Hadith 769
وحَدَّثَنَا شَيْبَانُ بْنُ فَرُّوخَ ، حَدَّثَنَا مَهْدِيٌّ وَهُوَ ابْنُ مَيْمُونٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا عِمْرَانُ الْقَصِيرُ ، عَنْ قَيْسِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ ، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، بِهَذَا الْحَدِيثِ وَاللَّفْظُ قَرِيبٌ مِنْ أَلْفَاظِهِمْ .
This hadith has been narrated by Ibn 'Abbas by another chain of transmitters and the words are nearly the same (as recorded in the above-mentioned hadith).
Hadith 1226
حَدَّثَنَا حَامِدُ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْبَكْرَاوِيُّ ، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي بَكْرٍ الْمُقَدَّمِيُّ ، قَالَا : حَدَّثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ الْمُفَضَّلِ ، حَدَّثَنَا عِمْرَانُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي رَجَاءٍ ، قَالَ : قَالَ عِمْرَانُ بْنُ حُصَيْنٍ : " نَزَلَتْ آيَةُ الْمُتْعَةِ فِي كِتَابِ اللَّهِ يَعْنِي مُتْعَةَ الْحَجِّ ، وَأَمَرَنَا بِهَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، ثُمَّ لَمْ تَنْزِلْ آيَةٌ تَنْسَخُ آيَةَ مُتْعَةِ الْحَجِّ ، وَلَمْ يَنْهَ عَنْهَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ حَتَّى مَاتَ ، قَالَ رَجُلٌ : بِرَأْيِهِ بَعْدُ مَا شَاءَ " ،
'Imran bin Husain said: There was revealed the verse of Tamattu' in Hajj in the Book of Allah and the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) commanded us to perform it. and then no verse was revealed abrogating the Tamattu' (form of Hajj), and the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) did not forbid to do it till he died. So whatever a person said was his personal opinion. A hadith like this is transmitted on the authority of Imran bin Husain, but with this variation that he ('Imran) said: We did that (Tamattu') in the company of Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) and he did not say anything but he (the Holy Prophet) commanded us to do it.
Hadith 1226
وحَدَّثَنِيهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ حَاتِمٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ الْقَصِيرِ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو رَجَاءٍ ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ بِمِثْلِهِ ، غَيْرَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ " وَفَعَلْنَاهَا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " ، وَلَمْ يَقُلْ : " وَأَمَرَنَا بِهَا " .

Hadith 2576
حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْقَوَارِيرِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَي بْنُ سَعِيدٍ ، وَبِشْرُ بْنُ الْمُفَضَّلِ ، قَالَا : حَدَّثَنَا عِمْرَانُ أَبُو بَكَرٍ ، حَدَّثَنِي عَطَاءُ بْنُ أَبِي رَبَاحٍ ، قَالَ : قَالَ لِي ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ : " أَلَا أُرِيكَ امْرَأَةً مِنْ أَهْلِ الْجَنَّةِ ؟ قُلْتُ : بَلَى ، قَالَ : هَذِهِ الْمَرْأَةُ السَّوْدَاءُ أَتَتِ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَتْ : إِنِّي أُصْرَعُ وَإِنِّي أَتَكَشَّفُ ، فَادْعُ اللَّهَ لِي ، قَالَ : إِنْ شِئْتِ صَبَرْتِ وَلَكِ الْجَنَّةُ ، وَإِنْ شِئْتِ دَعَوْتُ اللَّهَ أَنْ يُعَافِيَكِ ، قَالَتْ : أَصْبِرُ ، قَالَتْ : فَإِنِّي أَتَكَشَّفُ فَادْعُ اللَّهَ أَنْ لَا أَتَكَشَّفَ ، فَدَعَا لَهَا " .
'Ata' bin Abi Rabih said: Ibn Abbas (RA) said to me: May I show you a woman of Paradise? I said: Yes. He said: Here is this dark-complexioned woman. She came to Allah's Apostle (ﷺ) and said: I am suffering from falling sickness and I become naked; supplicate Allah for me, whereupon he (the Holy Prophet) said: Show endurance as you can do and there would be Paradise for you and, if you desire, I supplicate Allah that He may cure you. She said: I am prepared to show endurance (but the unbearable trouble is) that I become naked, so supplicate Allah that He should not let me become naked, so he supplicated for her.
