Hadith 306
´Shu'bah narrated from 'Asim from Abu Wa'il from Mughirah bin Shu'bah that:` The Messenger of Allah came to the garbage dump of some people and urinated while standing up. (Hasan) Shu'bah said: "That day, 'Asim said: 'Amash reported this from Abu Wa'il, from Hudhaifah, but he did not remember it (correctly). So I asked Mansur about it, and he narrated it to me from Abu Wa'il, from Hudhaifah, that the Prophet came to a dump of some people and urinated while standing.'"
Hadith 372
´It was narrated from Ibn 'Abbas, from Maimunah the wife of the Prophet, that :` the Prophet performed ablution with the water left over after she had taken a bath to cleanse herself from sexual impurity.
Hadith 373
´It was narrated from Hakam bin 'Amr that:` The Messenger of Allah forbade men to perform ablution with the left over water by a woman.
Hadith 421
´It was narrated that Ubayy bin Ka'b said:` "The Messenger of Allah said: 'There is a devil for ablution who is called Walahan, so be on guard against the insinuating thoughts (Waswas) about water.'"
Hadith 713
´It was narrated that Jabir bin Samurah said:` "Bilal did not delay the Adhan from its proper time, but he sometimes delayed the Iqamah a little."
Hadith 828

أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ ، قَالَ : " اجْتَمَعَ ثَلَاثُونَ بَدْرِيًّا مِنْ أَصْحَابِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالُوا : تَعَالَوْا حَتَّى نَقِيسَ قِرَاءَةَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِيمَا لَمْ يَجْهَرْ فِيهِ مِنَ الصَّلَاةِ ، فَمَا اخْتَلَفَ مِنْهُمْ رَجُلَانِ ، فَقَاسُوا قِرَاءَتَهُ فِي الرَّكْعَةِ الْأُولَى مِنَ الظُّهْرِ بِقَدْرِ ثَلَاثِينَ آيَةً ، وَفِي الرَّكْعَةِ الْأُخْرَى قَدْرَ النِّصْفِ مِنْ ذَلِكَ ، وَقَاسُوا ذَلِكَ فِي صَلَاةِ الْعَصْرِ عَلَى قَدْرِ النِّصْفِ مِنَ الرَّكْعَتَيْنِ الْأُخْرَيَيْنِ مِنَ الظُّهْرِ " .
´It was narrated that Abu Sa’eed Al-Khudri said:` “Thirty of the Companions of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) who had been at Badr came together and said: ‘Come, let us estimate the length of the recitation of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) for the prayer in which Qur’an is not recited out aloud.’ No two men among them disagreed, and they estimated the length of his recitation in the first Rak’ah of the Zuhr to be thirty Verses and in the second Rak’ah to be half of that. They estimated his recitation in ‘Asr to be half of the last two Rak’ah of Zuhr.”
Hadith 1002
´It was narrated from Mu’awiyah bin Qurrah that his father said:` “We were forbidden to form a row between two pillars at the time of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ), and we would be repelled from them forcefully.”
Hadith 1020
´It was narrated from ‘Abdullah bin ‘Amir bin Rabi’ah that his father said:` “We were with the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) on a journey, and the sky was overcast so it was difficult for us to determine the Qiblah. So we performed prayer, and we marked the location.* Later, when the sun reappeared, we realized that we had prayed facing a direction other than the Qiblah. We mentioned that to the Prophet (ﷺ), then the Words were revealed: ‘So wherever you turn there is the Face of Allah.’” [2:115]
Hadith 1117
It was narrated from Anas bin Malik that the people used to speak to the Prophet (ﷺ) about their needs when he came down from the pulpit on Friday.
Hadith 1201
It was narrated from Ibn ‘Abbas that the Prophet (ﷺ) used to pray Witr while riding his mount.
Hadith 1296
´It was narrated that ‘Ali said:` “It is part of the Sunnah to walk to ‘Eid (prayers).”
Hadith 1328
´It was narrated that Nadr bin Shaiban said:` “I met Abu Salamah bin ‘Abdur-Rahman and said: ‘Tell me a Hadith that you heard from your father, in which mention is made of the month of Ramadan.’ He said: ‘Yes, my father narrated to me that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) mentioned the month of Ramadan and said: “A month which Allah has enjoined upon you to fast, and in which I have established Qiyam (prayers at night) as Sunnah for you. So whoever fasts it and spends its nights in prayer out of faith and in hope of reward; he will emerge from his sins as on the day his mother bore him.”
Hadith 1500

عَوْفِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ ، قَالَ : شَهِدْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ صَلَّى عَلَى رَجُلٍ مِنَ الْأَنْصَارِ ، فَسَمِعْتُهُ يَقُولُ : " اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَيْهِ وَاغْفِرْ لَهُ وَارْحَمْهُ وَعَافِهِ وَاعْفُ عَنْهُ ، وَاغْسِلْهُ بِمَاءٍ وَثَلْجٍ وَبَرَدٍ ، وَنَقِّهِ مِنَ الذُّنُوبِ وَالْخَطَايَا كَمَا يُنَقَّى الثَّوْبُ الْأَبْيَضُ مِنَ الدَّنَسِ ، وَأَبْدِلْهُ بِدَارِهِ دَارًا خَيْرًا مِنْ دَارِهِ ، وَأَهْلًا خَيْرًا مِنْ أَهْلِهِ ، وَقِهِ فِتْنَةَ الْقَبْرِ وَعَذَابَ النَّارِ " ، قَالَ عَوْفٌ : فَلَقَدْ رَأَيْتُنِي فِي مُقَامِي ذَلِكَ أَتَمَنَّى أَنْ أَكُونَ مَكَانَ الرَّجُلِ .
´It was narrated that ‘Awf bin Malik said:` “I saw the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) offering the funeral prayer for a man among the Ansar, and I heard him say: ‘Allahumma salli ‘alayhi waghfirlahu warhamhu, wa ‘afihi wa’fu ‘anhu, waghsilhu bi ma’in wa thaljin wa baradin, wa naqqihi min adh-dhunubi wal-khataya kama yunaqqath-thawbul-abyadu minad-danas, wa abdilhu bi darihi daran khayran min darihi, wa ahlan khayran min ahlili, wa qihi fitnatal-qabri wa ‘adhaban-nar. (O Allah, send blessing upon him, forgive him, have mercy on him, keep him safe and sound, and pardon him; wash him with water and snow and hail, and cleanse him of sins just as a white garment is cleansed of dirt. Give him in exchange for his house that is better than his house, and a family that is better than his family. Protect him from the trial of the grave and the torment of the Fire).’”
Hadith 1505
´It was narrated that ‘Abdur-Rahman bin Abi Laila said:` “Zaid bin Arqan used to say the Takbir four times in the funeral prayer, and he said the Takbir five times for one funeral. I asked him (about that) and he said: ‘The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) used to do that.’”
Hadith 1512

فَاطِمَةَ بِنْتِ الْحُسَيْنِ ، عَنْ أَبِيهَا
الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ ، قَالَ : لَمَّا تُوُفِّيَ الْقَاسِمُ ابْنُ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَتْ خَدِيجَةُ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ، دَرَّتْ لُبَيْنَةُ الْقَاسِمِ فَلَوْ كَانَ اللَّهُ أَبْقَاهُ حَتَّى يَسْتَكْمِلَ رِضَاعَهُ ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " إِنَّ تَمَامَ رَضَاعِهِ فِي الْجَنَّةِ " ، قَالَتْ : لَوْ أَعْلَمُ ذَلِكَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ لَهَوَّنَ عَلَيَّ أَمْرَهُ ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " إِنْ شِئْتِ دَعَوْتُ اللَّهَ تَعَالَى فَأَسْمَعَكِ صَوْتَهُ " ، قَالَتْ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ، بَلْ أُصَدِّقُ اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ .
´Husain bin ‘Ali said:` “When Qasim the son of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) died, Khadijah said: ‘O Messenger of Allah, the milk of Qasim’s mother is overflowing. Would that Allah had let him live until he had finished breastfeeding.’ The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: ‘He will complete his breastfeeding in Paradise.’ She said: ‘If I know that, O Messenger of Allah, it makes it easier for me to bear.’ The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: ‘If you wish, I will pray to Allah to let you hear his voice.’ She said: ‘O Messenger of Allah, rather I believe Allah and His Messenger.’”
Hadith 1705
´It was narrated from ‘Abdullah bin Shikhkhir that his father said:` “The Prophet (ﷺ) said: ‘Whoever fasts continually, he neither fasts nor breaks his fast.’”
Hadith 1725
´It was narrated that ‘Abdullah bin Mas’ud said:` “I rarely saw the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) not fasting on a Friday.”
Hadith 2163
´It was narrated that 'Ali said:` "The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) was treated with cupping and he told me to give the cupper his wages."
Hadith 2779
´It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:` “Even if there was only one day left of this world, Allah would make it last until a man from my household took possession of (the mountain of) Dailam and Constantinople.”
Hadith 3144
´Sulaiman bin ‘Abdur-Rahman said:` “I heard ‘Ubaid bin Fairuz say: ‘I said to Bara’ bin ‘Azib: “Tell us of the sacrificial animals that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) disliked or forbade.” He said: “Allah’s Messenger (ﷺ) said like this with his hand. And my hand is shorter than his hand:* ‘There are four that will not be accepted as sacrifices: The one-eyed animal that is obviously blind in one eye; the sick animal that is obviously sick; the lame animal with an obvious limp; and the animal that is so emaciated that it is as if there is no marrow in its bones.’” He said:** “And I dislike that the animal should have some fault in its ears.” He said: “What you dislike, forget about it and do not make it forbidden to anyone.”
Hadith 3332
It was narrated from Sa’d, the freed slave of Abu Bakr – and Sa’d used to serve the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) and he liked this Hadith – that the Prophet (ﷺ) forbade eating two dates at once.
Hadith 3391
´It was narrated from Abu Musa that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:` “Every intoxicant is unlawful.”

يَعْقُوبَ بْنِ أَبِي يَعْقُوبَ , عَنْ
أُمِّ الْمُنْذِرِ بِنْتِ قَيْسٍ الْأَنْصَارِيَّةِ , قَالَتْ : دَخَلَ عَلَيْنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ , وَمَعَهُ عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ , وَعَلِيٌّ نَاقِهٌ مِنْ مَرَضٍ وَلَنَا دَوَالِي مُعَلَّقَةٌ , وَكَانَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَأْكُلُ مِنْهَا , فَتَنَاوَلَ عَلِيٌّ لِيَأْكُلَ , فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ , " مَهْ يَا عَلِيُّ إِنَّكَ نَاقِهٌ " , قَالَتْ : فَصَنَعْتُ لِلنَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ سِلْقًا وَشَعِيرًا , فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " يَا عَلِيُّ مِنْ هَذَا فَأَصِبْ , فَإِنَّهُ أَنْفَعُ لَكَ " .
´It was narrated that Umm Mundhir bint Qais Ansariyyah said:` “The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) entered upon us, and with him was ‘Ali bin Abu Talib, who had recently recovered from an illness. We had bunches of unripe dates hanging up, and the Prophet (ﷺ) was eating from them. ‘Ali reached out to eat some, and the Prophet (ﷺ) said to ‘Ali: ‘Stop, O ‘Ali! You have just recovered from an illness.’ I made some greens and barley for the Prophet (ﷺ), and the Prophet (ﷺ) said to ‘Ali: ‘O ‘Ali, eat some of this, for it is better for you.’”
Hadith 3628
´It was narrated that Abu Juhaifah said:` “I saw the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ), and this part of his hair was white” – meaning the tuft of hair between the lower lip and the chin.
Hadith 3829
´It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that :` the Prophet (saas) said: "There is nothing more noble to Allah the Glorified, than supplication."
Hadith 3869

أَبَانَ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ , قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ
عُثْمَانَ بْنَ عَفَّانَ , يَقُولُ : سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ , يَقُولُ : " مَا مِنْ عَبْدٍ , يَقُولُ فِي صَبَاحِ كُلِّ يَوْمٍ , وَمَسَاءِ كُلِّ لَيْلَةٍ : بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الَّذِي لَا يَضُرُّ مَعَ اسْمِهِ شَيْءٌ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَلَا فِي السَّمَاءِ وَهُوَ السَّمِيعُ الْعَلِيمُ , ثَلَاثَ مَرَّاتٍ فَيَضُرَّهُ شَيْءٌ " , قَالَ : وَكَانَ أَبَانُ قَدْ أَصَابَهُ طَرَفٌ مِنَ الْفَالِجِ , فَجَعَلَ الرَّجُلُ يَنْظُرُ إِلَيْهِ , فَقَالَ لَهُ أَبَانُ : مَا تَنْظُرُ إِلَيَّ ؟ أَمَا إِنَّ الْحَدِيثَ كَمَا قَدْ حَدَّثْتُكَ , وَلَكِنِّي لَمْ أَقُلْهُ يَوْمَئِذٍ لِيُمْضِيَ اللَّهُ عَلَيَّ قَدَرَهُ .
´'Uthman bin 'Affan said:` "I heard the Messenger of Allah (saas) say: "There is no person who says, in the morning and evening of every day: Bismillahil-ladhi la yadurru ma'a ismihi shay'un fil-ardi wa la fis-sama'i wa Huwas-Sami'ul-'Alim (In the name of Allah with Whose Name nothing on earth or in heaven harms, and He is the All-Seeing, All-Knowing), three times, and is then harmed by anything.'" (Hasan)He (one of the narrators) said: "Aban had been stricken with paralysis on one side of his body, and a man started looking at him. Aban said: 'Why are you looking at me? The Hadith is as I have narrated it to you, but I did not say it that day, so that the decree of Allah might be implemented.'"
Hadith 4109

عَبْدِ اللَّهِ , قَالَ : اضْطَجَعَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَلَى حَصِيرٍ فَأَثَّرَ فِي جِلْدِهِ , فَقُلْتُ : بِأَبِي وَأُمِّي يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ , لَوْ كُنْتَ آذَنْتَنَا فَفَرَشْنَا لَكَ عَلَيْهِ شَيْئًا يَقِيكَ مِنْهُ , فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " مَا أَنَا وَالدُّنْيَا , إِنَّمَا أَنَا وَالدُّنْيَا كَرَاكِبٍ اسْتَظَلَّ تَحْتَ شَجَرَةٍ , ثُمَّ رَاحَ وَتَرَكَهَا " .
´It was narrated that ‘Abdullah said:` “The Prophet (ﷺ) lay down on a reed mat, and it left marks on his skin. I said: ‘May my father and mother be ransomed for you, O Messenger of Allah! If you had told us we would have provided you with something that would save you this trouble.’ The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: ‘What is there between myself and the world? This world and I are just like a rider who stops to rest beneath the shade of a tree then goes and leaves it.’”
Hadith 4128

الْمِقْدَامِ بْنِ شُرَيْحٍ , عَنْ
أَبِيهِ , عَنْ
سَعْدٍ , قَالَ : نَزَلَتْ هَذِهِ الْآيَةُ فِينَا سِتَّةٍ فِيَّ وَفِي ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ , وَصُهَيْبٍ , وَعَمَّارٍ , وَالْمِقْدَادِ , وَبِلَالٍ , قَالَ : قَالَتْ قُرَيْشٌ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " إِنَّا لَا نَرْضَى أَنْ نَكُونَ أَتْبَاعًا لَهُمْ فَاطْرُدْهُمْ عَنْكَ , قَالَ : فَدَخَلَ قَلْبَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِنْ ذَلِكَ مَا شَاءَ اللَّهُ أَنْ يَدْخُلَ , فَأَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ : وَلا تَطْرُدِ الَّذِينَ يَدْعُونَ رَبَّهُمْ بِالْغَدَاةِ وَالْعَشِيِّ يُرِيدُونَ وَجْهَهُ سورة الأنعام آية 52 .
´It was narrated that Sa’d said:` “This Verse was revealed concerning us six: Myself, Ibn Mas’ud, Suhaib, ‘Ammar, Miqdad and Bilal. The Quraish said to the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ): ‘We do not want to join them, send them away.’ Thoughts of that entered the heart of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) as much as Allah willed, then Allah revealed: “And turn not away those who invoke their Lord, morning and afternoon seeking His Face. You are accountable for them in nothing, and they are accountable for you in nothing, that you may turn them away, and thus become of the unjust.” [6:52]
Hadith 4226
´It was narrated that Abu Hurairah said:` “A man said: ‘O Messenger of Allah, I do a good deed, then others find out about it and that pleases me.’ He said: ‘You will have two rewards, the reward for doing it in secret and the reward for doing it openly (so that others may follow your example).’”
