Hadith 552
´Ibn Umar narrated:` "I prayed with the Prophet both, while a resident and while traveling. So I prayed four for Zuhr with him as a resident, and two Rak'ah after it. I prayed two Rak'ah for Zuhr with him while traveling and two Rak'ah after it, and two Rak'ah for Asr, and he did not pray anything after it. Maghrib while a resident and traveling is the same; three Rak'ah, it is not decreased as a resident nor while traveling. It is Witr of the day, and after it are two Rak'ah."
Hadith 1770
‘Arfajah bin As‘ad (may Allah be pleased with him) says: In the days of ignorance, during the battle of Kilab 1 (a battle), my nose was cut off. I made a nose of silver, but it began to smell bad, so the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) ordered me to make a nose of gold 2. From this chain also, Abu Shahab narrates a similar hadith. © Imam Tirmidhi says:
1- This hadith is Hasan Gharib,
2- We know it only from the narration of ‘Abdur Rahman bin Tarafah; Salim bin Zurair has also narrated a similar hadith from ‘Abdur Rahman bin Tarafah from Abu Shahab,
3- It is narrated from several of the people of knowledge that they fastened their teeth with (wires of) gold; in this hadith there is evidence for them,
4- ‘Abdur Rahman bin Mahdi said (instead of Salim bin Zurair) Salim bin Zareen; here he made a mistake, and Zurair is more correct. The name of the narrator Abu Sa‘id Sughani is Muhammad bin Maisar.
