَإِنَّهُ لَهُ وِجَاءٌ " .
´It was narrated that 'Abdullah said:` "We went out with the Messenger of Allah and we were young men who could not afford anything. He said: 'O young men, you should get married, for it is more effective in lowering the gaze and protecting one's chastity. Whoever cannot afford it should fast, for it will be a restraint Wija, for him."'
Hadith 4131
أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَافِعٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ الزُّبَيْرِيُّ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ ، عَنْ أَبِي الضُّحَى ، عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " لَا تَرْجِعُوا بَعْدِي كُفَّارًا يَضْرِبُ بَعْضُكُمْ رِقَابَ بَعْضٍ لَا يُؤْخَذُ الرَّجُلُ بِجِنَايَةِ أَبِيهِ ، وَلَا جِنَايَةِ أَخِيهِ " . قَالَ أَبُو عَبْد الرَّحْمَنِ : هَذَا خَطَأٌ ، وَالصَّوَابُ مُرْسَلٌ .
´It was narrated that Ibn 'Umar said:` "The Messenger of Allah [SAW] said: 'Do not revert to disbelievers after I am gone, striking the necks of one another (killing one another). No man is to be punished for the sins of his father, or for the sins of his brother.'"
Hadith 5659
أَخْبَرَنَا مَحْمُودُ بْنُ غَيْلَانَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ الْحَفَرِيُّ , وَأَبُو أَحْمَدَ الزُّبَيْرِيُّ , عَنْ سُفْيَانَ ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ ، عَنْ سَالِمٍ ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَمَّا نَهَى عَنِ الظُّرُوفِ شَكَتْ الْأَنْصَارُ ، فَقَالَتْ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ , لَيْسَ لَنَا وِعَاءٌ ، فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " فَلَا إِذًا " .
´It was narrated from Jabir that :` When the Messenger of Allah [SAW] forbade large water skins that are cut from the top and can no longer be closed, Ansar complained and said: "O Messenger of Allah, we do not have any vessels." The Prophet [SAW] said: "Then there is no harm."
