Hadith 2352
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى بْنُ وَاصِلٍ الْكُوفِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا ثَابِتُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْعَابِدُ الْكُوفِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا الْحَارِثُ بْنُ النُّعْمَانِ اللَّيْثِيُّ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ : أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : " اللَّهُمَّ أَحْيِنِي مِسْكِينًا وَأَمِتْنِي مِسْكِينًا وَاحْشُرْنِي فِي زُمْرَةِ الْمَسَاكِينِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ " , فَقَالَتْ عَائِشَةُ : لِمَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ؟ قَالَ : " إِنَّهُمْ يَدْخُلُونَ الْجَنَّةَ قَبْلَ أَغْنِيَائِهِمْ بِأَرْبَعِينَ خَرِيفًا ، يَا عَائِشَةُ لَا تَرُدِّي الْمِسْكِينَ وَلَوْ بِشِقِّ تَمْرَةٍ ، يَا عَائِشَةُ أَحِبِّي الْمَسَاكِينَ وَقَرِّبِيهِمْ فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ يُقَرِّبُكِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ " , قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى : هَذَا حَدِيثٌ غَرِيبٌ .
Narrated from Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) made the supplication: «اللهم أحيني مسكينا وأمتني مسكينا واحشرني في زمرة المساكين يوم القيامة» "O Allah! Keep me alive in a state of poverty, cause me to die in a state of poverty, and resurrect me on the Day of Resurrection among the poor." Umm al-Mu'mineen Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) asked, "O Messenger of Allah! Why is that?" He replied, "Because the poor will enter Paradise forty years before the rich. Therefore, O Aisha, do not turn away any poor person from your door, even if it is with a piece of a date. Aisha! Love the poor and draw near to them, for indeed Allah, the Exalted, will bring you near to Himself on the Day of Resurrection." 2. © Imam Tirmidhi says:
