Hadith 2065
حَدَّثَنَا الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ ، حَدَّثَنَا غُنْدَرٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ ، عَنْ الْحَكَمِ بْنِ أَبَانَ ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، أَنَّ رَجُلًا ظَاهَرَ مِنَ امْرَأَتِهِ ، فَغَشِيَهَا قَبْلَ أَنْ يُكَفِّرَ ، فَأَتَى النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، فَذَكَرَ ذَلِكَ لَهُ ، فَقَالَ : مَا حَمَلَكَ عَلَى ذَلِكَ ، قَالَ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ، رَأَيْتُ بَيَاضَ حِجْلَيْهَا فِي الْقَمَرِ ، فَلَمْ أَمْلِكْ نَفْسِي أَنْ وَقَعْتُ عَلَيْهَا ، فَضَحِكَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " وَأَمَرَهُ أَلَّا يَقْرَبَهَا حَتَّى يُكَفِّرَ " .
´It was narrated from Ibn 'Abbas that:` a man declared Zihar upon his wife, then he had intercourse with her before offering expiation. He came to the Prophet (ﷺ) and told him about that. He said: "What made you do that?" He said: "I saw her ankles in the moonlight, and I could not control myself, and I had intercourse with her." The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) smiled and told him not to go near her until he had offered expiation.
Hadith 2112
حَدَّثَنَا الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ ، حَدَّثَنَا زِيَادُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْبَكَّائِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ يَعْلَى الثَّقَفِيُّ ، عَنْ الْمِنْهَالِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، قَالَ : " كَفَّرَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِصَاعٍ مِنْ تَمْرٍ وَأَمَرَ النَّاسَ بِذَلِكَ ، فَمَنْ لَمْ يَجِدْ فَنِصْفُ صَاعٍ مِنْ بُرٍّ " .
´It was narrated that Ibn Abbas said:` "The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) offered expiation of a Sa' of dates, and he enjoined the people to do likewise. Whoever does not have that (must give) half a Sa' of wheat."
Hadith 3608
حَدَّثَنَا الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ الْبَحْرَانِيُّ , حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعُ بْنُ مُحْرِزٍ النَّاجِيُّ , حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ جَهْمٍ , عَنْ زِرِّ بْنِ حُبَيْشٍ , عَنْ أَبِي ذَرٍّ , عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ , قَالَ : " مَنْ لَبِسَ ثَوْبَ شُهْرَةٍ , أَعْرَضَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ حَتَّى يَضَعَهُ مَتَى وَضَعَهُ " .
´It was narrated from Abu Dharr that the Prophet (ﷺ) said:` “Whoever wears a garment of pride and vanity, Allah will turn away from him until he takes it off.”
