Hadith 898
´Ibn Abbas narrated:` "The Messenger of Allah stoned the Jimar when the sun had passed the zenith."
Hadith 932
حَدَّثَنَا
أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدَةَ الضَّبِّيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا
زِيَادُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنْ
يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي زِيَادٍ، عَنْ
مُجَاهِدٍ، عَنْ
ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " دَخَلَتِ الْعُمْرَةُ فِي الْحَجِّ إِلَى يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ " . قَالَ : وَفِي الْبَاب عَنْ سُرَاقَةَ بْنِ جُعْشُمٍ ، وَجَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى : حَدِيثُ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ ، وَمَعْنَى هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ : أَنْ لَا بَأْسَ بِالْعُمْرَةِ فِي أَشْهُرِ الْحَجِّ ، وَهَكَذَا قَالَ الشَّافِعِيُّ ، وَأَحْمَدُ ، وَإِسْحَاق ، وَمَعْنَى هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ : أَنَّ أَهْلَ الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ كَانُوا لَا يَعْتَمِرُونَ فِي أَشْهُرِ الْحَجِّ ، فَلَمَّا جَاءَ الْإِسْلَامُ رَخَّصَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي ذَلِكَ ، فَقَالَ : " دَخَلَتِ الْعُمْرَةُ فِي الْحَجِّ إِلَى يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ " . يَعْنِي : لَا بَأْسَ بِالْعُمْرَةِ فِي أَشْهُرِ الْحَجِّ ، وَأَشْهُرُ الْحَجِّ شَوَّالٌ وَذُو الْقَعْدَةِ وَعَشْرٌ مِنْ ذِي الْحِجَّةِ ، لَا يَنْبَغِي لِلرَّجُلِ أَنْ يُهِلَّ بِالْحَجِّ إِلَّا فِي أَشْهُرِ الْحَجِّ وَأَشْهُرُ الْحُرُمِ رَجَبٌ وَذُو الْقَعْدَةِ وَذُو الْحِجَّةِ وَالْمُحَرَّمُ ، هَكَذَا قَالَ غَيْرُ وَاحِدٍ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَغَيْرِهِمْ .
´Ibn Abbas narrated:` That the Prophet said: "Umrah has been entered into Hajj until the Day of Resurrection."
Hadith 1097
حَدَّثَنَا
مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُوسَى الْبَصْرِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا
زِيَادُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، حَدَّثَنَا
عَطَاءُ بْنُ السَّائِبِ، عَنْ
أَبِي عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ
ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " طَعَامُ أَوَّلِ يَوْمٍ حَقٌّ ، وَطَعَامُ يَوْمِ الثَّانِي سُنَّةٌ ، وَطَعَامُ يَوْمِ الثَّالِثِ سُمْعَةٌ ، وَمَنْ سَمَّعَ سَمَّعَ اللَّهُ بِهِ " . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى : حَدِيثُ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ لَا نَعْرِفُهُ مَرْفُوعًا ، إِلَّا مِنْ حَدِيثِ زِيَادِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، وَزِيَادُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ كَثِيرُ الْغَرَائِبِ وَالْمَنَاكِيرِ ، قَالَ : وسَمِعْت مُحَمَّدَ بْنَ إِسْمَاعِيل يَذْكُرُ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عُقْبَةَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ وَكِيعٌ : زِيَادُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ مَعَ شَرَفِهِ يَكْذِبُ فِي الْحَدِيثِ .
´Ibn Mas'ud narrated that :` The Messenger of Allah said: "Having food on the first day is was is obligatory, and having food on the second day is Sunnah, and having food on the third day is to be heard of, and whoever wants to be heard of, Allah will make him heard of."
Hadith 1590
‘Abdullah bin ‘Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them) reports that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said on the day of the conquest of Makkah: “There is no migration after the conquest of Makkah, but jihad and intention remain. And when you are called for jihad, then set out.” 1. © Imam Tirmidhi says:
1- This hadith is hasan sahih.
2- Sufyan Thawri has also narrated a similar hadith from Mansur bin Mu’tamir.
3- In this chapter, ahadith have also been reported from Abu Sa‘id, ‘Abdullah bin ‘Amr, and ‘Abdullah bin Hubshi (may Allah be pleased with them).
Hadith 2351
Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) reports that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "The poor emigrants will enter Paradise five hundred years before the wealthy emigrants." © Imam Tirmidhi says:
1- This hadith is Hasan Gharib through this chain,
2- In this chapter, hadiths have also been narrated from Abu Hurairah, Abdullah ibn Amr, and Jabir (may Allah be pleased with them).
Hadith 3069
´Narrated 'Abdullah bin 'Abbas:` "Some people came to the Prophet (ﷺ) and they said: 'O Messenger of Allah! Why is it that we can eat what we kill but we can not eat what Allah has killed?' So Allah revealed: So eat of that on which Allah's Name has been mentioned if you are indeed believers in His Ayat..." up to His saying: ...And if you obey them, then you would indeed be idolaters (6:121)."
