Hadith 4616
أَخْبَرَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ , قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ , عَنْ عَبَّادِ بْنِ الْعَوَّامِ , عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ , عَنْ أَبِي رَجَاءٍ ، قَالَ : عُثْمَانُ هُوَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سَيْفٍ , عَنْ مَطَرٍ الْوَرَّاقِ , عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ , عَنْ أَبِيهِ , عَنْ جَدِّهِ , قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " لَيْسَ عَلَى رَجُلٍ بَيْعٌ فِيمَا لَا يَمْلِكُ " .
´It was narrated from 'Amr bin Shu'aib, from his father, that his grandfather said:` "The Messenger of Allah said: 'No man is bound by a transaction involving the sale of something that he does not possess.'''
Hadith 5626
أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدٌ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ أَبِي رَجَاءٍ ، قَالَ : سَأَلْتُ الْحَسَنَ عَنْ نَبِيذِ الْجَرِّ : أَحَرَامٌ هُوَ ؟ قَالَ : حَرَامٌ , قَدْ حَدَّثَنَا مَنْ لَمْ يَكْذِبْ ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " نَهَى عَنْ نَبِيذِ الْحَنْتَمِ ، وَالدُّبَّاءِ ، وَالْمُزَفَّتِ ، وَالنَّقِيرِ " .
´It was narrated that Abu Raja' said:` "I asked Al-Hasan about Nabidh made in earthenware jars - is it unlawful? He said: '(It is) unlawful. One who would not lie narrated to us that the Messenger of Allah [SAW] forbade Nabidh made in Al-Hantam, Ad-Dubba' (gourds), Al-Muzaffat and An-Naqir.'"
Hadith 5727
أَخْبَرَنَا سُوَيْدُ , قَالَ : أَنْبَأَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ , عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ زُرَيْعٍ , قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو رَجَاءٍ , قَالَ : سَأَلْتُ الْحَسَنَ عَنْ الطِّلَاءِ الْمُنَصَّفِ ؟ , فَقَالَ : " لَا تَشْرَبْهُ " .
´Abu Raja' said:` "I asked Al-Hasan about At-Tila' (thickened grape juice) that has been reduced to half. He said: 'Do not drink it.'"
