Hadith 164
حَدَّثَنَا
قُتَيْبَةُ، حَدَّثَنَا
حَاتِمُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيل، عَنْ
يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي عُبَيْدٍ، عَنْ
سَلَمَةَ بْنِ الْأَكْوَعِ، قَالَ : " كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُصَلِّي الْمَغْرِبَ إِذَا غَرَبَتِ الشَّمْسُ وَتَوَارَتْ بِالْحِجَابِ " . قَالَ : وَفِي الْبَاب عَنْ جَابِرٍ , وَالصُّنَابِحِيِّ , وَزَيْدِ بْنِ خَالِدٍ , وَأَنَسٍ , وَرَافِعِ بْنِ خَدِيجٍ , وَأَبِي أَيُّوبَ , وَأُمِّ حَبِيبَةَ , وَعَبَّاسِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ , وَابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ , وَحَدِيثُ الْعَبَّاسِ قَدْ رُوِيَ مَوْقُوفًا عَنْهُ ، وَهُوَ أَصَحُّ ، وَالصُّنَابِحِيُّ لَمْ يَسْمَعْ مِنَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، وَهُوَ صَاحِبُ أَبِي بَكْرٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى : حَدِيثُ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ الْأَكْوَعِ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ ، وَهُوَ قَوْلُ أَكْثَرِ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَمَنْ بَعْدَهُمْ مِنَ التَّابِعِينَ ، اخْتَارُوا تَعْجِيلَ صَلَاةِ الْمَغْرِبِ وَكَرِهُوا تَأْخِيرَهَا ، حَتَّى قَالَ بَعْضُ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ : لَيْسَ لِصَلَاةِ الْمَغْرِبِ إِلَّا وَقْتٌ وَاحِدٌ ، وَذَهَبُوا إِلَى حَدِيثِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ حَيْثُ صَلَّى بِهِ جِبْرِيلُ ، وَهُوَ قَوْلُ ابْنِ الْمُبَارَكِ , وَالشَّافِعِيِّ .
´Salmah bin AI-Akwa narrated:` "Allah's Messenger prayed Maghrib when the sun had set and it (the sun) had hidden in the veil (of darkness)."
Hadith 798
´Salamah bin Al-Akwa said:` "When the following was revealed: 'And for those upon whom it is difficult, (they may) feed a poor person' - if one of us wanted we would not fast, and pay the ransom, until the Ayah after it was revealed abrogating it."
Hadith 1592
Yazid bin Abi Ubaidullah says: I asked Salamah bin Al-Akwa’ (may Allah be pleased with him): On the day of Hudaybiyyah, what did you people pledge allegiance to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) for? He said: For death. 1© Imam Tirmidhi says: This hadith is hasan sahih.
Hadith 2000
Salamah bin Al-Akwa’ (may Allah be pleased with him) reports that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: “A person continues to incline himself towards arrogance (pride) until his name is written among the tyrants, and thus he will be afflicted with the same punishment that befell the tyrants.” __REF_N__ Imam Tirmidhi says:
This hadith is Hasan Gharib.
Hadith 2743
´Narrated Iyas bin Salamah:` from his father: "A man sneezed in the presence of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) while I was present, so the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: 'Yarhamukallah (May Allah have mercy upon you).' Then he sneezed a second and third time. So the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "This man is suffering from a cold.'"
Hadith 2743
‘Muhammad bin Bashar narrated to me, he said: Yahya bin Sa‘id narrated to me, he said: ‘Ikrimah bin ‘Ammar narrated to me, and ‘Ikrimah from Iyas bin Salamah, Iyas from his father Salamah, and Salamah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) a similar hadith, but in this narration it is mentioned that upon the man sneezing for the third time, the Prophet said: “You have caught a cold.” © Imam Tirmidhi says:
This narration is more authentic than the hadith of Ibn Mubarak.
Hadith 2775
´Narrated Iyas bin Salamah:` from his father who said: "I guided Allah's Prophet (ﷺ) and Al-Hasan and Al-Husain, on his gray mule until I brought him to the apartment of the Prophet (ﷺ), this one was in front of him, and this one behind him."
