Hadith 348
أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ ، قال : حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُوسَى ، قال : حَدَّثَنَا شَيْبَانُ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنْ الْحَسَنِ ، عَنْ أُمِّهِ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، قالت : كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " يَتَوَضَّأُ بِالْمُدِّ وَيَغْتَسِلُ بِالصَّاعِ " .
´It was narrated that 'Aishah said:` "The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) used to perform Ghusl with a Mudd and Ghusl with a Sa'."
Hadith 2384
أَخْبَرَنِي هَارُونُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُوسَى ، قَالَ : أَنْبَأَنَا أَبُو هِلَالٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا غَيْلَانُ وَهُوَ ابْنُ جَرِيرٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ وَهُوَ ابْنُ مَعْبَدٍ الزِّمَّانِيُّ ، عَنْ أَبِي قَتَادَةَ ، عَنْ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ : كُنَّا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، فَمَرَرْنَا بِرَجُلٍ فَقَالُوا : يَا نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ ! هَذَا لَا يُفْطِرُ مُنْذُ كَذَا وَكَذَا ، فَقَالَ : " لَا صَامَ وَلَا أَفْطَرَ " .
´It was narrated that 'Umar said:` "We were with the Messenger of Allah and we passed by a man. They said: 'O Prophet of Allah, this man has not broken his fast for such and such a time.' He said: 'He has neither fasted nor broken his fast."' 'Ata said: "someone who heard him told me that Ibn 'Umar (said) that the Prophet said: 'Whoever fasts every day of his life, then he has not fasted."
Hadith 2484
أَخْبَرَنَا الْفَضْلُ بْنُ سَهْلٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنُ بْنُ مُوسَى الْأَشْيَبُ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ الْمَدَنِيُّ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : " مَنْ آتَاهُ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ مَالًا فَلَمْ يُؤَدِّ زَكَاتَهُ ، مُثِّلَ لَهُ مَالُهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ شُجَاعًا أَقْرَعَ لَهُ زَبِيبَتَانِ ، يَأْخُذُ بِلِهْزِمَتَيْهِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ ، فَيَقُولُ : أَنَا مَالُكَ ، أَنَا كَنْزُكَ ، ثُمَّ تَلَا هَذِهِ الْآيَةَ : وَلا يَحْسَبَنَّ الَّذِينَ يَبْخَلُونَ بِمَا آتَاهُمُ اللَّهُ مِنْ فَضْلِهِ سورة آل عمران آية 180 " .
´It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Prophet said:` "If Allah gives a person wealth and he does not pay Zakah on it, his wealth will appear to him on the Day of Resurrection as a bald-heated Shuja'a with two dots above its eyes. It will take hold of the corners of his mouth on the Day of Resurrection and will say: 'I am your wealth, I am your hoarded treasure.' The he recited this verse: 'And let not those who covetously withhold of that which Allah has bestowed on them of His Bounty (wealth) and think that it is good for them (and so they do not pay the obligatory Zakah)."'
Hadith 2992
أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُوسَى ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ قَيْسِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ ، عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ ، قَالَ : " أَخَذْتُ مِنْ أَطْرَافِ شَعْرِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِمِشْقَصٍ كَانَ مَعِي بَعْدَ مَا طَافَ بِالْبَيْتِ وَبِالصَّفَا وَالْمَرْوَةِ فِي أَيَّامِ الْعَشْرِ " , قَالَ قَيْسٌ : وَالنَّاسُ يُنْكِرُونَ هَذَا عَلَى مُعَاوِيَةَ .
´It was narrated that Muawiyah said:` "I cut a little from the ends of the hair of the Messenger of Allah with the eduge of an arrow that I had with me, after he had circumambulated the House, and performed Sai between As-Safa and Al-Marwah, during the ten days." Qais said: "The people rebuked Muawiyah for that."
Hadith 3874
أَخْبَرَنِي إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ , قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُوسَى , قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا شَيْبَانُ , عَنْ يَحْيَى , عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ , عَنْ أَبِيهِ , عَنْ عِمْرَانَ , قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " لَا نَذْرَ فِي غَضَبٍ , وَكَفَّارَتُهُ كَفَّارَةُ الْيَمِينِ " .
´It was narrated that 'Imran said:` The Messenger of Allah said: "There is no vow at a moment of anger and its expiation is the expiation for an oath."
Hadith 5274
أَخْبَرَنِي إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُوسَى ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا شَيْبَانُ ، عَنْ يَحْيَى ، أَخْبَرَنِي خَالِدُ بْنُ مَعْدَانَ ، أَنَّ ابْنَ حُنَيْنٍ حَدَّثَهُ ، أَنَّ عَلِيًّا ، قَالَ , إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " نَهَى عَنْ ثِيَابِ الْمُعَصْفَرِ ، وَعَنِ الْحَرِيرِ ، وَأَنْ يَقْرَأَ وَهُوَ رَاكِعٌ ، وَعَنْ خَاتَمِ الذَّهَبِ " .
´It was narrated from Ibn Hunain, that 'Ali said that:` The Messenger of Allah [SAW] forbade garments dyed with safflower, and from silk, and reciting Qur'an while he is bowing, and from gold rings.
