Hadith 982
حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى ، أَخْبَرَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ بِلَالٍ . ح وحَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ . ح وحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَاتِمُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ ، كُلُّهُمْ ، عَنْ خُثَيْمِ بْنِ عِرَاكِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِمِثْلِهِ .
A hadith like this has been narrated by Abu Hurairah (RA) through another chain of transmitters.
Hadith 1559
وحَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ أَبِي خَلَفٍ ، وَحَجَّاجُ بْنُ الشَّاعِرِ ، قَالَا : حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو سَلَمَةَ الْخُزَاعِيُّ ، قَالَ حَجَّاجٌ مَنْصُورُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ، أَخْبَرَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ بِلَالٍ ، عَنْ خُثَيْمِ بْنِ عِرَاكٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " إِذَا أَفْلَسَ الرَّجُلُ ، فَوَجَدَ الرَّجُلُ عِنْدَهُ سِلْعَتَهُ بِعَيْنِهَا ، فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهَا " .
Abu Hurairah (RA) reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying: When a inan becomes insolvent, and the other person (seller) finds his goods intact with him, he is more entitled to get them than anyone else.
Hadith 2516
وحَدَّثَنِي حُسَيْنُ بْنُ حُرَيْثٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا الْفَضْلُ بْنُ مُوسَى ، عَنْ خُثَيْمِ بْنِ عِرَاكٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " أَسْلَمُ سَالَمَهَا اللَّهُ ، وَغِفَارُ غَفَرَ اللَّهُ لَهَا أَمَا إِنِّي لَمْ أَقُلْهَا ، وَلَكِنْ قَالَهَا اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ " .
Abu Hurairah (RA) reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying: To the tribe of Aslam Allah has granted safety and to the tribe of Ghifar Allah has granted pardon. Verily it is not I that say this, but (it is) Allah the Exalted and Glorious. (who) says this.
