Hadith 47
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ خَالِدِ بْنِ خِدَاشٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيل ابْنُ عُلَيَّةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَيُّوبُ . ح وحَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ ثَابِتٍ ، وَيَحْيَى بْنُ حَكِيمٍ ، قالا : حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَيُّوبُ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي مُلَيْكَةَ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، قَالَتْ : تَلَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ هَذِهِ الْآيَةَ هُوَ الَّذِي أَنْزَلَ عَلَيْكَ الْكِتَابَ مِنْهُ آيَاتٌ مُحْكَمَاتٌ هُنَّ أُمُّ الْكِتَابِ وَأُخَرُ مُتَشَابِهَاتٌ سورة آل عمران آية 7 إِلَى قَوْلِهِ وَمَا يَذَّكَّرُ إِلا أُولُو الأَلْبَابِ سورة آل عمران آية 7 ، فَقَالَ : يَا عَائِشَةُ ، " إِذَا رَأَيْتُمُ الَّذِينَ يُجَادِلُونَ فِيهِ ، فَهُمُ الَّذِينَ عَنَاهُمُ اللَّهُ ، فَاحْذَرُوهُمْ " .
´It was narrated that 'Aishah said:` "The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) recited the following Verse: 'It is He Who has sent down to you (Muhammad) the Book (this Qur'an). In it are verses that are entirely clear, they are the foundations of the Book; and others not entirely clear (up to His saying: ) 'And none receive admonition except men of understanding.' Then he said: 'O 'Aishah, if you see those who dispute concerning it (the Qur'an), they are those whom Allah has referred to here, so beware of them.'"
Hadith 845
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ خَالِدِ بْنِ خِدَاشٍ ، وَعَلِيُّ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ إِشْكَابَ ، قَالَا : حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيل بْنُ عُلَيَّةَ ، عَنْ يُونُسَ ، عَنْ الْحَسَنِ ، قَالَ ، قَالَ سَمُرَةُ : " حَفِظْتُ سَكْتَتَيْنِ فِي الصَّلَاةِ سَكْتَةً قَبْلَ الْقِرَاءَةِ ، وَسَكْتَةً عِنْدَ الرُّكُوعِ ، فَأَنْكَرَ ذَلِكَ عَلَيْهِ عِمْرَانُ بْنُ الْحُصَيْنِ ، فَكَتَبُوا إِلَى الْمَدِينَةِ إِلَى أُبَيِّ بْنِ كَعْبٍ ، فَصَدَّقَ سَمُرَةَ " .
´Samurah said:` “I memorized two pauses in the prayer, a pause before reciting and a pause when bowing. ‘Imran bin Husain denied that, so they wrote to Al-Madinah, to Ubayy bin Ka’b, and he said that Samurah was speaking the truth.”
Hadith 1941
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ خَالِدِ بْنِ خِدَاشٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عُلَيَّةَ ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ ، عَنْ ابْنِ أَبِي مُلَيْكَةَ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : " لَا تُحَرِّمُ الْمَصَّةُ وَالْمَصَّتَانِ " .
´It was narrated from 'Aishah:` that the Prophet Allah said: “Suckling once or twice does not make (marriage) unlawful.”
Hadith 1986M
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ خَالِدِ بْنِ خِدَاشٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ ، بِإِسْنَادِهِ نَحْوَهُ .

Hadith 2041
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ . ح وحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ خَالِدِ بْنِ خِدَاشٍ ، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى ، قَالَا : حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ حَمَّادٍ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، عَنْ الْأَسْوَدِ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : " رُفِعَ الْقَلَمُ عَنْ ثَلَاثَةٍ : عَنِ النَّائِمِ حَتَّى يَسْتَيْقِظَ ، وَعَنِ الصَّغِيرِ حَتَّى يَكْبَرَ ، وَعَنِ الْمَجْنُونِ حَتَّى يَعْقِلَ ، أَوْ يُفِيقَ " ، قَالَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ فِي حَدِيثِهِ : وَعَنِ الْمُبْتَلَى حَتَّى يَبْرَأَ .
´It was narrated from Aishah that:` the Messenger of Allah said. "The Pen has been lifted from three : from the sleeping person until he awakens, from the minor until he grows up, and from the insane person until he comes to his senses."In his narration, (one of the narrators Abu Bakr (Ibn Abu Shaibah) said: "And from the afflicted person, unit he recovers" (1)
Hadith 2254
حَدَّثَنَا حُمَيْدُ بْنُ مَسْعَدَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ ، ح وحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ خَالِدِ بْنِ خِدَاشٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيل ابْنُ عُلَيَّةَ ، قَالَا : حَدَّثَنَا سَلَمَةُ بْنُ عَلْقَمَةَ التَّمِيمِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سِيرِينَ ، أَنَّ مُسْلِمَ بْنَ يَسَارٍ ، وَعَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عُبَيْدٍ حَدَّثَاهُ ، قَالَا : جَمَعَ الْمَنْزِلُ بَيْنَ عُبَادَةَ بْنِ الصَّامِتِ وَمُعَاوِيَةَ إِمَّا فِي كَنِيسَةٍ وَإِمَّا فِي بِيعَةٍ ، فَحَدَّثَهُمْ عُبَادَةُ بْنُ الصَّامِتِ ، فقَالَ : " نَهَانَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ بَيْعِ الْوَرِقِ بِالْوَرِقِ ، وَالذَّهَبِ بِالذَّهَبِ ، وَالْبُرِّ بِالْبُرِّ ، وَالشَّعِيرِ بِالشَّعِيرِ ، وَالتَّمْرِ بِالتَّمْرِ " ، قَالَ أَحَدُهُمَا : وَالْمِلْحِ بِالْمِلْحِ وَلَمْ يَقُلْهُ الْآخَرُ " وَأَمَرَنَا أَنْ نَبِيعَ الْبُرَّ بِالشَّعِيرِ وَالشَّعِيرَ بِالْبُرِّ يَدًا بِيَدٍ كَيْفَ شِئْنَا " .
´Muslim bin Yasar and 'Abdullah bin 'Ubaid said :` "Ubadah bin Samit and Mu'awiyah happened to meet, either in a church or in a synagogue. 'Ubadah bin Samit narrated to them and said: 'The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) forbade us from selling silver for silver, gold for gold, wheat for wheat, barley for barley, and dates for dates.'I one of them said: "And salt for salt," but the other did not say it. "And he commanded us to sell wheat for barley, or barley for wheat, hand-to-hand, however we wished."
Hadith 4288
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ خَالِدِ بْنِ خِدَاشٍ , حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيل ابْنُ عُلَيَّةَ , عَنْ بَهْزِ بْنِ حَكِيمٍ , عَنْ أَبِيهِ , عَنْ جَدِّهِ , قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ , يَقُولُ : " إِنَّكُمْ وَفَّيْتُمْ سَبْعِينَ أُمَّةً , أَنْتُمْ خَيْرُهَا وَأَكْرَمُهَا عَلَى اللَّهِ " .
´It was narrated from Bahz bin Hakim, from his father, that his grandfather said:` “I heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) say: ‘You complete seventy nations, of which you are the best and dearest to Allah.’”
