Hadith 3881
أَخْبَرَنِي عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ , قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا خَلَفُ بْنُ تَمِيمٍ , قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا زَائِدَةُ , قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ زَيْدِ بْنِ جَدْعَانَ , عَنْ الْحَسَنِ , عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ سَمُرَةَ , عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : " لَا نَذْرَ فِي مَعْصِيَةٍ , وَلَا فِيمَا لَا يَمْلِكُ ابْنُ آدَمَ " . قَالَ أَبُو عَبْد الرَّحْمَنِ : عَلِيُّ بْنُ زَيْدٍ ضَعِيفٌ , وَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ خَطَأٌ , وَالصَّوَابُ : عِمْرَانُ بْنُ حُصَيْنٍ , وَقَدْ رُوِيَ هَذَا الْحَدِيثُ عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ مِنْ وَجْهٍ آخَرَ .
´It was narrated from 'Abdur-Rahman bin Samurah that the Prophet said:` "There is no vow to commit an act of disobedience or with regard to that which the son of Adam does not possess."
Hadith 4803
أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ جُدْعَانَ سَمِعَهُ مِن الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ رَبِيعَة ، عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ : قَامَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَوْمَ فَتْحِ مَكَّةَ , عَلَى دَرَجَةِ الْكَعْبَةِ , فَحَمِدَ اللَّهَ وَأَثْنَى عَلَيْهِ ، وَقَالَ : " الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي صَدَقَ وَعْدَهُ , وَنَصَرَ عَبْدَهُ , وَهَزَمَ الْأَحْزَابَ وَحْدَهُ ، أَلَا إِنَّ قَتِيلَ الْعَمْدِ الْخَطَإِ بِالسَّوْطِ وَالْعَصَا شِبْهِ الْعَمْدِ فِيهِ مِائَةٌ مِنَ الْإِبِلِ مُغَلَّظَةٌ مِنْهَا أَرْبَعُونَ خَلِفَةً فِي بُطُونِهَا أَوْلَادُهَا " .
´It was narrated that Ibn 'Umar said:` "The Messenger of Allah stood up on the Day of the Conquest of Makkah, on the steps of Ka'bah. He praised and glorified Allah, then he said: 'Praise be to Allah who has fulfilled His slave and defeated the confederates alone. The one who is killed purposefully by mistake, with a whip or a stick, resembling on purpose, for that (the Diyah) is one hundred camels-a severe penalty-of which forty should be pregnant she-camels with their young in their wombs."'
