Hadith 1663
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، حَدَّثَنَا نُعَيْمُ بْنُ حَمَّادٍ، حَدَّثَنَا بَقِيَّةُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ، عَنْ بَحِيرِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ، عَنْ خَالِدِ بْنِ مَعْدَانَ، عَنْ الْمِقْدَامِ بْنِ مَعْدِي كَرِبَ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " لِلشَّهِيدِ عِنْدَ اللَّهِ سِتُّ خِصَالٍ : يُغْفَرُ لَهُ فِي أَوَّلِ دَفْعَةٍ ، وَيَرَى مَقْعَدَهُ مِنَ الْجَنَّةِ ، وَيُجَارُ مِنْ عَذَابِ الْقَبْرِ ، وَيَأْمَنُ مِنَ الْفَزَعِ الْأَكْبَرِ ، وَيُوضَعُ عَلَى رَأْسِهِ تَاجُ الْوَقَارِ الْيَاقُوتَةُ مِنْهَا خَيْرٌ مِنَ الدُّنْيَا وَمَا فِيهَا ، وَيُزَوَّجُ اثْنَتَيْنِ وَسَبْعِينَ زَوْجَةً مِنَ الْحُورِ الْعِينِ ، وَيُشَفَّعُ فِي سَبْعِينَ مِنْ أَقَارِبِهِ " ، قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى : هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ غَرِيبٌ .
Miqdam bin Ma’dikarib (may Allah be pleased with him) says that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “There are six rewards for the martyr with Allah: (1) With the first drop of his blood, his sins are forgiven; (2) he sees his place in Paradise; (3) he is protected from the punishment of the grave; (4) «فزع الأكبر» (on the Day of Great Terror) he will be safe; (5) a crown of honor will be placed on his head, a single ruby of which is better than the world and all that is in it; (6) he will be married to seventy-two (72) heavenly maidens, and his intercession will be accepted for seventy of his relatives.” 1. © Imam Tirmidhi says: This hadith is hasan ghareeb.
Hadith 2380
حَدَّثَنَا سُوَيْدُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ، أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْمَاعِيل بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو سَلَمَةَ الْحِمْصِيُّ، وَحَبِيبُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ , عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ جَابِرٍ الطَّائِيِّ، عَنْ مِقْدَامِ بْنِ مَعْدِ يكَرِبَ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ : " مَا مَلَأَ آدَمِيٌّ وِعَاءً شَرًّا مِنْ بَطْنٍ بِحَسْبِ ابْنِ آدَمَ أُكُلَاتٌ يُقِمْنَ صُلْبَهُ ، فَإِنْ كَانَ لَا مَحَالَةَ ، فَثُلُثٌ لِطَعَامِهِ وَثُلُثٌ لِشَرَابِهِ وَثُلُثٌ لِنَفَسِهِ " .
´Miqdam bin Ma'dikarib said:` "I heard the Messenger of Allah (S.a.w) saying: 'The human does not fill any container that is worse than his stomach. It is sufficient for the son of Adam to eat what will support his back. If this is not possible, then a third for food, a third for drink, and third for his breath."
Hadith 2392
حَدَّثَنَا بُنْدَارٌ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الْقَطَّانُ، حَدَّثَنَا ثَوْرُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ، عَنْ حَبِيبِ بْنِ عُبَيْدٍ، عَنْ الْمِقْدَامِ بْنِ مَعْدِ يكَرِبَ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " إِذَا أَحَبَّ أَحَدُكُمْ أَخَاهُ فَلْيُعْلِمْهُ إِيَّاهُ " , وفي الباب عن أَبِي ذَرٍّ ، وَأَنَسٍ ، قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى : حَدِيثُ الْمِقْدَامِ حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ غَرِيبٌ ، وَالْمِقْدَامُ يُكْنَى : أَبَا كَرِيمَةَ .
´Al-Miqdam bin Ma'dikarib narrated that the Messenger of Allah (s.a.w) said:` "When one of you loves his brother,then let him inform him of it."
Hadith 2664
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ، حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ جَابِرٍ اللَّخْمِيِّ، عَنِ الْمِقْدَامِ بْنِ مَعْدِ يكَرِبَ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " أَلَا هَلْ عَسَى رَجُلٌ يَبْلُغُهُ الْحَدِيثُ عَنِّي وَهُوَ مُتَّكِئٌ عَلَى أَرِيكَتِهِ فَيَقُولُ بَيْنَنَا وَبَيْنَكُمْ كِتَابُ اللَّهِ فَمَا وَجَدْنَا فِيهِ حَلَالًا اسْتَحْلَلْنَاهُ وَمَا وَجَدْنَا فِيهِ حَرَامًا حَرَّمْنَاهُ وَإِنَّ مَا حَرَّمَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَمَا حَرَّمَ اللَّهُ " , قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى : هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ غَرِيبٌ مِنْ هَذَا الْوَجْهِ .
´Narrated Al-Miqdam bin Ma'dikarib:` that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "Lo! Soon a Hadith from me will be conveyed to a man, while he is reclining on his couch, and he says: 'Between us and you is Allah's Book. So whatever we find in it that is lawful, we consider lawful, and whatever we find in it that is unlawful, we consider it unlawful.' Indeed whatever the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) made unlawful, it is the same as what Allah made unlawful."
