حَدَّثَنَا الْأَنْصَارِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا مَعْنٌ، حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكُ بْنُ أَنَسٍ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ كَثِيرِ بْنِ أَفْلَحَ، عَنْ أَبِي مُحَمَّدٍ مَوْلَى أَبِي قَتَادَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي قَتَادَةَ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " مَنْ قَتَلَ قَتِيلًا لَهُ عَلَيْهِ بَيِّنَةٌ ، فَلَهُ سَلَبُهُ " ، قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى : وَفِي الْحَدِيثِ قِصَّةٌ ،
Abu Qatadah (may Allah be pleased with him) reports that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Whoever kills a disbeliever and has a witness to it, then the belongings of the slain will belong to him." © Imam Tirmidhi says:
