Hadith 134
حَدَّثَنَا
قُتَيْبَةُ، حَدَّثَنَا
عَبِيدَةُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ، عَنْ
الْأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ
ثابِتِ بْنِ عُبَيْدٍ، عَنْ
الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ، قَالَ : قَالَتْ لِي
عَائِشَةُ : قَالَ لِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " نَاوِلِينِي الْخُمْرَةَ مِنَ الْمَسْجِدِ " قَالَتْ : قُلْتُ : إِنِّي حَائِضٌ , قَالَ : " إِنَّ حَيْضَتَكِ لَيْسَتْ فِي يَدِكِ " . قَالَ : وَفِي الْبَاب عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ , وَأَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى : حَدِيثُ عَائِشَةَ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ ، وَهُوَ قَوْلُ عَامَّةِ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ ، لَا نَعْلَمُ بَيْنَهُمُ اخْتِلَافًا فِي ذَلِكَ بِأَنْ لَا بَأْسَ أَنْ تَتَنَاوَلَ الْحَائِضُ شَيْئًا مِنَ الْمَسْجِدِ .
´Aishah narrated:` "Allah's Messenger said to me: 'Bring me the Khumrah from the Masjid.' She said: "I said: 'I am menstruating.' He said: 'Indeed your menstruation is not in your hand.'"
Hadith 2715
´Narrated Zaid bin Thabit:` "The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) ordered me to learn some statements from writings of the Jews for him, and he said: 'For indeed by Allah! I do no trust the Jews with my letters.'" He said: "Half a month did not pass before I learned it, when he (ﷺ) wanted to write to the Jews I would write it to them, and when they wrote to him I would read their letters to him."
