Hadith 1037
حَدَّثَنَا
أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مَنِيعٍ، حَدَّثَنَا
هُشَيْمٌ، أَخْبَرَنَا
الشَّيْبَانِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا
الشَّعْبِيُّ، أَخْبَرَنِي مَنْ رَأَى النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَرَأَى قَبْرًا مُنْتَبِذًا ، فَصَفَّ أَصْحَابَهُ خَلْفَهُ فَصَلَّى عَلَيْهِ ، فَقِيلَ لَهُ : مَنْ أَخْبَرَكَهُ ؟ فَقَالَ :
ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ . قَالَ : وَفِي الْبَاب ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ ، وَبُرَيْدَةَ ، وَيَزِيدَ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ ، وَأَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، وَعَامِرِ بْنِ رَبِيعَةَ ، وَأَبِي قَتَادَةَ ، وَسَهْلِ بْنِ حُنَيْفٍ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى : حَدِيثُ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ ، وَالْعَمَلُ عَلَى هَذَا عِنْدَ أَكْثَرِ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَغَيْرِهِمْ ، وَهُوَ قَوْلُ : الشَّافِعِيِّ ، وَأَحْمَدَ ، وَإِسْحَاق ، وقَالَ بَعْضُ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ : لَا يُصَلَّى عَلَى الْقَبْرِ ، وَهُوَ قَوْلُ : مَالِكِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ ، وقَالَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ : إِذَا دُفِنَ الْمَيِّتُ وَلَمْ يُصَلَّ عَلَيْهِ ، صُلِّيَ عَلَى الْقَبْرِ ، وَرَأَى ابْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ الصَّلَاةَ عَلَى الْقَبْرِ ، وقَالَ أَحْمَدُ ، وَإِسْحَاق : يُصَلَّى عَلَى الْقَبْرِ إِلَى شَهْرٍ ، وَقَالَا : أَكْثَرُ مَا سَمِعْنَا عَنْ ابْنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ ، " أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ صَلَّى عَلَى قَبْرِ أُمِّ سَعْدِ بْنِ عُبَادَةَ بَعْدَ شَهْرٍ " .
´Ash-Shaibani narrated that:` Ash-Sha'bi said: "I was informed by one who saw the Prophet: He (pbuh) saw a solitary grave, s he lined his Companions (behind him) to pray over it." It was said to him (Ash-Sha'bi): "Who informed you?" He said: "Ibn Abbas."
Hadith 1330
´['Abdullah] Ibn Abi Al-Awfa narrated that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:` "[Indeed] Allah is with the judge as long as he is not unjust. So when he is unjust, He leaves him and he is attended by Shaitan."
Hadith 1729
حَدَّثَنَا
مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ طَرِيفٍ الْكُوفِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا
مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ فُضَيْلٍ، عَنْ
الْأَعْمَشِ،
وَالشَّيْبَانِيِّ، عَنْ
الْحَكَمِ، عَنْ
عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى، عَنْ
عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُكَيْمٍ، قَالَ : أَتَانَا كِتَابُ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " أَنْ لَا تَنْتَفِعُوا مِنَ الْمَيْتَةِ بِإِهَابٍ وَلَا عَصَبٍ "، قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى : هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ ، وَيُرْوَى عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُكَيْمٍ ، عَنْ أَشْيَاخٍ لَهُمْ هَذَا الْحَدِيثُ ، وَلَيْسَ الْعَمَلُ عَلَى هَذَا عِنْدَ أَكْثَرِ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ ، وَقَدْ رُوِيَ هَذَا الْحَدِيثُ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُكَيْمٍ ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ : أَتَانَا كِتَابُ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَبْلَ وَفَاتِهِ بِشَهْرَيْنِ ، قَالَ : وسَمِعْت أَحْمَدَ بْنَ الْحَسَنِ ، يَقُولُ : كَانَ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ حَنْبَلٍ يَذْهَبُ إِلَى هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ لِمَا ذُكِرَ فِيهِ قَبْلَ وَفَاتِهِ بِشَهْرَيْنِ ، وَكَانَ يَقُولُ : كَانَ هَذَا آخِرَ أَمْرِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، ثُمَّ تَرَكَ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ حَنْبَلٍ هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ لَمَّا اضْطَرَبُوا فِي إِسْنَادِهِ ، حَيْثُ رَوَى بَعْضُهُمْ فَقَالَ : عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُكَيْمٍ ، عَنْ أَشْيَاخٍ لَهُمْ مِنْ جُهَيْنَةَ .
‘Abdullah bin Ukeem says that a letter from the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) came to us stating that you people should not benefit from the skins __QUR_N__ and sinews of dead animals. © Imam Tirmidhi says:
1- This hadith is Hasan,
2- This hadith has also come from Abdullah bin Ukeem through his shuyukh,
3- Most of the people of knowledge do not act upon this,
4- This hadith is narrated from Abdullah bin Ukeem, he said: A letter from the Prophet (ﷺ) came to us two months before his death,
5- I heard Ahmad bin Hasan say, Ahmad bin Hanbal used to prefer this hadith because it mentions that it was two months before the Prophet’s death, and he also used to say: This was the last command of the Prophet (ﷺ),
6- Then Ahmad bin Hanbal abandoned this hadith because there is confusion in its chain from the narrators, as some people narrate it from Abdullah bin Ukeem through his shuyukh from Juhainah.
Hadith 1760
Barā’ bin ‘Āzib (may Allah be pleased with them both) says that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) forbade us from riding on a saddle made of silk. The narrator says: There is an incident mentioned in this hadith. © Imam Tirmidhi says:
1- The hadith of Barā’ (may Allah be pleased with him) is Hasan Sahih,
2- In this chapter, there is also narration from ‘Ali and Mu‘āwiyah (may Allah be pleased with them both), and Shu‘bah has also narrated a similar hadith from Ash‘ath bin Abi Sha‘thā’, and there is an incident mentioned in this hadith.
Hadith 1769
Mughira bin Shu’bah (may Allah be pleased with him) says that Dihyah Kalbi sent two leather socks as a gift to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), so he wore them.
© Imam Tirmidhi says:
1- This hadith is Hasan Gharib.
2- In his narration, Isra’il said (which he narrates via «عن جابر»): He also sent a cloak. The Prophet wore both of those socks until they tore. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) did not know whether they were made from the skin of a slaughtered animal or a non-slaughtered one.
3- Abu Ishaq Sabi’i’s name is Sulaiman.
4- Hasan bin Ayyash is the brother of Abu Bakr bin Ayyash.
Hadith 3277
´Narrated Ash-Shaibani:` "I asked Zirr bin Hubaish about the saying of Allah the Might and Sublime: And was a distance of two bow lengths or less (53:9). So he said: 'Ibn Mas'ud informed me that the Prophet (ﷺ) saw Jibra'il, and he had six-hundred wings.'"
