Hadith 674
´It was narrated that Abu Barzah Al-Aslami said:` "The Prophet used to pray the Hajir prayer, which you call 'Zuhr', when the sun had passed its zenith."
Hadith 701
´It was narrated that Abu Barzah Al-Aslami said:` "The Messenger of Allah used to like to delay the 'Isha', and he disliked sleeping before it, and engaging in conversation after it."
Hadith 818
It was narrated from Abu Barzah that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) used to recite between sixty and one hundred (Verses) in Fajr prayer.
Hadith 1334
´It was narrated that ‘Abdullah bin Salam said:` “When the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) came to Al-Madinah, the people rushed towards him and it was said: ‘The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) has come!’ I came along with the people to see him, and when I looked at the face of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ), I realized that his face was not the face of a liar. The first thing he said was: “O people, spread (the greeting of) Salam, offer food to people and pray at night when people are sleeping, you will enter Paradise in peace.”
Hadith 1673
´It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:` "Whoever eats out of forgetfulness while fasting, let him complete his fast, for it is Allah Who has fed him and given him to drink."
Hadith 1899
حَدَّثَنَا
هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا

عَوْفٌ ، عَنْ
ثُمَامَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، عَنْ
أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " مَرَّ بِبَعْضِ الْمَدِينَةِ ، فَإِذَا هُوَ بِجَوَارٍ يَضْرِبْنَ بِدُفِّهِنَّ وَيَتَغَنَّيْنَ وَيَقُلْنَ : نَحْنُ جَوَارٍ مِنْ بَنِي النَّجَّارِ يَا حَبَّذَا مُحَمَّدٌ مِنْ جَارِ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " يَعْلَمُ اللَّهُ إِنِّي لَأُحِبُّكُنَّ " .
´It was narrated from Anas bin Malik:` that the Prophet passed by some part of Al-Madinah and saw some girls beating their Daff And singing, saying: “We are girls from Banu Najjar what an excellent neighbor is Muhammad.” The Prophet said: “Allah knows that you are dear to me.”
Hadith 2384
´It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:` “The likeness of one who takes back his gift is that of a dog that eats until it is full and vomits; then it goes back to its vomit and eats it again.”
Hadith 2702
حَدَّثَنَا
مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَعْمَرٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا

عَوْفٍ ، عَنْ
نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ
ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : " مَا حَقُّ امْرِئٍ مُسْلِمٍ يَبِيتُ لَيْلَتَيْنِ وَلَهُ شَيْءٌ يُوصِي بِهِ إِلَّا وَوَصِيَّتُهُ مَكْتُوبَةٌ عِنْدَهُ " .
´It was narrated from Ibn 'Umar that the Prophet (ﷺ) said:` “The Muslim man has no right to spend two nights, if he has something for which will should be made, without having a written will with him.”
Hadith 3029
حَدَّثَنَا
عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا
أَبُو أُسَامَةَ ، عَنْ
عَوْفٍ ، عَنْ
زِيَادِ بْنِ الْحُصَيْنِ ، عَنْ
أَبِي الْعَالِيَةِ ، عَنْ
ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ غَدَاةَ الْعَقَبَةِ وَهُوَ عَلَى نَاقَتِهِ : " الْقُطْ لِي حَصًى " ، فَلَقَطْتُ لَهُ سَبْعَ حَصَيَاتٍ ، هُنَّ حَصَى الْخَذْفِ ، فَجَعَلَ يَنْفُضُهُنَّ فِي كَفِّهِ ، وَيَقُولُ : " أَمْثَالَ هَؤُلَاءِ فَارْمُوا " ، ثُمَّ قَالَ : يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ إِيَّاكُمْ وَالْغُلُوَّ فِي الدِّينِ ، فَإِنَّهُ أَهْلَكَ مَنْ كَانَ قَبْلَكُمُ الْغُلُوُّ فِي الدِّينِ " .
´It was narrated that Ibn ‘Abbas said:` “On the morning of ‘Aqabah, when he was atop his she-camel, the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: ‘Pick up some pebbles for me.’ So I picked up seven pebbles for him, suitable for Khadhf.* He began to toss them in his hand, saying: ‘Throw something like these.’ Then he said: ‘O people, beware of exaggeration in religious matters for those who came before you were doomed because of exaggeration in religious matters.’”
Hadith 3251

عَوْفٍ ، عَنْ
زُرَارَةَ بْنِ أَوْفَى ، حَدَّثَنِي
عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ سَلَامٍ ، قَالَ : لَمَّا قَدِمَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الْمَدِينَةَ ، انْجَفَلَ النَّاسُ قِبَلَهُ ، وَقِيلَ : قَدْ قَدِمَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَدْ قَدِمَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ، قَدْ قَدِمَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ، ثَلَاثًا ، فَجِئْتُ فِي النَّاسِ لِأَنْظُرَ فَلَمَّا تَبَيَّنْتُ وَجْهَهُ , عَرَفْتُ أَنَّ وَجْهَهُ لَيْسَ بِوَجْهِ كَذَّابٍ ، فَكَانَ أَوَّلُ شَيْءٍ سَمِعْتُهُ تَكَلَّمَ بِهِ , أَنْ قَالَ : " يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ أَفْشُوا السَّلَامَ ، وَأَطْعِمُوا الطَّعَامَ ، وَصِلُوا الْأَرْحَامَ ، وَصَلُّوا بِاللَّيْلِ وَالنَّاسُ نِيَامٌ ، تَدْخُلُوا الْجَنَّةَ بِسَلَامٍ " .
´‘Abdullah bin Salam said:` “When the Prophet (ﷺ) came to Al-Madinah, the people rushed to meet him, and it was said: ‘The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) has come! The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) has come! The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) has come!’ Three times. I came with the people to see him, and when I saw his face clearly, I knew that his face was not the face of a liar. The first thing I heard him say was when he said: ‘O people! Spread (the greeting of) Salam, feed others, uphold the ties of kinship, and pray during the night when people are sleeping, and you will enter Paradise with Salam.”*
Hadith 3906

مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سِيرِينَ , عَنْ
أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ , عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ , قَالَ : " الرُّؤْيَا ثَلَاثٌ : فَبُشْرَى مِنَ اللَّهِ , وَحَدِيثُ النَّفْسِ , وَتَخْوِيفٌ مِنَ الشَّيْطَانِ , فَإِنْ رَأَى أَحَدُكُمْ رُؤْيَا تُعْجِبُهُ فَلْيَقُصَّ إِنْ شَاءَ , وَإِنْ رَأَى شَيْئًا يَكْرَهُهُ فَلَا يَقُصَّهَا عَلَى أَحَدٍ وَلْيَقُمْ يُصَلِّي " .
´It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Prophet (ﷺ) said:` “Dreams are of three types: Glad tidings from Allah, what is on a person’s mind, and frightening dreams from Satan. If any of you sees a dream that he likes, let him tell others of it if he wishes, but if he sees something that he dislikes, he should not tell anyone about it, and he should get up and perform prayer.”
Hadith 3959

الْحَسَنِ , حَدَّثَنَا
أَسِيدُ بْنُ الْمُتَشَمِّسِ , قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا
أَبُو مُوسَى , حَدَّثَنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " إِنَّ بَيْنَ يَدَيِ السَّاعَةِ لَهَرْجًا " , قَالَ : قُلْتُ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ , مَا الْهَرْجُ ؟ قَالَ : " الْقَتْلُ " , فَقَالَ بَعْضُ الْمُسْلِمِينَ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ , إِنَّا نَقْتُلُ الْآنَ فِي الْعَامِ الْوَاحِدِ مِنَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ كَذَا وَكَذَا , فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " لَيْسَ بِقَتْلِ الْمُشْرِكِينَ , وَلَكِنْ يَقْتُلُ بَعْضُكُمْ بَعْضًا , حَتَّى يَقْتُلَ الرَّجُلُ جَارَهُ , وَابْنَ عَمِّهِ , وَذَا قَرَابَتِهِ " , فَقَالَ بَعْضُ الْقَوْمِ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ , وَمَعَنَا عُقُولُنَا ذَلِكَ الْيَوْمَ , فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " لَا تُنْزَعُ عُقُولُ أَكْثَرِ ذَلِكَ الزَّمَانِ , وَيَخْلُفُ لَهُ هَبَاءٌ مِنَ النَّاسِ لَا عُقُولَ لَهُمْ " , ثُمَّ قَالَ الْأَشْعَرِيُّ : وَايْمُ اللَّهِ إِنِّي لَأَظُنُّهَا مُدْرِكَتِي , وَإِيَّاكُمْ وَايْمُ اللَّهِ مَا لِي وَلَكُمْ مِنْهَا مَخْرَجٌ , إِنْ أَدْرَكَتْنَا فِيمَا عَهِدَ إِلَيْنَا نَبِيُّنَا صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ , إِلَّا أَنْ نَخْرُجَ كَمَا دَخَلْنَا فِيهَا .
´Abu Musa narrated that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:` “Before the Hour comes there will be Harj.” I said: “O Messenger of Allah, what is Harj?” He said: “Killing.” Some of the Muslims said: “O Messenger of Allah, now we kill such and such a number of idolaters in one year.” The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “That will not be like killing the idolaters, rather you will kill one another, until a man will kill his neighbor and son of the cousin and a relative.” Some of the people said: “O Messenger of Allah, will we be in our right minds that day?” The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “No, reason will be taken away from most of the people at that time, and there will be left the insignificant people who have no reason.”
