Hadith 542
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يُوسُفَ الزِّمِّيُّ . ح وحَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ حَكِيمٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ الرَّقِّيُّ ، قَالَا : حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَمْرٍو ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ سَمُرَةَ ، قَالَ : " سَأَلَ رَجُلٌ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُصَلِّي فِي الثَّوْبِ الَّذِي يَأْتِي فِيهِ أَهْلَهُ ؟ قَالَ : " نَعَمْ ، إِلَّا أَنْ يَرَى فِيهِ شَيْئًا فَيَغْسِلَهُ " .
´It was narrated that Jabir bin Samurah said:` "A man asked the Prophet whether he could perform prayer in a garment in which he had intercourse with his wife. He said: 'Yes, unless he sees something on it, in which case he should wash it.'"
Hadith 1246
حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ حَكِيمٍ الْأَوْدِيُّ ، وَالْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ ، قَالَا : حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ ثَابِتٍ الدَّهَّانُ ، حَدَّثَنَا الْحَكَمُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، قَالَتْ : لَدَغَتِ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَقْرَبٌ وَهُوَ فِي الصَّلَاةِ ، فَقَالَ : " لَعَنَ اللَّهُ الْعَقْرَبَ مَا تَدَعُ الْمُصَلِّيَ ، وَغَيْرَ الْمُصَلِّي ، اقْتُلُوهَا فِي الْحِلِّ وَالْحَرَمِ " .
´It was narrated that ‘Aishah said:` “The Prophet (ﷺ) was stung by a scorpion while he was performing prayer, and he said: ‘May Allah curse the scorpion, for it does not spare anyone, whether he is praying or not. Kill them whether you are in Ihram or not.’” In Al-Hill (outside the sacred precincts of Makkah) or Al-Haram (the sacred precincts or Makkah).
Hadith 1586
حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ حَكِيمٍ الْأَوْدِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ عَوْنٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي الْعُمَيْسِ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ أَبَا صَخْرَةَ يَذْكُرُ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ ، وأبى بردة ، قَالَا : لَمَّا ثَقُلَ أَبُو مُوسَى ، أَقْبَلَتِ امْرَأَتُهُ أُمُّ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ تَصِيحُ بِرَنَّةٍ فَأَفَاقَ ، فَقَالَ لَهَا : أَوَ مَا عَلِمْتِ أَنِّي بَرِيءٌ مِمَّنْ بَرِئَ مِنْهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، وَكَانَ يُحَدِّثُهَا ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : " أَنَا بَرِيءٌ مِمَّنْ حَلَقَ ، وَسَلَقَ ، وَخَرَقَ " .
´‘Abdur-Rahman bin Yazid and Abu Burdah said:` “When Abu Musa fell sick, his wife Umm ‘Abdullah started to wail loudly. He woke up and said to her: ‘Do you not know that I am innocent of those whom the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) declared innocence of?’ And he told her that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: ‘I am innocent of those who shave their heads, raise their voices and tear their garments (at times of calamity).’”
Hadith 1807
حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ حَكِيمٍ الْأَوْدِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ السَّلَامِ بْنُ حَرْبٍ ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ ، عَنْ أَبِي هِنْدٍ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " فِي أَرْبَعِينَ شَاةً شَاةٌ إِلَى عِشْرِينَ وَمِائَةٍ ، فَإِذَا زَادَتْ وَاحِدَةً ، فَفِيهَا شَاتَانِ إِلَى مِائَتَيْنِ ، فَإِنْ زَادَتْ وَاحِدَةً ، فَفِيهَا ثَلَاثُ شِيَاهٍ إِلَى ثَلاثِ مِائَةٍ ، فَإِنْ زَادَتْ ، فَفِي كُلِّ مِائَةٍ شَاةٌ ، لَا يُفَرَّقُ بَيْنَ مُجْتَمِعٍ ، وَلَا يُجْمَعُ بَيْنَ مُتَفَرِّقٍ خَشْيَةَ الصَّدَقَةِ ، وَكُلُّ خَلِيطَيْنِ يَتَرَاجَعَانِ بِالسَّوِيَّةِ ، وَلَيْسَ لِلْمُصَدِّقِ هَرِمَةٌ ، وَلَا ذَاتُ عَوَارٍ ، وَلَا تَيْسٌ ، إِلَّا أَنْ يَشَاءَ الْمُصَّدِّقُ " .
´Ibn Umar narrated that:` the Messenger of Allah said: “For forty sheep, one sheep up to one hundred and twenty. If there is one more. Then two sheep, up to two hundred. If there is one more, then three sheep, up to three hundred. If there are more than that, then for every hundred one sheep. Do not separate combined flock and do not combine separate flocks for fear of Sadaqah. Each partner (who has a share in the flock) should pay in proportion to his shares. And the Zakat collector should not accept any decrepit or defective animal, nor any male goat, unless he wishes to.”
Hadith 3577
حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ حَكِيمٍ الْأَوْدِيُّ , حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو غَسَّانَ , قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ . ح وحَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ وَكِيعٍ , حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي , عَنْ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ صَالِحٍ , عَنْ مُسْلِمٍ , عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ , عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ , قَالَ : كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " يَلْبَسُ قَمِيصًا قَصِيرَ الْيَدَيْنِ وَالطُّولِ " .
´It was narrated that Ibn ‘Abbas said:` “The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) used to wear a shirt that was short in the sleeves and length.”
