3- The people of knowledge act upon this hadith; they consider the sale of Gharar to be disliked,
4- Shafi'i says: The sale of fish that are in water, the sale of a runaway slave, the sale of birds flying in the sky, and other similar sales are of the category of Gharar,
5- And by the sale of Hasat is meant that the seller says to the buyer: "When I throw a pebble towards you, the sale between me and you becomes binding." This is similar to the sale of Munabadhah. And this was one of the types of sales in the days of ignorance. __REF_N__

And Mulamasah is that a person says: When I touch this thing, the sale will become binding, even if he is not looking at the goods at all, for example, if it is in a bag, etc. Both of these were among the prevalent sales of the days of ignorance, therefore the Prophet forbade them 1؎.

´It is narrated from Abdullah bin Abbas that` on the day of Badr, the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) took his sword Dhu al-Fiqar as a share from the spoils, and it was about this that he saw a dream on the day of Uhud 2. © Imam Tirmidhi says:
1- This hadith is Hasan Gharib; we know this hadith with this chain only from the narration of Ibn Abi Zinad,
2- There is a difference of opinion among the scholars regarding giving a share (nafl) from the khums. Malik bin Anas says: No narration has reached me that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) gave a share (nafl) in all the battles; he gave a share in some battles, but this depends on the ijtihad of the Imam, whether he gives it at the beginning or at the end,
3- Ishaq bin Mansur says: I asked Ahmad bin Hanbal: Did the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) give a quarter as nafl after taking out the khums at the time of departure, and a third as nafl after taking out the khums at the time of return? He said: He would take out the khums, then from what remained he would give nafl, and he would never exceed a third 3. This hadith is in accordance with the statement of Musayyib that nafl will be given from the khums. Ishaq bin Rahwayh has also said something similar.

´Narrated Niyar bin Mukram Al-Aslami:` "When (the following) was revealed: 'Alif Lam Mim. The Romans have been defeated. In the nearest land, and they, after their defeat, will be victorious in Bid' years (30:1-4).' - on the day that these Ayat were revealed, the Persians had defeated the Romans, and the Muslims had wanted the Romans to be victorious over them, because they were the people of the Book. So Allah said about that: 'And on that day, the believers will rejoice - with the help of Allah. He helps whom He wills, and He is the Almighty, the Most Merciful (30:4 & 5). The Quraish wanted the Persians to be victorious since they were not people of the Book, nor did they believe in the Resurrection. So when Allah revealed these Ayat, Abu Bakr As-Siddiq, may Allah be pleased with him, went out, proclaiming throughout Makkah: 'Alif Lam Mim. The Romans have been defeated. In the nearest land, and they, after their defeat, will be victorious, in Bid' years (30:1-4).' Some of the Quraish said: 'Then this is (a bet) between us and you. Your companion claims that the Romans will defeat the Persians in Bid' years, so why have have a bet on that between us and you?' Abu Bakr said: 'Yes.' This was before betting has been forbidden. So Abu Bakr and the idolaters made a bet, and they said to Abu Bakr: 'What do you think - Bid' means something between three and nine years, so let us agree on the middle.' So they agreed on six years; Then six years passed without the Romans being victorious. The idolaters took what they won in the bet from Abu Bakr. When the seventh year came and the Romans were finally victorious over the Persians, the Muslims rebuked Abu Bakr for agreeing to six years. He said: 'Because Allah said: 'In Bid' years.' At that time, many people became Muslims."
