Hadith 185
حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، عَنْ الْأَعْمَشِ ، عَنْ خَيْثَمَةَ ، عَنْ عَدِيِّ بْنِ حَاتِمٍ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " مَا مِنْكُمْ مِنْ أَحَدٍ إِلَّا سَيُكَلِّمُهُ رَبُّهُ لَيْسَ بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَهُ تَرْجُمَانٌ ، فَيَنْظُرُ عَنْ أَيْمَنَ مِنْهُ فَلَا يَرَى إِلَّا شَيْئًا قَدَّمَهُ ، ثُمَّ يَنْظُرُ عَنْ أَيْسَرَ مِنْهُ فَلَا يَرَى إِلَّا شَيْئًا قَدَّمَهُ ، ثُمَّ يَنْظُرُ أَمَامَهُ فَتَسْتَقْبِلُهُ النَّارُ فَمَنِ اسْتَطَاعَ مِنْكُمْ أَنْ يَتَّقِيَ النَّارَ وَلَوْ بِشِقِّ تَمْرَةٍ فَلْيَفْعَلْ " .
´It was narrated that 'Adi bin Hatim said:` "The Messenger of Allah said: 'There is no one among you but his Lord will speak to him without any intermediary between them. He will look to his right and will not see anything but that which he sent forth. He will look to his left and will not see anything but that which he sent forth. Then he will look in front of him and will be faced with the Fire. So whoever among you can protect himself from fire, even by means of half a date, let him do so.'"
Hadith 1843
حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ ، عَنْ خَيْثَمَةَ ، عَنْ عَدِيِّ ابْنِ حَاتِمٍ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " مَا مِنْكُمْ مِنْ أَحَدٍ إِلَّا سَيُكَلِّمُهُ رَبُّهُ لَيْسَ بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَهُ تُرْجُمَانٌ ، فَيَنْظُرُ أَمَامَهُ ، فَتَسْتَقْبِلُهُ النَّارُ ، وَيَنْظُرُ عَنْ أَيْمَنَ مِنْهُ فَلَا يَرَى إِلَّا شَيْئًا قَدَّمَهُ ، وَيَنْظُرُ عَنْ أَشْأَمَ مِنْهُ فَلَا يَرَى إِلَّا شَيْئًا قَدَّمَهُ ، فَمَنِ اسْتَطَاعَ مِنْكُمْ أَنْ يَتَّقِيَ النَّارَ وَلَوْ بِشِقِّ تَمْرَةٍ فَلْيَفْعَلْ " .
´Adi bin Hatim narrated that:` the Messenger of Allah said: “Each one of you will be spoken to by his lord, with no mediator between them. He will look in from of him and the fire will be facing him. He will look to his right and will not see anything but something that he had sent on before. He will look to his left and will not see anything but something that he had sent on before. Whoeever among you can save himself in Fire, even with half a date, let him do so.”
Hadith 1992
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى ، حَدَّثَنَا الْهَيْثَمُ بْنُ جَمِيلٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ أًظَنَّهُ ، عَنْ طَلْحَةَ ، عَنْ خَيْثَمَةَ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، " أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَمَرَهَا أَنْ تُدْخِلَ عَلَى رَجُلٍ امْرَأَتَهُ قَبْلَ أَنْ يُعْطِيَهَا شَيْئًا " .
´It was narrated from 'Aishah that:` the Messenger of Allah told her to take a woman to her husband before he had given her anything (i.e. bridal-money). (Da' if)
