Hadith 326
حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ . ح وحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا زَمْعَةُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ ، عَنْ عِيسَى بْنِ يَزْدَادَ الْيَمَانِيِّ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " إِذَا بَالَ أَحَدُكُمْ فَلْيَنْتُرْ ذَكَرَهُ ثَلَاثَ مَرَّاتٍ " .
´It was narrated from 'Eisa bin Yazdad Al-Yamani that his father said:` "The Messenger of Allah said: 'When anyone of you urinates, let him squeeze his penis three times (to remove the remaining urine drops)." (Da'if) Another chain with similar wording.
Hadith 501
حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاق بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ السَّوَّاقُ ، حَدَّثَنَا الضَّحَّاكُ بْنُ مَخْلَدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا زَمْعَةُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ ، قَالَ : " حَلَبَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ شَاةً وَشَرِبَ مِنْ لَبَنِهَا ، ثُمَّ دَعَا بِمَاءٍ فَمَضْمَضَ فَاهُ ، وَقَالَ : إِنَّ لَهُ دَسَمًا " .
´It was narrated that Anas bin Malik said:` "The Messenger of Allah milked a sheep and drank some of its milk, then he called for water and rinsed his mouth and said: 'It has some greasiness in it.'"
Hadith 1030
حَدَّثَنَا حَرْمَلَةُ بْنُ يَحْيَى ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ وَهْبٍ ، حَدَّثَنِي زَمْعَةُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ ، قَالَ : صَلَّى ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ وَهُوَ بِالْبَصْرَةِ عَلَى بِسَاطِهِ ، ثُمَّ حَدَّثَ أَصْحَابَهُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ : " يُصَلِّي عَلَى بِسَاطِهِ " .
´It was narrated that ‘Amr bin Dinar said:` “When Ibn ‘Abbas was in Basrah, he performed prayer on his rug, then he told his companions that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) used to perform prayer on his rug.”
Hadith 1693
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَامِرٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا زَمْعَةُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ ، عَنْ سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : " اسْتَعِينُوا بِطَعَامِ السَّحَرِ عَلَى صِيَامِ النَّهَارِ ، وَبِالْقَيْلُولَةِ عَلَى قِيَامِ اللَّيْلِ " .
´It was narrated from Ibn ‘Abbas that the Prophet (ﷺ) said:` “Seek help by eating Suhur for fasting that day, and by taking a brief rest (at midday) for praying at night.”
Hadith 1934
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَامِرٍ ، عَنْ زَمْعَةَ بْنِ صَالِحٍ ، عَنْ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ وَهْرَامَ ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، قَالَ : " لَعَنَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الْمُحَلِّلَ وَالْمُحَلَّلَ لَهُ " .
´It was narrated that Ibn 'Abbas said:` “The Messenger of Allah cursed the Muhallil and the Muhallal lahu.”
Hadith 3419
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ , حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَامِرٍ , حَدَّثَنَا زَمْعَةُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ , عَنْ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ وَهْرَامَ , عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ , عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ , قَالَ : نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " عَنِ اخْتِنَاثِ الْأَسْقِيَةِ " , وَإِنَّ رَجُلًا بَعْدَ مَا نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ ذَلِكَ , قَامَ مِنَ اللَّيْلِ إِلَى سِقَاءٍ فَاخْتَنَثَهُ , فَخَرَجَتْ عَلَيْهِ مِنْهُ حَيَّةٌ .
´It was narrated that Ibn ‘Abbas said:` “The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) forbade tipping up water skins. After the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) had forbidden that, a man got up at night and tipped up a water skin, and a snake fell out of it onto him.”
Hadith 3719
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ , حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ , عَنْ زَمْعَةَ بْنِ صَالِحٍ , عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ , عَنْ وَهْبِ بْنِ عَبْدِ بْنِ زَمْعَةَ , عَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ . ح حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ , حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ , حَدَّثَنَا زَمْعَةُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ , عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ , عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ وَهْبِ بْنِ زَمْعَةَ , عَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ , قَالَتْ : " خَرَجَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ فِي تِجَارَةٍ إِلَى بُصْرَى قَبْلَ مَوْتِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِعَامٍ , وَمَعَهُ نُعَيْمَانُ , وَسُوَيْبِطُ بْنُ حَرْمَلَةَ , وَكَانَا شَهِدَا بَدْرًا , وَكَانَ نُعَيْمَانُ عَلَى الزَّادِ , وَكَانَ سُوَيْبِطُ رَجُلًا مَزَّاحًا , فَقَالَ لِنُعَيْمَانَ : أَطْعِمْنِي , قَالَ : حَتَّى يَجِيءَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ , قَالَ : فَلَأُغِيظَنَّكَ , قَالَ : فَمَرُّوا بِقَوْمٍ , فَقَالَ لَهُمْ سُوَيْبِطٌ : تَشْتَرُونَ مِنِّي عَبْدًا لِي , قَالُوا : نَعَمْ , قَالَ : إِنَّهُ عَبْدٌ لَهُ كَلَامٌ وَهُوَ قَائِلٌ لَكُمْ إِنِّي حُرٌّ , فَإِنْ كُنْتُمْ إِذَا قَالَ لَكُمْ هَذِهِ الْمَقَالَةَ , تَرَكْتُمُوهُ فَلَا تُفْسِدُوا عَلَيَّ عَبْدِي , قَالُوا : لَا , بَلْ نَشْتَرِيهِ مِنْكَ , فَاشْتَرَوْهُ مِنْهُ بِعَشْرِ قَلَائِصَ , ثُمَّ أَتَوْهُ فَوَضَعُوا فِي عُنُقِهِ عِمَامَةً أَوْ حَبْلًا , فَقَالَ نُعَيْمَانُ : إِنَّ هَذَا يَسْتَهْزِئُ بِكُمْ وَإِنِّي حُرٌّ لَسْتُ بِعَبْدٍ , فَقَالُوا : قَدْ أَخْبَرَنَا خَبَرَكَ , فَانْطَلَقُوا بِهِ فَجَاءَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ فَأَخْبَرُوهُ بِذَلِكَ , قَالَ : فَاتَّبَعَ الْقَوْمَ وَرَدَّ عَلَيْهِمُ الْقَلَائِصَ , وَأَخَذَ نُعَيْمَانَ , قَالَ : فَلَمَّا قَدِمُوا عَلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَأَخْبَرُوهُ , قَالَ : فَضَحِكَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَأَصْحَابُهُ مِنْهُ حَوْلًا " .
´It was narrated that Umm Salamah said:` "Abu Bakr went out to trade in Busra, one year before the Prophet (ﷺ) died, and with him were Nu`aiman and Suwaibit the sons of Harmalah, who had been present at Badr. Nu`aiman was in charge of the provisions, and Suwaibit was a man who joked a lot. He said to Nu`aiman: 'Feed me'. He said: 'Not until Abu Bakr comes'. He said: 'Then I will have to annoy you'. Then they passed by some people, and Suwaibit said to them: 'Will you buy a slave from me?' They said: 'Yes'. He said 'He is a slave who talks a lot and he will tell you, "I am a free man". If you are going to let him go when he says that to you, do not bother buying him.' They said: 'We will buy him from you.' So they bought him from him in return for ten young she-camels, then they brought him and tied a turban or a rope around his neck. Nu`aiman said: 'This man is making fun of you. I am a free man, not a slave.' They said: 'He has already told us about you; and they took him off.' Then Abu Bakr came and he (Suwaibit) told him about that. So he followed those people and returned their camels to them, and took Nu`aiman back. When they came to the Prophet (ﷺ) they told him what had happened, and the Prophet (ﷺ) and his companions laughed about it for a year."
Hadith 3983
حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ , قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ الزُّبَيْرِيُّ قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا زَمْعَةُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ , عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ , عَنْ سَالِمٍ , عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ , قَالَ : قَال رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " لَا يُلْدَغُ الْمُؤْمِنُ مِنْ جُحْرٍ مَرَّتَيْنِ " .
´It was narrated from Ibn ‘Umar that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:` ‘The believer should not be stung from the same hole twice.’”
