Hadith 205
´It was narrated from Anas bin Malik that:` The Messenger of Allah said: "Every caller who invites people to misguidance and is followed, will have a burden of sin equal to that of those who follow him, without that detracting from their burden in the slightest. And every caller who invites people to true guidance and is followed, will have a reward equal to that of those who follow him, without that detracting from their reward in the slightest.'"
Hadith 1402
حَدَّثَنَا
عِيسَى بْنُ حَمَّادٍ الْمِصْرِيُّ ، أَنْبَأَنَا
اللَّيْثُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ ، عَنْ
سَعِيدٍ الْمَقْبُرِيِّ ، عَنْ
شَرِيكِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي نَمِرٍ ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ
أَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ يَقُولُ : " بَيْنَمَا نَحْنُ جُلُوسٌ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ ، دَخَلَ رَجُلٌ عَلَى جَمَلٍ ، فَأَنَاخَهُ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ ، ثُمَّ عَقَلَهُ ، ثُمَّ قَالَ لَهُمْ : أَيُّكُمْ مُحَمَّدٌ ؟ وَرَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مُتَّكِئٌ بَيْنَ ظَهْرَانَيْهِمْ ، قَالَ : فَقَالُوا : هَذَا الرَّجُلُ الْأَبْيَضُ الْمُتَّكِئُ ، فَقَالَ لَهُ الرَّجُلُ : يَا ابْنَ عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ ، فَقَالَ لَهُ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : قَدْ أَجَبْتُكَ ، فَقَالَ لَهُ الرَّجُلُ : يَا مُحَمَّدُ ، إِنِّي سَائِلُكَ وَمُشَدِّدٌ عَلَيْكَ فِي الْمَسْأَلَةِ ، فَلَا تَجِدَنَّ عَلَيَّ فِي نَفْسِكَ ، فَقَالَ : سَلْ مَا بَدَا لَكَ ، قَالَ لَهُ الرَّجُلُ : نَشَدْتُكَ بِرَبِّكَ وَرَبِّ مَنْ قَبْلَكَ ، آللَّهُ أَرْسَلَكَ إِلَى النَّاسِ كُلِّهِمْ ؟ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : اللَّهُمَّ نَعَمْ ، قَالَ : فَأَنْشُدُكَ بِاللَّهِ ، آللَّهُ أَمَرَكَ أَنْ تُصَلِّيَ الصَّلَوَاتِ الْخَمْسَ فِي الْيَوْمِ وَاللَّيْلَةِ ؟ ، قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : اللَّهُمَّ نَعَمْ ، قَالَ : فَأَنْشُدُكَ بِاللَّهِ ، آللَّهُ أَمَرَكَ أَنْ تَصُومَ هَذَا الشَّهْرَ مِنَ السَّنَةِ ؟ ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : اللَّهُمَّ نَعَمْ ، قَالَ : فَأَنْشُدُكَ بِاللَّهِ ، آللَّهُ أَمَرَكَ أَنْ تَأْخُذَ هَذِهِ الصَّدَقَةَ مِنْ أَغْنِيَائِنَا ، فَتَقْسِمَهَا عَلَى فُقَرَائِنَا ؟ ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : اللَّهُمَّ نَعَمْ ، فَقَالَ الرَّجُلُ : آمَنْتُ بِمَا جِئْتَ بِهِ ، وَأَنَا رَسُولُ مَنْ وَرَائِي مِنْ قَوْمِي " ، وَأَنَا ضِمَامُ بْنُ ثَعْلَبَةَ أَخُو بَنِي سَعْدِ بْنِ بَكْرٍ .
´It was narrated from Sharik bin ‘Abdullah bin Abu Namir that he heard Anas bin Malik say:` “While we were sitting in the mosque, a man entered riding a camel; he made it kneel in the mosque, then he hobbled it and said to them: ‘Which of you is Muhammad?’ The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) was reclining among them, so they said: ‘This fair- skinned man who is reclining.’ The man said to him: ‘O son of ‘Abdul- Muttalib!’ The Prophet (ﷺ) said: ‘I am listening to you.’ The man said: O Muhammad! I am asking you and will be stern in asking, so do not bear any ill-feelings towards me.’ He said: ‘Ask whatever you think.’ The man said: ‘I adjure you by your Lord and the Lord of those who came before you, has Allah sent you to all of mankind?’ The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: ‘By Allah, yes.; He said: ‘I adjure you by Allah, has Allah commanded you to pray the five prayers each day and night?’ The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: ‘By Allah, yes.’ He said: ‘I adjure you by Allah, has Allah commanded you to fast this month of each year?’ The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: ‘By Allah, yes.’ He said: ‘I adjure you by Allah, has Allah commanded you to take this charity from our rich and distribute it among our poor?’ The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: ‘By Allah, yes.’ The man said: ‘I believe in what you have brought, and I am the envoy of my people who are behind me. I am Dimam bin Tha’labah, the brother of Banu Sa’d bin Bakr.’”
Hadith 1808
´Anas bin Malik narrated that:` the Messenger of Allah said: “The one who is unjust in Sadaqah is like the one who withholds it.”
Hadith 1842
´Sa'eed bin Yasar narrated that:` he heard Abu Hurairah say: “The Messenger of Allah said: 'No one gives charity from good sources - for Allah does not accept anything but that which is good - but the Most Merciful takes it in His right hand, even if it is a date, and it flourishes in the Hand of the Most Merciful until it becomes bigger than a mountain and he tends it as anyone of you would tend to his colt (i.e., young pony) or his young (weaned) camel.'”
Hadith 1872
´It was narrated from Adi bin Adi Al-Kindi that:` his father said: “The Messenger of Allah said: 'A previously-married woman can speak for herself, and the consent of a virgin is her silence.' ”
Hadith 1998

عِيسَى بْنُ حَمَّادٍ الْمِصْرِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا
اللَّيْثُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ ، عَنْ
عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي مُلَيْكَةَ ، عَنْ
الْمِسْوَرِ بْنِ مَخْرَمَةَ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَهُوَ عَلَى الْمِنْبَرِ يَقُولُ : " إِنَّ بَنِي هِشَامِ بْنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ اسْتَأْذَنُونِي ، أَنْ يُنْكِحُوا ابْنَتَهُمْ عَلِيَّ بْنَ أَبِي طَالِبٍ ، فَلَا آذَنُ لَهُمْ ، ثُمَّ لَا آذَنُ لَهُمْ ، ثُمَّ لَا آذَنُ لَهُمْ إِلَّا ، أَنْ يُرِيدَ عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ أَنْ يُطَلِّقَ ابْنَتِي وَيَنْكِحَ ابْنَتَهُمْ ، فَإِنَّمَا هِيَ بَضْعَةٌ مِنِّي يَرِيبُنِي مَا رَابَهَا ، وَيُؤْذِينِي مَا آذَاهَا " .
´It was narrated that Mishwar bin Makhramah said:` "I heard the Messenger of Allah when he was on the pulpit, say: 'Banu Hisham bin Mughirah asked me for permission to marry their daughter to 'Ali bin Abu Talib, but I will not give them permission, and I will not give them permission, and I will not give them permission, unless 'Ali bin Abu Talib wants to divorce my daughter and marry their daughter, for she is a part of me, and what bothers her bothers me, and what upsets her upsets me."
Hadith 2167
حَدَّثَنَا
عِيسَى بْنُ حَمَّادٍ الْمِصْرِيُّ ، أَنْبَأَنَا
اللَّيْثُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ ، عَنْ
يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي حَبِيبٍ ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ : قَالَ
عَطَاءُ بْنُ أَبِي رَبَاحٍ : سَمِعْتُ
جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، يَقُولُ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " عَامَ الْفَتْحِ وَهُوَ بِمَكَّةَ إِنَّ اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ حَرَّمَ بَيْعَ الْخَمْرِ وَالْمَيْتَةِ وَالْخِنْزِيرِ وَالْأَصْنَامِ " ، فَقِيلَ لَهُ : عِنْدَ ذَلِكَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ، أَرَأَيْتَ شُحُومَ الْمَيْتَةِ ، فَإِنَّهُ يُدْهَنُ بِهَا السُّفُنُ وَيُدْهَنُ بِهَا الْجُلُودُ وَيَسْتَصْبِحُ بِهَا النَّاسُ ، قَالَ : " لَا هُنَّ حَرَامٌ " ، ثُمَّ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " قَاتَلَ اللَّهُ الْيَهُودَ ، إِنَّ اللَّهَ حَرَّمَ عَلَيْهِمُ الشُّحُومَ ، فَأَجْمَلُوهُ ثُمَّ بَاعُوهُ ، فَأَكَلُوا ثَمَنَهُ " .
´Ata' bin Abu Rabah said:` I heard Jabir bin 'Abdullah say: "In the Year of the Conquest, while he was in Makkah the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ), said: 'Allah and His Messenger have forbidden the sale of wines, meat of dead animals, pigs and 'idols.' It was said to him: 'O Messenger of Allah, what do you think of the fat of dead animals, for it is used to caulk ships, it is daubed on animal skins and people use it to light their lamps?' He said: 'No, it is unlawful.' Then the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: 'May Allah curse the jews, for Allah forbade them the fat (of animals) but they rendered it, (i.e. melted it) sold it and consumed its price."'
Hadith 3108
´Abu Salamah bin ‘Abdur-Rahman bin ‘Awf narrated that ‘Abdullah bin ‘Adiy bin Hamra’ said to him:` “I saw the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ), when he was on his she-camel, standing in Al-Hazwarah* saying: ‘By Allah, you are the best land of Allah, and the dearest of the land of Allah to me. By Allah, had I not been expelled from you I would never have left.’” *A place in Makkah.
Hadith 3290
´It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:` “When the slave of anyone of you brings his food to him, for which he (the slave) has worked hard and endured heat, let him invite him to eat with him, and if he does not do that then let him take a morsel and put it in his hand.”
Hadith 3837
´Abu Hurairah told that the Messenger of Allah (saas) said:` 'Allahumma! Inni a'udhu bika minal-arba': min 'ilmin la yanfa'u, wa min qalbin la yakhsha'u, wa min nafsin la tashba'u, wa min du'a'in la yusma' [O Allah, I seek refuge with You from four things: From knowledge that is of no benefit, from a heart that does not fear (You), from a soul that is never satisfied, and from a supplication that is not heard].'"
Hadith 3936

ابْنِ شِهَابٍ , عَنْ
أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ هِشَامٍ , عَنْ
أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ , أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ , قَالَ : " لَا يَزْنِي الزَّانِي حِينَ يَزْنِي وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ , وَلَا يَشْرَبُ الْخَمْرَ حِينَ يَشْرَبُهَا وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ , وَلَا يَسْرِقُ السَّارِقُ حِينَ يَسْرِقُ وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ , وَلَا يَنْتَهِبُ نُهْبَةً يَرْفَعُ النَّاسُ إِلَيْهِ أَبْصَارَهُمْ , حِينَ يَنْتَهِبُهَا وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ " .
´It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:` “The adulterer, at the time he is committing adultery, is not a believer; (the wine drinker) at the time he is drinking, is not a believer; the thief, at the time he is stealing, is not a believer; the plunderer, at the time he is plundering with the people looking on, is not a believer.”
Hadith 3995
حَدَّثَنَا
عِيسَى بْنُ حَمَّادٍ الْمِصْرِيُّ , أَنْبَأَنَا
اللَّيْثُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ , عَنْ
سَعِيدٍ الْمَقْبُرِيِّ , عَنْ
عِيَاضِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ , أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ
أَبَا سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيَّ , يَقُولُ : قَامَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَخَطَبَ النَّاسَ , فَقَالَ : " لَا وَاللَّهِ مَا أَخْشَى عَلَيْكُمْ أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ إِلَّا مَا يُخْرِجُ اللَّهُ لَكُمْ مِنْ زَهْرَةِ الدُّنْيَا " , فَقَالَ لَهُ رَجُلٌ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ , أَيَأْتِي الْخَيْرُ بِالشَّرِّ ؟ فَسَكَتَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ سَاعَةً , ثُمَّ قَالَ : " كَيْفَ قُلْتَ ؟ " , قَالَ : قُلْتُ : وَهَلْ يَأْتِي الْخَيْرُ بِالشَّرِّ ؟ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " إِنَّ الْخَيْرَ لَا يَأْتِي إِلَّا بِخَيْرٍ , أَوَ خَيْرٌ هُوَ إِنَّ كُلَّ مَا يُنْبِتُ الرَّبِيعُ يَقْتُلُ حَبَطًا , أَوْ يُلِمُّ إِلَّا آكِلَةَ الْخَضِرِ أَكَلَتْ , حَتَّى إِذَا امْتَلَأَتِ امْتَدَّتْ خَاصِرَتَاهَا , اسْتَقْبَلَتِ الشَّمْسَ فَثَلَطَتْ وَبَالَتْ , ثُمَّ اجْتَرَّتْ فَعَادَتْ فَأَكَلَتْ , فَمَنْ يَأْخُذُ مَالًا بِحَقِّهِ يُبَارَكُ لَهُ , وَمَنْ يَأْخُذُ مَالًا بِغَيْرِ حَقِّهِ فَمَثَلُهُ كَمَثَلِ الَّذِي يَأْكُلُ وَلَا يَشْبَعُ " .
´Abu Sa’eed Al-Khudri said:` “The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) stood up and addressed the people saying: ‘No, by Allah, I do not fear for you, O people, but I fear the attractions of this world that Allah brings forth for you.’ A man said to him: ‘O Messenger of Allah(ﷺ), does good bring forth evil?’ The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) remained silent for a while, then he said: ‘What did you say?’ He said: ‘I said, does good bring forth evil?’ The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: ‘Good does not bring forth anything but good, but is it really good? Everything that grows on the banks of a stream may either kill if overeaten or (at least) make the animals sick, except if an animal eats its fill of Khadir* and then faces the sun, and then defecates and urinates, chews the cud and then returns to graze again. Whoever takes wealth in a lawful manner, it will be blessed for him, but whoever takes it in an unlawful manner, his likeness is that of one who eats and it never satisfied.’”
