Hadith 252
´It was narrated that Abu Hurairah said:` "The Messenger of Allah said: 'Whoever acquires knowledge by which the pleasure of Allah is sought, but he only acquires it for the purpose of worldly gain, will not smell the fragrance of Paradise on the Day of Resurrection.'" (Hasan) Another chain with similar wording.
Hadith 863
حَدَّثَنَا
مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا
أَبُو عَامِرٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا
فُلَيْحُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ ، حَدَّثَنَا
عَبَّاسُ بْنُ سَهْلٍ السَّاعِدِيُّ ، قَالَ : اجْتَمَعَ
أَبُو حُمَيْدٍ السَّاعِدِيُّ ، وَأَبُو أُسَيْدٍ السَّاعِدِيُّ ، وَسَهْلُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ ، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَسْلَمَةَ ، فَذَكَرُوا صَلَاةَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، فَقَالَ أَبُو حُمَيْدٍ : " أَنَا أَعْلَمُكُمْ بِصَلَاةِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَامَ ، فَكَبَّرَ ، وَرَفَعَ يَدَيْهِ ، ثُمَّ رَفَعَ حِينَ كَبَّرَ لِلرُّكُوعِ ، ثُمَّ قَامَ فَرَفَعَ يَدَيْهِ وَاسْتَوَى حَتَّى رَجَعَ كُلُّ عَظْمٍ إِلَى مَوْضِعِهِ " .
´‘Abbas bin Sahl As-Sa’di said:` “Abu Humaid, Abu Usaid As-Sa’di, Sahl bin Sa’d, and Muhammad bin Maslamah came together and spoke about the prayer of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ). Abu Humaid said: ‘I am the most knowledgeable of you about the prayer of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ). The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) stood up and said Allahu Akbar, and raised his hands, then he raised them when he said Allahu Akbar for Ruku’, then he stood up and raised his hands, and stood straight until every bone had returned to its place.’”
Hadith 1301
It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that when the Prophet (ﷺ) went out to ‘Eid (prayers), he would return via another route than the first one he took.
Hadith 1518
´It was narrated that ‘Aishah said:` “By Allah! The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) did not offer the funeral prayer for Suhail bin Baida’ anywhere but in the mosque.”
Hadith 3282
´It was narrated that Jabir bin ‘Abdullah said:` “During the time of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) we often did not find anything to eat, and if we did, we did not have handkerchiefs, except our hands, arms and feet. Then we would pray without performing ablution.”
Hadith 3432
حَدَّثَنَا
أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ أَبُو بَكْرٍ , حَدَّثَنَا
يُونُسُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ , حَدَّثَنَا
فُلَيْحُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ , عَنْ
سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ , عَنْ
جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ , قَالَ : دَخَلَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَلَى رَجُلٍ مِنْ الْأَنْصَارِ وَهُوَ يُحَوِّلُ الْمَاءَ فِي حَائِطِهِ , فَقَالَ لَهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " إِنْ كَانَ عِنْدَكَ مَاءٌ بَاتَ فِي شَنٍّ فَاسْقِنَا , وَإِلَّا كَرَعْنَا " , قَالَ : عِنْدِي مَاءٌ بَاتَ فِي شَنٍّ , فَانْطَلَقَ وَانْطَلَقْنَا مَعَهُ إِلَى الْعَرِيشِ , فَحَلَبَ لَهُ شَاةً عَلَى مَاءٍ بَاتَ فِي شَنٍّ فَشَرِبَ , ثُمَّ فَعَلَ مِثْلَ ذَلِكَ بِصَاحِبِهِ الَّذِي مَعَهُ .
´It was narrated that Jabir bin ‘Abdullah said:` “The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) entered upon a man among the Ansar when he was watering his garden. The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said to him: ‘If you have any water that has been kept overnight in a water skin, then give us some to drink, otherwise we will drink by putting out mouths in the basin.’ He said: ‘I have water that has been kept in a water skin. So he went and we went with him, to the shelter, where he milked a sheep for him and (mixed it with) the water that had been kept overnight in a water skin. He drank from it, then he did likewise for his Companion who was with him.”

وَأَبُو دَاوُدَ , قَالَا : حَدَّثَنَا
فُلَيْحُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ , عَنْ
أَيُّوبَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ , عَنْ
يَعْقُوبَ بْنِ أَبِي يَعْقُوبَ , عَنْ
أُمِّ الْمُنْذِرِ بِنْتِ قَيْسٍ الْأَنْصَارِيَّةِ , قَالَتْ : دَخَلَ عَلَيْنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ , وَمَعَهُ عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ , وَعَلِيٌّ نَاقِهٌ مِنْ مَرَضٍ وَلَنَا دَوَالِي مُعَلَّقَةٌ , وَكَانَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَأْكُلُ مِنْهَا , فَتَنَاوَلَ عَلِيٌّ لِيَأْكُلَ , فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ , " مَهْ يَا عَلِيُّ إِنَّكَ نَاقِهٌ " , قَالَتْ : فَصَنَعْتُ لِلنَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ سِلْقًا وَشَعِيرًا , فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " يَا عَلِيُّ مِنْ هَذَا فَأَصِبْ , فَإِنَّهُ أَنْفَعُ لَكَ " .
´It was narrated that Umm Mundhir bint Qais Ansariyyah said:` “The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) entered upon us, and with him was ‘Ali bin Abu Talib, who had recently recovered from an illness. We had bunches of unripe dates hanging up, and the Prophet (ﷺ) was eating from them. ‘Ali reached out to eat some, and the Prophet (ﷺ) said to ‘Ali: ‘Stop, O ‘Ali! You have just recovered from an illness.’ I made some greens and barley for the Prophet (ﷺ), and the Prophet (ﷺ) said to ‘Ali: ‘O ‘Ali, eat some of this, for it is better for you.’”
