´Madan bin Abi Talhah narrated from Abu Ad-Darda that :` "Allah's Messenger vomited [so he broke fast] so he performed Wudu." So I met Thawban in a Masjid in Damascus, and I mentioned that to him. He said: 'He told the truth, I poured the water for his Wudu."

´Imran bin Husain narrated:` "I asked Allah's Messenger (S) about the Salat for a man who is sitting. He said: 'Whoever performs Salat while standing then that is more virtuous. And whoever performs Salat while sitting, then he gets half the rewards of the one standing, and whoever performs Salat while lying down, then he gets half the rewards of the one sitting.'"
Imam Tirmidhi says: 1- According to the scholars, the prayer mentioned in this hadith refers to voluntary (nafl) prayer. 2- Muhammad bin Bashar narrated to us, he says that Ibn ‘Adi narrated to us, and Ibn ‘Adi from Ash’ath bin ‘Abdul Malik, and Ash’ath from Hasan, he says: In nafl prayer, if a person wishes, he may pray standing, or if he wishes, he may pray sitting, or if he wishes, he may pray lying down. 3- And regarding the prayer of a sick person, when he is unable to pray sitting, the scholars have differed: some scholars say that he should lie on his right side and pray, and some say he should lie flat on his back and his feet should be towards the qiblah. 4- Sufyan Thawri says that in this hadith, where it is mentioned that whoever prays sitting will receive half the reward of the one who prays standing, this is for (nafl) prayers for a healthy person and for one who has no (legal) excuse. As for the person who has an excuse due to illness or something else and prays (obligatory) prayer sitting, he will receive the full reward like the one who prays standing. In some chains of this hadith, a similar statement to that of Sufyan Thawri is also narrated as marfu’.
'Abdullah bin Amr (may Allah be pleased with them both) reports that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said in his sermon: "Fulfill the alliances (pacts of cooperation) of the pre-Islamic era, for they only strengthen Islam, and do not make any new pact of cooperation in Islam." __QUR_N__ Imam Tirmidhi says: 1- This hadith is Hasan Sahih, 2- In this chapter, hadiths have also been narrated from Abdur Rahman bin Awf, Umm Salamah, Jubair bin Mut'im, Abu Hurairah, Ibn Abbas, and Qais bin Asim (may Allah be pleased with them all).

‘Abdullah bin ‘Umar and ‘Abdullah bin ‘Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them) narrated that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “It is not permissible for a man to give a gift and then take it back, except for a father who gives something to his son (he may take it back). And whoever gives a gift and then takes it back is like a dog that eats until it is full, then vomits, and then eats its vomit.” __REF_N__ Imam Tirmidhi says: 1- This hadith is hasan sahih. 2- Shafi’i says: It is not permissible for the giver of a gift to take it back except for a father, because it is permissible for him to take back what he has given to his son. He has deduced this from this hadith.
